It's the confidence as you said. If you don't care about the outcome, you speak to everyone the same and it feels authentic, and attractive. It's not about knowing you're great, and will close the deal. It's about not caring and just being real in the moment. You can't fake that. Like, not being aloof, and uncaring in that sense. But just actually talking authentically vs thinking what can I say to close this deal.
