1	Does this belong here? Seamstress here! It's supposed to be about 30-32" at the smallest part of your waist and 36-38" at the widest part of your hips. Length varies in department stores depending on if its labeled short, regular, or long. That said, there is a LOT of variation from store to store. Some stores I can get into a size 8-10 no problem, others it's a tight fit to a size 12-14. American sizes are stupidly general and dont cater to women with curves at all.
