I would like to thank everyone here for all the advice we have agreed on a divorce and already decided and met with an attorney to split the house and assets. Thank you again everyone for all you advice and info

I’ve done a lot of number running and talked to a few realtors they’re all saying we’d all have high equity in the house and I even had a few give estimates to try and protect me and my investment in the household

Thanks for the advice at this point everything really comes down to the house in question all the thing I’d really take from the house my clothes, grooming products, and a few small personal items I’m more than ready to offer her everything else from the furniture to the tv and tools if need be just to try and get things done and over with. Thank you for the help.

Gotcha I am sorry for lack of info. We are in Washington and for the most part amicable but the big concern is the house we’re paying our mortgage on and if she doesn’t want to sell due to her pets and living situation. We haven’t decided on a full divorce but the way things are going between counseling and a small separation things haven’t gotten better so it’s really just a count down until if of us finally ask for it.
