No, wealth nor status haven't been an issue for me. On the other hand, I've never used dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 06:16 PM

Yes, from gestures to gifts they thought I would like or need. Nothing big because I tell them I am not a materialistic kind of person but still.

I had them in the past but I didn't use any special technique; considering that RP is just descriptive and not prescriptive. They simply liked it and liked me I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 01:38 PM

Thanks for your kind words, Megan. I'm sorry you had to experience that with yours and only his dead saved you.

I have healthy relationships with others. I've never been to therapy and I've never taken any med related to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/25 09:48 AM

Because most people are a mixture of both to varying degrees, where “alpha traits” are more arousing and “beta traits” are more comforting. You're right. But as long as you understand the concept as a spectrum, you don't need a specific name for every possible combination of alpha and beta traits, imo.

Fine. Very positively. He always had (and has) this good balance between being strong or easy-going depending on the situation. My mother adores him.

While self-improvement can increase your chances of success, it doesn't guarantee a positive outcome. It's tough yet true.

The European countries where that other study gets the data also have universal healthcare.

And plenty of other studies state the opposite, as the video shows. And by the way, your second article had been retracted by their own authors after it was debunked: Based on the corrected analysis, we conclude that there are not gender differences in the relationship between gender, pooled illness onset, and divorce. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/0022146515595817

The video shows different recent studies with more samples and with more age range saying the opposite. For example, the one in Scandinavian countries from 2024, with 2,809,209 sample base (vs only 25,000 of yours) and an age range of 30-66 (vs only >50 of yours) says that there is no difference or slightly against men.

I agree with you. Even though my label says red, it's an actual darkish/bloody red. Confidence means nothing unless you have passed certain threshold and the cause and consequence are often switched. Successful people are confident because they are successful, not the other way around.

This is blindingly obvious and no amount of gaslighting is going to change it The amount of gas-lighting about this stuff here in order to justify not appearing shallow for not wanting to date unattractive people is insane.

Most of the time I don't. Nevertheless, sometimes when my gf and I witness a situation where it can be seen through RP lenses, I give my brief point of view and she agrees.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/25 08:01 AM

Yes, I agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 09:05 AM

Considering RP is descriptive and not prescriptive; any advice, if any, would need to be tailored for each individual. redpillers want to control thier women not love them and hurt her into obedience, stop her from socializing etc. I don't do anything of this and I'll never advice for anyone to do this.

It's another way to say it. There is no bar because it is infinitely high since the attraction is 0. It is what happens when you divide anything by 0.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 09:00 AM

The height of the bar is inversely proportional to how she's attracted to you.

Do you think having first kid in woman's 30s is selfish and stupid idea? No. At what age do you think women should start having children? Whenever they want and can. I heard in Russia, And in Asia they are called 'Christmas Cake' if they are single by 25. But, who cares what they say?

No, it is proper reading of social cues. No it is not if you ever have read or listened it, which most likely you haven't. TRP is particularly hard for those missing such rather obvious points. It simple if you know what it actually is. TRP is information Yes... for success yes, Not necessary. You can be RPed and still not be successful with women. The reason was self improvement. This is a prescription. This is what one deduces from the RP, not the RP itself. RationalMale is pretty clear that RP is just information, not only in his blogs but in his interviews.

but it was always about getting women This is PUA/game. A different thing. Red Pill was the theory, and Game (really the social skills in relating to women) was the practice. So yes, the RP still just praxeology (aka information) and he clearly differentiates the two. Thanks for confirming it. The Red Pill as a praxeology is that information. Confirmed it twice. If anything, why the hell you even care about TRP if it is not to get women!? I got women even before RP was a thing and I just find in…

u/James_M_Croft Let's see what the person who coined the term RP concerning intersexual dynamics has to say on the matter: The Red Pill, in terms of intersexual dynamics, is, and will always be, a praxeology. He clearly doesn't understand the RP. The other day he was saying RP is about improvement instead of viewing/understanding the inter-sexual dynamics from a certain POV, basically it is just information. Improvement is just one potential consequence of being RPed, not a sine qua non condition.

I really miss the old RP. The content still there, fortunately, but in a format that the tiktokanisation of the society has made it difficult to absorb. The age of influencers, coaches and stuff like that has corrupted many things. Does it seem to you like the Old Guard just got like…. Tired of fielding the blackpill invasion and just gave up after a while? Maybe but I don't really care tbh.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:29 PM

No. It is more about how physical appearance plays a bigger role than admitted; attraction is not the same as arousal; how different women behave when they really like a man or not; the relentless ongoing arms race among women (and men) in their intrasexual competition; genuine desire cannot be negotiated; that niceness is not arousing, etc...

If not, what's stopping you? And if you have, what's stopping the results? Yes. Nothing. My human body physical limitations, satisfaction with my current job, already having a gf.

About the intersexual dynamics between sexes.

My relationship is not traditional. We're pretty much 50/50 as long as our physical capabilities allow it.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/25 03:53 PM

This is likely due to survivorship bias. People who are unhappy or dissatisfied are often more vocal than those who are content.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/25 08:43 AM

But are you happy? Does being red pill increase your happiness? Does it bring you fulfillment? Or are you unhappy or less happy than you were before you found the online red pill content? Yes. It doesn't increase it nor decrease it. No necessarily. It hasn't changed my levels of happiness. Understanding inter-sexual dynamics through a RP lens doesn't affect my happiness. I already saw things that way before discovering the term online; finding it simply affirmed my own observations.

By the time they asked me out, it felt less like a first date and more like an official recognition of what we already were. We were practically a couple, just looking for more time together outside of work.

Unironically, that's how I got my gf (and my last ex). I didn't do anything special, I just showed up at work, met them, knew about them on a casual and daily basis and that was pretty much. Of course, you need to have all your shit together as a default subroutine.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/25 09:25 AM

Most men can land a relationship at some point. But the difference is that men in the 'top 20%', tall, attractive, wealthy, high-status, have far more options with far less effort. Meanwhile, average or below-average men might scrape by with occasional success, but their dating pool is smaller, their margin for error is thinner, and they have to work much harder for the same results.

I am not angry, I'm in a LTR with my gf. Is it due to personal dating success, that you find logic in the way dating and courtship is set up "biologically" For me, it was a mix of both. And this still not the RP. In order to be RPed you only need to know about the harsh realities of inter-sexual dynamics between men and women. It's just information. As long as you know that, you're RPed. You don't need to do anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/25 08:41 PM

Every single man in this thread (and this sub) who claims he believed that merely displaying basic manners and kindness would attract women. That doesn't mean they think women are asexual, it means they think they can get women by displaying basic manners and kindness. It's two different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/25 04:46 PM

And they'd be correct, because that's precisely who others women. English is not my first language, I do not fully understand the meaning of this phrase. Sometimes when you are in a public place with your earphones on the best way to communicate is by using non-verbal cues. It's possible to build so much tension just by letting the moment simmer, leaving the other person to overthink every little detail.

When a woman is attracted to you she’ll be delusional and lie to herself . This is 200% true. They don’t even need you to lie, they will just rationalize themselves to believe whatever they want to believe. Even before I discovered TRP I was always blunt about it. I think TRP only exacerbated what I noticed in regards to AF/BB dichotomy Same. It just put into words what I’d already seen, how those dynamics play out in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/25 07:50 AM

I agree. Pay attention to non-verbal cues: glances, smirks, subtle nods. If they’re consistent, that’s a great sign. After all, no one reciprocates unless there’s at least some physical attraction.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/25 08:20 PM

If you already think you know the answer why asking?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/25 08:16 PM

The expectations is that they should do whatever they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/25 08:14 PM

The RP view isn’t that women should settle early with “undesirable” men, but that they should be aware of their declining SMV and, if needed, make decisions accordingly.

Beauty is subjective, as individual preferences vary. However, certain traits are widely appreciated, adding a degree of objectivity to attractiveness. For example, most men are more likely to find a woman with long hair and a healthy weight more attractive than one who is bald and severely overweight.

For a LTR, genuine connection and deep mutual understanding, along with physical attraction, are key. For something more casual, the connection and understanding don’t need to run as deep.

Assuming both types share the same desire to succeed with women, the first group is more likely to achieve it, whether by being assholes or non-monogamous, while the latter would struggle much more. As a result, the latter generally compensate for their lack of physical attractiveness by being nice while the first don't need to do so.

That post simply highlights the inequalities in dating; it doesn't claim that women represent an upper class oppressing men as a worker class. Attraction isn’t negotiable. Women are biologically hardwired to seek traits that maximize reproductive success. Complaining about their preferences is as pointless as arguing with gravity. The marketplace rewards value, not effort. Your belief that “trying hard” should be enough betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of competition. Value is determined by results, not effort. Entitlement is your enemy. No one owes you attraction, attention, or affection. If you want better outcomes, you must ea…

As the description of RP given by this subreddit puts it: RP is a praxeology (a way of understanding actions in the world) that deals with Sexual Strategy. Society has bluepilled men into thinking attraction doesn't matter, that being attractive as a man doesn't matter. Intuitively society knows that it matters but, most of the times, it doesn't express it due to virtue signaling.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 11:03 AM

I'm only saying the OkCupid study was not made from a survey which you claim it did.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/24 11:49 AM

You're not getting my point, dudette. You can't swear a study was made from a survey when it was not.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/24 11:41 AM

The data from OkCupid was not a survey. The founder used literally ALL the data to identify users patterns.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/24 11:31 AM

It didn’t surprise me to learn that 87% of redpill men are single. Holly molly, where does this figure comes from?

If it truly worked, men would already be using it.

Most BP folk wouldn't be RP even if they read the sidebar since they wouldn't think that knowledge is true in the first place.

If being a Christian was about knowledge it would.

The definition in this sub jargon says it's just knowledge. Hence, having the knowledge without necessary apply it makes you being RPed.

Ask RP So you tried to define RP without knowing the answer and now you're telling me to ask RP.

I checked this sub jargon.

If that Tate or whoever who declares himself as RP said he fXXs oranges to get vitamin C, would f**ing oranges to get vitamin C be a part of the RP?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/24 07:47 AM

Isn't the RP about understanding inter-sexual dynamics? What you wrote has nothing to do with that.

If my engine breaks, and I get angry, I don't need to discuss why I think it makes me angry. I need to know how to fix my engine. I agree. Fixing the stuff that makes me angry helps me to stop being angry, not talking about it and keep the stuff that makes me angry untouched.

No, it's just regular probability and statistics. You know, normal distributions and so on.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 05:13 PM

The mistake you and others are making is to go "the majority think this, therefore I will assume this to be positively true about everyone in my life." No, you are misinterpreting it. It is actually: "The majority think this, therefore I will assume this to be positively true about everyone the majority in my life." This is about probabilities, not absolutes.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 09:39 AM

in terms of bluepill thought, my "personality" "Physical attractiveness undeniably matters—it's common sense! There's no need to explain that getting in shape and working out will boost women's attraction to you." Yet, they often point this out only after you've discovered for yourself that it makes a difference, having previously suggested you focus solely on your personality.

But it is different.

I personally think TRP is dumb, because it reduces women to a program that you can “hack” with the right combination of pickup lines and game, This is PUA.

Hello, human resources?!

Isn't there a thrill to meeting someone new, finding all about thier little quirks and kinks? And even before when you haven't exchanged a single word and there is only non-verbal communication even though when you just see each other a couple days a week during commuting time, for instance.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/24 07:49 PM

Women are scammed too. I thought I had a hot date — but I got catfished by an NYC restaurant instead . You only need a chadly profile to make women do whatever you want.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 03:30 PM

What if you don't do any of that but you know how intersexual dynamics work like the actual definition of RP? Are you RPed then?

1

Which things?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 08:27 AM

Definitely I don't like overweight women but I don't care about big frame girls. My gf is 5'9-10" and she has strong legs due to ballet, for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 02:19 PM

The importance of that aspect in the dating scene is being discussed recurrently here and not every time it has devolved into that.

It's not a re-frame, all I wanted to say I said it. You can answer the question now.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 12:18 PM
4

Should a man cease his efforts to earn more income or neglect physical activity simply because it causes anxiety to his gf/wife?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 11:54 AM
3

I agree. Dread is, in short, becoming the best version of yourself, increasing your value for the other sex and not letting yourself go during the relationship. It means to increase the competition anxiety passively. It has nothing to do with cheating or threatening to cheat or any kind of straw-man stuff people like to say.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 11:16 AM
5

Why is that a bad advice? Just for curiosity.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/24 11:01 AM

I’m talking about seriously dating for a long term relationship and also kids one day Then date accordingly to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/24 10:56 AM

As long as you like the man and you are fulfilling your relationship goals, be with whoever you want.

Why some RPers says TRP is about improvement or strategies when the actual definition is being aware of the harsh realities of the intersexual dynamics between men and women? I mean, as long as you are aware of them you are RPed independently that you improve your life or not, isn't it?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:32 AM
0

It is but for some strange reason they always push this narrative of being grossed when they were younger which is totally unrelated with two adults liking each other and being in a healthy and consensual relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 07:41 AM
3

Same with my 8 yrs younger gf. I never had any issues with her parents.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 06:36 AM
6

"putting in the work", "making effort", not letting yourself go, You can kill to birds with one stone if you do this. As long as you are someone who the other sex finds attractive and wants to be with, it'll generally be fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/24 07:13 PM
3

Woman moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 03:43 PM

Exactly!!! I can sense from here that is totally her terrible personality what prevents men finding her attractive. She definitely needs to work on that.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 02:00 PM

Have you tried working on your personality, grooming, showering and respecting men?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 01:36 PM

But tell me more about how lifting makes guys so confident When women find them more attractive they become more confident. It's not that difficult. It's called positive reinforcement.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 01:14 PM

That guy seems incredibly dense; I'm genuinely unsure if he's just trolling. Claiming that improving your physique and building some muscle doesn't influence how women perceive you is utterly absurd.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 12:05 PM

You consistently reference extreme scenarios that fail to discredit the underlying argument. If you believe that the typical man can attain a level of muscularity deemed unattractive, you seem disconnected from reality and and have never tried to get in shape in your entire life.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 09:00 AM

Your anecdotal preference doesn't invalidate the general statement.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:47 AM

Having a shape, yes, if you are overly obese. No. You can be out of shape without being overweight.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:45 AM

It doesn't invalidate the fact that getting in shape is always correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:39 AM

"Just have rizz, bro"
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:09 AM
-1

it's more to do with that than what women they are with. I agree. The complain "Muh, he is emotional unavailable" is a lie they tell themselves to avoid accepting the plainly obvious thing: he doesn't like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/24 08:45 AM
7

Same in mine. The athletic one would slay utterly more than the objectively fat one.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 08:52 AM

it works better to pretend to be an arrogant asshole. Because if you pretend being that when you're not attractive it's even worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 08:20 AM
14

But if he worked on his personality and took lots of showers, would it change your mind?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 06:50 PM
4

Why do you write this way?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 02:40 PM

I saw a couple in Walmart, your argument is invalid.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 10:34 AM

You clearly need to work on your personality, take more showers and hate women less.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 12:32 PM

He invented a new kind of fallacy: the whataboutredpillism.

I am the INTP and she's the INTJ in my relationship according to the test but I agree with what you wrote, specially this part: We both tend to approach things...ah...rationally...which makes decisions and conversations easier to get through with out a lot of fighting. Fights also dissipate rather quickly because we always burn through the feels quick and settle down to a plain old discussion of the issue. Cool story but I just posted an example of what you asked for.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/24 09:26 AM

Here is one, for example: Adolescent Bullying, Dating, and Mating The data partly supported our prediction that bullying, but not victimization, would predict dating behavior. The data for sexual behavior more clearly supported our hypothesis that bullying behavior predicts an increase in sexual opportunities even when accounting for age, sex, and self-reports of attractiveness, likeability, and peer victimization. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10426866/

The main difference between a younger and older woman is how much "free" attention and opportunity they receive. "Privilege is invisible to those who have it". It's hard to go back to reality.

1: Lifting 3 days a week or swimming. I prefer to go well shaved if I can. In terms of clothing I like plain t-shirts or polos, short leaves, generally tucked and chinos. I like to use good color combinations. 2: I don't struggle with them. Currently with a gf. Never used dating apps, I always met my girls in person. 3: Yes but not the same way men do it. I often see more men than women practicing physical activities.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 01:31 PM
3

Wtf, that amount of activity doesn't "keep you in shape". Yep, I missed the previous comment but if I had to answer it I would have basically said this. Go hiking on weekends to get in shape is utterly delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 10:50 AM
35

The problem is that there’s a certain number of men who take friendliness and niceness as an expression of interest regardless of the words coming out of the woman’s mouth. I agree with this. It's embarrassing and painful to watch men flirting with women when you can clearly tell she's just being nice and nothing more.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 09:51 AM

They are the same. Muscles don't distinguish whether you apply the force by lifting weights in the gym or by climbing a rock. Just because you have a goofy image of what gym is it doesn't mean it is the reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 09:33 AM
4

Well if you consider those mutant bulks under the skin beneficial... Muscles have multiple healthy benefits it's not only about aesthetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 09:26 AM
2

I do agree with you, the best exercise is the one that comes naturally while doing other demanding physical activities. However, for urban people who have an office type job, the gym is the only viable option most of the times.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 08:57 AM
6

But those big bumps that gym guys have are ridiculous. When men think about getting in shape they don't think about those guys you described but the Brad Pitt in Fight Club body type. Which it requires a lot of gym time and diet.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 08:28 AM
2

Now that I think about it, the only times I've seen my gf wearing makeup was during a wedding and in an amateur theater play she did.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 08:21 AM
6

I guess is that when people say most men are not successful in dating apps because the ratio is in favor of men it wouldn't change if it was the opposite. In short, women would mainly choose a minority of men as well.

No, it's just the optimal thing to do when there is no alternative.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/24 02:23 PM

So what happens when a guy gives a solution versus just listens? They don't want to fix their issues, most of the times they just want to vent. So it's better to let them do it even if they are actually speaking to a wall.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/24 02:19 PM
27

Not in dating but in general. I don't try to offer solutions when women tell their problems unless they specifically ask for them and even that I don't seriously think about what they could do to solve them. I disconnect my brain, nod time to time and say stuff like "yeah, it sucks", "damn", "pffff"...

Dating is very inefficient. I always met the girls I had something with in a casual way.

here are more "nice guys" than "nice girls" and so on. Why is this the case? The disparity between sexes of what they find physically attractive in the opposite sex and the abundance of options they have out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 02:37 PM

I agree, it is very inefficient. All my serious relationships have been casually meeting and knowing a girl little by little in a daily basis.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 02:16 PM

There is a definition of the wall but people keep strawmanning like crazy no matter how many times you explained them what it actually means.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 09:47 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 01:40 PM

They complain because they want to keep that good dick around, but his disinterest in commitment Congratulations, you've come with the definition of situationship/sex_zone the OP and everybody is talking about after several unsuccessful, yet funny to read, messages trying to deny it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 01:36 PM
6

Yes, but they when they do what you describe they don't complain about being in a situationship. Like the articles written by women such: "Stuck in a 'situationship'? It's the destructive dating trend that's ruling our love lives - and here's how to spot it"
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 01:27 PM

just sounded to me that she was pump and dumped It is exactly this but it feels less painful in her mind when she calls it "situationship".
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 01:18 PM

Yes and if you reverse the sexes it would be called "friend zone". Situationship is another word to define the "sex zone", where men obtain sex from women but women do not obtain the commitment they desire.

For women who spend their 20s having actual hobbies, seriously dating, building a personality and skills, and overall just being an important part of their community, there is no wall (and a "career" in some dumb BS like marketing or middle management does not count). Are these women able to pull the quality of men they pulled when they were younger? No? Then they hit the wall as any other. It doesn't matter the amount of hobbies, personality and skills they worked on.

Self Improvement has nothing to do with the Red Pill I agree. The RP is just knowledge, whatever you do with that is up to you and unrelated with the RP. Do you want to improve? Ok. Do you want to do nothing and keep complaining? Ok as well.

The thing is, being fat is not such a big turnoff as you think. Ok, then. If you think so there's nothing more to debate here. Good luck out there in the dating world.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 01:15 PM

Yes, what you said is true. The issue here, though, is that positive interactions with women will reinforce this confidence and, in order to havee positive interactions with women you'll need that thing that opens the door for you which is sensed with the eyes and it can't be named anymore in this sub. Telling some men to be more confident with women is just telling poor people to work harder in their dead-end low pay job if they want to be wealthier.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 01:11 PM

If you really think doing just those things is what will help you attract women, I have bad news for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 01:01 PM
2

If you need a woman who will love you for who you are, show who you really are and dont try to 'attract', While this being true in abstraction, it's also true that there are some characteristics and behaviours that, from a probabilistic point of view, will help you to attract more women than others.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 12:50 PM

But if red pillers mistakenly see women as malevolent They see them as they are. Malevolent or not is just on the eye of the observer. RP is amoral.

Generally in places where you see them regularly, once a week at least: work, commute, gym... Everything starts with non-verbal communication such glances, up nods, smirks. If the thing scalates, it's easy to start talking. And from there just depends on what you or they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 06:23 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 08:57 AM

I love this "just-take-a-shower" comment: Guys, there’s a few simple things that will help your dating life. If you’re having a woman over to your place.., clean your bathroom. Like all of it. Sink, toilet, mirror, empty trash, shower curtain closed, fresh hand towel, soap, extra toothbrush, even have some shampoo and conditioner (even if you never use it) clean wash cloth. Women notice this stuff instantly and it’s a big deal to most. And for god sake clip your finger nails and have clean sheet…
/r/AllPillDebate05/10/23 11:34 AM
3

I think that most guys wait for signals from girls, without signals they don't proceed further And most of them don't receive any. That's why a lot of them ask what those signals look like and how to react to them.

But women in PPD always say the don't like men that "fake sensitivity" to "get laid". Why then would be someone who knows how to do it a high value man while an autist that doesn't, and hence is genuine in his intentions, not labeled as high value?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 04:21 PM

A high value man knows how to at least fake sensitivity at times when it will help him get laid. Do HVM use manipulation to get laid? Isn't this a "PUA tactic"?

A consenting adult dating another consenting adult is a total non-issue. He dated them while both were in their 20s and early 30s. And he's definetely not marrying a 42yr-old "attractive woman" but a 26yr-old one.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:29 PM
4

There are even articles about it: Many people have taken to Twitter to express their disapproval of the relationship, with some calling it “creepy”. “That 16 yr age gap would’ve been ON EVERY SINGLE HEADLINE IF IT WASN’T CHRIS EVANS I SAID WHAT I SAID,” one person wrote on Twitter. “Thought it was his daughter,” exclaimed another. Another user expressed their opinion strongly, labeling the 16-year age gap as “gross” and emphasizing, “Even if you’re Chris Evans.”
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:55 PM

He announced his preferences with his actions. It's a stated preference, not a revealed preference. Also, younger =/= young. This thread is based on "younger girls", not "young girls". Hence, your premise still wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:37 PM

People act like it's easer for 30-40s men to date younger women than same age women, for some reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:27 PM
3

So you're telling me that when Chris Evans (42) announced he started dating his 26yr-old gf women felt disgusted about it because they automatically pictured in their head a perv telling a 11yr-old girl to lick her ice cream slowly? Because is the first thing what is being discussed in this thread.

You had to straw man things to the point of using child molestation examples when the discussion was about relationships between two consenting adults.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 11:23 AM

The majority of men wouldn't be able to date a younger woman not even in their wildest dreams, let's face it. Those who can is because they are valuable. If those valuable men date younger women it means the dating pool of valuable men for same age women is reduced. So same age women will try to prevent this by shaming them. At the end it's just a zero sum game.

I have the same experience. I have my own ones like anybody else but I am not vocal about them besides very specific occasions where I am directly asked about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 12:07 PM

I known some short guys that do good, not particularly attractive or rich, mostly just rizz. Do you date them?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 04:35 PM

Imo, it's more about that women deny it rather than being mad about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 02:04 PM

I found my serious gfs there. I never had issues at work because of that.

Guess who's the common denominator in these three failed relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 12:52 PM
80

It only applies for the ones they consider attractive. For the rest it doesn't since they are virtually invisible and are not even taken into consideration. The bar is low for the top ones because they have plenty to pick and don't need any effort to get whatever they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 12:03 PM

In these days some people will think you're a jerk for stating you like fit people: “People aren’t necessarily coming right out and saying, ‘No fatties,’” Lena explains. Not in a profile, at least. “They’ll say, ‘I’m super into fitness and hope you are too!’” Wink! or The use of the word fit, though, has always felt to me less like a description of activity level than a kind of dog whistle meant to ward off, well...fat people. Or, in other words, people like me.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 04:28 PM
3

They say they don't find them attractive. It is perfectly possible to don't find them attractive and don't care about them at all at the same time.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 02:06 PM
2

That's also why they HATE stuff like the fat positivity movement because not only are women continuing to exist while being unattractive to them Nobody cares at all about their existance. but they're daring not to feel bad about it. Nobody cares at all about how they feel.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 04:42 PM

RP is a praxeology (a way of understanding actions in the world) that deals with Sexual Strategy. It seeks to explain human sexual relationships within this framework, and this framework is in disagreement with the general understanding of society in these matters (hence, taking the red pill.)
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 02:39 PM
5

Just information. It's not a strategy, not a philosophy, not a lifestyle, etc... it's just information. 99 % of the self called RP creators are clowns at best and grifters at worst.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 08:30 AM

I'm from there and I've always done 50/50 all my life. No one complained.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 08:10 AM
1

If RP explains XYZ and you realize you don't fulfill the XYZ, of course it doesn't help. That's why it is called RP, since it's a harsh realization from reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 02:20 PM

Well, this can be applied to any kind of knowledge. A degree doesn't guarantee you will end up finding a job related to that either.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 12:39 PM

Like the wall? It's a red pill revenge fantasy that suddenly women suddenly become less desirable at a certain age and no one wants them. You clearly didn't understand the wall and you're just strawmaning here. The wall doesn't mean women suddenly become less desirable out of the blue and nobody wants them. It means that women, at some point of their lives, they are unable to compete with a younger version of themselves to get the best men they could attract back then.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/23 07:43 AM
4

I understand. All of this "growing to be attracted to smb" sounds bs to me and just an excuse the non-attractives use to negotiate desire with the ones they actually like.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/23 07:33 AM

They define incel with the definition of incel: Incels (involuntary celibates) are an online subculture community of men who form an identity around their perceived inability to form sexual or romantic relationships. Data > your feelings
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/23 04:58 PM
6

Contrary to common beliefs, empirical evidence suggests that incels are not particularly prone to violence. Incels’ propensity for violence appears relatively low compared to that of the general population. We conclude by offering one hypothesis as to why modern day incels are not as violent as we might expect. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s40750-023-00220-3

The OP is ignoring all the answers stating that RP has actually nothing to do with what he said and he keeps pushing his biased narrative. If this is not a funny metaphor of religion I don't know what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/23 10:30 AM
2

Absolutely not. RP only explains sexual dynamics and it is completely amoral. It has nothing to do with values nor is a guide on how to behave.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/23 08:09 AM
2

Because high status men have very good personalities.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 04:50 PM
18

Step 1) Deny it ("it only happens in your minds, this is some stupid incel theory, go out and touch the grass, etc"...). Step 2) Partially admit it ("only damaged women do it"). Step 3) Fully admit it (of course it happens, you don't need do be RP to know this well known fact, etc"...). Step 4) Accuse the other sex of doing it as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/23 02:26 PM

She only talked about the gym for two reasons: 1) because the boy said it first and 2) to downplay it a little bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/23 07:34 PM

She was downplaying the advice from the guy. She never came up with the idea of going to the gym by herself. Try harder.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/23 07:30 PM
9

There was even a discussion I had in another thread where a poster was insisting that a woman who gave dating advice and even said going to the gym would help was actually saying "looks don't matter" because it wasn't the first piece of advice she gave. The women didn't advice about going to the gym as a second piece of advice. In fact, the user never said women advised to go to the gym at all. You literally just made this up.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/23 06:49 PM
9

The fact that "From women in your life" the advice was basically "Be nice, be yourself" and not anything related to looks means precisely that looks don't matter enough to be adviced, otherwise the "women in your life" would have said something about them if looks are actually important. So yes, I perfectly adressed the points you made.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/23 04:00 PM

She literally said building muscle would help, just don't get huge. As if getting huge is something that could happen by accident.

The vast majority of men during the vast majority of history didn't. Only in some particular ages, in some particular social circles, men weared make up seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/23 11:55 AM
1

Actually men and women are equal. No they aren't. Sorry you are stuck in 1940, but there is nothing in our DNA that says "men can't wear make up" You clearly missed the point. I didn't say the can't wear it, I say the effects this will have to the other sex aren't the same as when women use it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/23 11:43 AM

Anecdotical fashion trends in history are just that, anecdotical. Watch history instead of Cosmopolitan.

But we are talking about destigmatize it. And it won't happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 09:11 PM

This is not the answer at all. Men and women are not equal and something that women do won't affect men the same way. It's impossible to destigmatize makeup the same way it's impossible to destigmatize being short/bald. Biology is a bitch, accept it.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 09:02 PM

My experience of how people get in relationship outside of ODS is people know each others, develop interests over time, check the water a bit by being flirty, make their move and boom. Yes or no. Dates in the sens of romantic dinners and stuff are something that couples do when they're already together.... Totally. I agree with all that you said.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/23 06:27 PM
2

Same here. All girls I met and I had something with have happened face to face from the beginning and totally casual. For me having to go to a date with a stranger to see if we are compatible is totally nonsense and a waste of time even though I spend zero money on it.

A lot of straight women think of an attractive woman as a woman with a decent makeup routine in decent shape who doesn't dress horribly. Yes xD They really think make-up routines and clothing has an effect for whether a girl is hot or no. They get mad when you tell them a hot girl is hot wearing a Channel dress or a potato sack.

RP is just amoral knowledge. Take with a grain of salt whoever tells you what to do under the "RP brand", he probably wants to sell you his PUA product.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 02:21 PM

RP teaches about men and women sexual dynamics. Whatever you want to be or not in a relationship is up to you.

Some of you have partners who I assume are on board with your RP ideas? She knows men and women are different and understands the sexual dynamics between them. Do they know? She doesn't know there is a name for understanding that. But realistically some of you who are single will meet someone eventually. Or have since you got in to RP you have. What happens then? You just have a relationship? Will you only consider dates with RP women? Mmm... no? Will you hide your RP past? Hide what? The knowle…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:41 AM
2

It's not an assumption. You clearly don't know that you can't omit the variable "0 partners" from the sample in case you want reliable data from the entire population. This is statistics 101 and you don't know it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:37 AM
3

You clearly don't know.

I am not wrong since it is a part of the population and it should be included in the sample. Learn how statistics work.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:26 AM

I'm not wrong, the study doesn't include the "0 partners" variable. Read the article.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:25 AM
3

I'm not making assumptions, the study doesn't include "0 partners" variable. Read the article and learn statistics.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:23 AM
2

The results are invalid to provide realiable information about the average sexual parteners for the entire population since the sample doesn't take into account a part of the population. You are embarrassing yourself since you posted your comment without actually reading the link and now you are trying to justify the unjustifiable.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:20 AM
2

But this is not what the title of the thread says (Men have more sexual partners than women on average in the US) nor the title of the reasearch (Number of sexual partners in lifetime). Because the study is from a desease control institute and hence, they do not pretend to sample the entire population, only those who can have potential STDs. Ergo the results are invalid to obtain a reliable point of how many sexual partners male and females have on average in the US.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:13 AM
3

In case you want a flawed result, yes. In case you want and objective and honest answer for the entire population, you have to include them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:09 AM
2

Of course you do, because some % of the population had 0 partners and it will show up in the sample as part of the results. Learn how statistics work and stop embarrassing yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:07 AM
2

I know you are a troll because everybody knows that, in statistics, when you sample the population to obtain a statistical and significant result, you have to include all the answers even though those who say zero as a number.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 10:04 AM
3

It is relevant to ask the entire population otherwise you are skewing the data.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:56 AM
3

They are part of the situations because the variable "0 partners" exists within the population.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:54 AM
3

It's not irrelevant since virgins are part of the population. Learn how statistics work.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:51 AM
4

It does change because in the survey they don't include the virgins and it skews the data. Learn how statistics work.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:48 AM
3

It doesn't because statistics say there are more male virgins than females. You better start posting relevant data to stop embarrassing yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:46 AM
4

Again I'm not assuming it. There are actually more male virgins than females.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:42 AM
5

Of course it will change it, it will lower the median, that's how statistics work.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:37 AM
4

I don't assume it. It actually does exclude the virgins.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:35 AM

Of course it does because it skews the data. Learn how statistics work.

Indeed. If a girl is really into you, she wouldn't displaying herself to other men. She's just instinctively gauging the market just in case a better prospect appears. This is how nature works and how genders are wired. Just accept it.

No. That shit takes some serious effort. 80 percent or more of the men will never be able to pull that off. Because only top men can do that so they extrapolate it to all men due to the apex fallacy. The bottom 95% of men than can't pull 25 yr olds are invisible to them.

No. From https://www.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/wiki/terms : RP is a praxeology (a way of understanding actions in the world) that deals with Sexual Strategy. It seeks to explain human sexual relationships within this framework, and this framework is in disagreement with the general understanding of society in these matters (hence, taking the red pill). Praxeology is not an ideology.

I agree: the agency should have just told her that she was looking for a man who either doesn't exist or, if he does, would not choose to be with her. Probabilities vs possibilities. It's always the same. She thinks that a man with that criteria can exist, and they exist, so she wants it but she doesn't think why on Earth such a man would go to a dating agency and choose her.

There is no fixing this problem because your assuming women actually want it to be solved they don't. They just want it to be in their favor. True. Check this very same thread. They want all the benefits without any responsabilities.
