Not just the decades are short; life is short. Irrespective of whether you plan for your future, you're going to soon die, just like everyone before and after you. The red pill about life is that it's pointless. You were born and you will soon die. For nearly all time you will not exist. There is no afterlife.

Astronauts typically do strength training while in space to combat the long-term physical effects of weightlessness. They do do cardio, but cardio itself doesn't do much to prevent being wheelchair-bound when they return. If anything, it only contributes to muscle and bone loss.

ry, english, poli sci, eco My sister has a degree in poli sci and got a job with the government right after graduating. She makes ~55k in a completely pointless bureaucrat job.
