5x5 is trash until you understand what you're doing in the gym, I recommend machines, Dumbbells, and body weight for a complete beginner. Look up body weight exercises and build a really strong base and core

Why would someone that's doesn't agree with TRP waste time away from their life to make a fake post like this? How does my ideology affect your life that much?

Definitely not LTR potential, she clearly just illustrated how willing she is to emotionally cheat before swinging to the next branch.

And Greeks were red pill as fuck, they had plays about girls hitting the wall and many philosophers believed true love could only be held between two men because women were not capable of the abstract quality of it, so they were only good for reproducing

This. I feel uncomfortable around stereotypical gay guys, but I also need to be the alpha role. Hard to find bros that will be just slightly submissive to me

Not really, I don't do it either (M), you should look up Greek/roman views on homosexuals. It was cool to have sex but it was "gay" as fuck to suck a dick. They were against it because of how submissive it made you

Exactly this, I'm currently working on a cheap homebrew one with a raspberry pi. Could you elaborate on the text tho? What percentage of the time do you get a positive "lol of course not response"?

I have been RP for a long time now, and it is well documented that BluePillers have a hard time accepting this philosophy, and although I will note that the first thing they should read is the sidebar and not a field report, we should not be abrasive to young men who are wavering on whether to take the red pill or not. To answer your questions, I think we both agree that anyone with the proper RP lens of perspective this FR is not date rapish at all, but to an inexperienced BP filter it appears …

I dislike seeing posts like this. TRP takes years to completely swallow, everyone is in a different stage of it, be respectful of other men

On my phone, but let me just say EXACT situation happened to me earlier in life when I had alpha tendencies but beta morals, AWALT

Please do not confuse me as OP, I found the pill a little over a year ago and fully swallowed the beast going on about 6 months ago. Growing up with older brothers I have always been comfortable with the idea and execution of Alpha traits, but as a kid it was always more efficient for myself to hold the role of Omega, asserting dominance when action needed to be taken and sitting back to lessen group tension. Now on my own, I have been consciously working on avoiding my Omega traits and actively…

I like your overall message that the path to manhood is not as we'll defined as it had been for previous generations, but I think it is important to recognize that there is a wide spectrum of male personality. At risk of sounding like a pangender or whatever they call it, when you watch children you begin to recognize patterns similar to alpha and beta, but also omegas and other places on that spectrum. For me, TRP is about recognizing which one you naturally fall under (for me omega) and learni…

I place RP after the contact name of any potential plate, works well to remind myself to respond to every text and phone call with the right frame

This is incorrect. Epicurean natural philosophy is a form a EGOISTIC Hedonism, which means that every action was weighed against its consequences to determine which action would provide the greatest sum of pleasure. To put it in RP terms, if the depressive feelings from getting dumped by a hypergamous slut was more pain than the pleasure of having a girl treat you like a mom would for a short time, than Epicurus say fuck that spin plates instead.

Just got the confirmation from the Tshirt people, they have us the green light. On a serious note, this should be the slogan of TRP

Still new to the community, although I have some grasp on the idea will you explain what cheating emotionally is?

When I researched NoFap all the accounts were of men having higher than normal desires to fuck, they just mastered channelling that sexual energy elsewhere. You might just be asexual bro, either way, channel your energy to becoming a better man. Who knows, if you change your mind every girl will be clambering for you

A man aspires to bring others around him up to his level, not ridicule them for the current level their on. Truth is appreciated, but negativity is just childish

That's quite true Jimmy, I intended part 1 to be an introduction by illustrating that I have begun my research into the RP, and yet have not actually swallowed it yet. I have not learned everything and I have practiced nothing, and so I too look forward to part 2

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
