It's a plain color shirt. "Dress like adults" Holy shit man. She's wearing cut off shorts that she even said were classy but revealing. And he's cooked for wearing a plain color tshirt???? So cheeky shorts are "adult fashion", but a plain T-shirt isn't??? The wrinkles are fine. That's a fair criticism. But holy shit this is some wild shit. Your brains are broken, man.

It's a metaphor.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 04:41 PM

I've 100% seen people wear plain white tees at bars. It's a very classic look.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:53 PM

Be above average physically attractive from all I can tell.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:37 PM

I do know what you mean. Platitudes is what you mean. Lol Like wtf? "Buying a whole ass house isn't impressive at all". 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:28 PM

A plain light blue shirt is "weird for going out at night"??? What are we talking about???? Holy moly.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:27 PM

Which is fine. But do we seriously have no empathy for someone like that?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:23 PM

TIL everyone is having no problems buying houses in 2026, and doing so makes you a basic adult. Lol

Perfection doesn't exist. You can't expect people to memorize every detail about you in a short 3-day talking stage before a first date. That doesn't mean they aren't interested. You all leave absolutely no room for people or yourselves to grow into a relationship together.

For what reason? Have you ever considered he may have previously put in that extra effort and it didn't lead to success? How long would you run yourself at 100% with no success before you got tired of it?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:17 PM

"I was all dressed up" "First tshirt off the floor" What were you wearing? What indicated it was off the floor? Was it wrinkly or stained? If it's just a nice tshirt, that's not "off the floor". What's the difference between a T-shirt and a button up other than the buttons?

Let's say a guy checks most of the boxes (most because no one is perfect). Let's say he's a genuinely good person, has a stable job, even bought himself a house in the worst economy since the great depression. Why would that guy go perpetually single no matter how hard he tries?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 03:13 PM

It's not that we complain that we have to do it. It's that it never works. It's incredibly difficult to find success in dating or sex as a man. More difficult than it was a decade ago. It feels like chasing a carrot on a stick at this point, and it's exhausting. You're never good enough. Even when you're kind and respectful, you get shut down constantly. Then you look around and see dudes that get whatever they want from whoever they want whenever they want, and it's just cognitive dissonance ov…

I have never met a man that thinks this way, and I sure don't. Once again, sounds like you're the one comparing yourself to other women and then want to blame men for it. You have no justification for any of what you said other than your feelings about the scenario. The "arm candy" dynamic you're talking about doesn't have anything to do with jobs or statuses. It has to do with how attractive the woman is. And in a vacuum, I've seen a lot of hot Beckys that I would love to smile when I entered t…

Not trying to sway you one way or another. Life is hard, and securing a housewife situation does make it a little less stressful for you so long as the family isn't living on the edge. Just providing a man's perspective on gold diggers and trad wives. Do with it what you like. I just think it's very important to inspect ourselves and thoughts as clinically as possible from all angles to make sure we're really being our true selves.

Care to explain?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 10:32 AM

Eh. Something like 85% of people live paycheck to paycheck. It's partially due to spending habits, but more due to real wages not keeping up with cost of living or inflation over the years. I'd inspect that a little more and make sure you're not overboard on that part. Seeing him a lot might cut into how much income he can make. Which is fine, but you need to consider that as well. And you need to make that clear to him and communicate with him that, if it comes down to having enough to buy a ne…

Depends on your definition of "get by" What do you see as the ideal version of your life? Do you need to live in a 750k McMansion and him buy you a BMW or Mercedes to go get groceries in? Or are you cool with living like your grandmother actually did and being happy with a simple life in a simple house with a simple car? There's math that gold diggers don't do that a real "trad wife" would. A gold digger just wants a high maintenance lifestyle and will trade giving a man children for it. A real …

Short answer - yes to all If you're not a chest-thumping, ultra-competitiive, obnoxious guy, women don't really respect you. Women only get turned on by a man's happiness after he's won something or asserted his dominance in a friend group. Women might like seeing a man generally happy, like laughing at a brewery after the bartender cracks a joke. But a man's smile is only a sexual turn on if he just hit a game-winning half court shot or made fun of one of his friends at a party and everyone lau…

And their girlfriends and wives were super healthy, stable, and pretty, I'm sure?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 09:58 AM

Within the confines of a monogamous relationship - yep. How many times do men have to say they'd date a woman CEO and a McDonalds worker? Your job and status just doesn't matter to us. Not because we don't care about women, but because it seems like women haven't caught up to the fact that the rat race isn't fun, and it never has been. We're not having a good time at work, and never were. Are the bills paid? Can we go do fun stuff outside of work? Can we afford a vacation or two a year? A job ti…

Except I didn't place that blame that you're saying I did. I showed a contradiction. Nothing more or less than that. No one shows women find mistreatment sexy more than women. But we can keep going around this circle because no one wants to be honest with themselves or anyone else. There's simply no benefit to being a good man when the bad men get all of the reward. The only benefit is sticking to your principles. Unfortunately, most people are kept on the precipice of total disaster, so princip…

And the fun part is, the men who aren't compassionate, who don't help, are the ones you all actually choose more often than not. So we've been taught not to help. You're just going to go back to the men that don't help, that don't think of anyone but themselves. But they don't say out loud that "I like sex and I'm lonely both sexually and romantically", so they don't give you the "ick".

The problem is that, in the bully situation, the kid is giving the lunch money to the bully freely because the bully is hot, and when a non-bully comes along and says "I can do better", you all get the "ick" because the non-bully doesn't bully you. And for some reason, and you won't admit it, the bullying turns you on.

Why is it my responsibility to essentially be "Batman" for you, though? What am I, individually, personally supposed to do other than not be the "bad apple"? It sounds like you want me to spend my own, individual leisure time outside of work moonlighting as "Dating Batman". Finger-wagging my way around the city looking for bad men on dates. On the flip side, I hardly ever hear of women doing what they're asking men to do. I want you, personally, to go be "Batman" since you acknowledge there's "b…

Why would women go into conservative "extreme right" views about men and boys after having a negative experience with men and boys? That's incredibly counter-intuitive. That'd be like if men and boys somehow became more feminist/blue-pilled after having negative interactions with women and girls. The first part of your comment honestly proves the point being made. Men experience negativity from women and girls, they shift right. Women experience negativity from men and boys, they shift left. Bot…
