3	Why guys don't talk about feelings Have your experiences with women really been this shallow? My past boyfriends and my current husband tell me how they feel without hesitation- they always have. I love it and I've never thought less of them for doing so. It's just hard for me to wrap my mind around this being the norm. If a girl or ANYONE judges you just because you opened up to them, then fuck them. (Figuratively, of course.) The Bible is far more influential than this stupid fucking book and it oppresses the shit out of women and many people TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. So, the roles have been reversed. 0	It's stuff like this that bothers me. There's nothing wrong with taking pride in being a male, but it's rather presumptuous to think, "... or there is something almost unique about that rare breed of men, a quality that drives them to explore and create, this coupled with astounding mental capacities." 10	Thought someone might like this here. My ex-boyfriend wasn't circumcised when he was an infant. He was so insecure and uncomfortable about that fact, he paid for his own circumcision at 18 with his own money he had saved. He was so angry at his mother for not circumcising him. He felt like an outcast, I guess. It was a strange situation for me as a girlfriend. I didn't think he needed surgery, but I also had no idea what he was going through. 2	Kissing your daughter goodnight is Sexualising your child I'm a woman and when I started going through puberty my Dad did stop kissing me goodnight and hugging me. His physical-affection towards me stopped entirely because of this type of reasoning. I was so depressed and it really damaged our relationship. 1	Yet another "imagine if genders were reversed". I agree that it is part of rape culture and that people should be aware. I'm definitely not burying my head in the sand. I disagree that our society as a whole think that rape is okay when it's done to a man. The problem in this particular situation is that people thought this was "hazing" and not rape.
