I’ll go against the grain here. First of all: Your gut feeling is an instinct. You can trust it. It’s not simply being jealous or possessive but you feel that she is a threat to your relationship and in my experience, that kind of hunch is most often true. People are given this kind of gut feeling in order to protect their families - it’s an instinct. Don’t let him tell you otherwise. You have asked him not to contact her like this and he went behind your back and did it anyway. It’s not a good …

It is true that lots of men feel entitled and many can’t take rejection. Keep in mind though that they bear the brunt of the initiation process, so they face rejection on a regular basis while we almost never do. Must be hard to go through this all the time. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes either. And yes, aggressive reactions by men to clear answers to their approaches is the reason why women ghost. They want clarity and honesty but it’s also hard to bear for them.

I understand you want to criticise that men are not held to the same standards as women looks wise? I am like you, I am a much more visual woman than what TRP movement and society wants to acknowledge is possible. We are being told that we are supposed to like boring looking guys because they have a fancy car and a fun personality or something. I may like those men as people, if they’re interesting company to talk to, but I will not want to sleep with them. So I agree with you in that respect. I…

This is why people have secret affairs. Not kidding. I’m not advocating this. However, it is normal and men experience it, too, but they are not judged for stepping out.

Are you a troll? No, really. I know lots of very feminine women who have troubles with their household and then there are a lot of very clean ladies in my life who are also able to repair stuff and do woodwork and all that. It’s a question of: do I like to get stuff done? Do I like physical labour? I’ve come to enjoy cleaning because it is simple labour that gives me fast visible effects and dopamine. I prefer that over cooking. In fact, I rarely ever cook. Now, am I a feminine or am I a masculi…

By "you", are you addressing me or women in general? Because I do not expect much from my partner to be honest. Maybe that’s a problem.

Thank you for the analysis. While I don’t agree with everything, I do agree with some of your ideas. I myself have definitely had sex with people because it fed my need for validation or was a patch for my insecurities. I was a late bloomer so I thought no man would ever want me. Which is why I gave myself away very easily without even enjoying it. I definitely see how that might devalue me. Although in hindsight, I don’t regret it. I needed to go through that to learn. Sometimes, people do chan…

Oh no. I feel you. My dad is much older even and he doesn’t try to date, but whenever we’re out on town together, he will shamelessly stare at young women while informing me what he thinks about their curves. You are probably right, it’s not something I should be making sweeping statements about.

I think it is very detrimental for women’s personal well-being to suggest that they isolate socially from their family and friends. In any relationship, this can turn toxic. A real leader will not feel threatened by friends and family. It’s as simple as that. And if he is, he’s not a leader.
/r/RedPillWomen28/04/25 06:43 PM

And yes I agree with you. The same goes for women as well in my country, for sex and LTR. Many older women prefer to be single over having to put up with all the hassle. Dating truly isn’t easy for most people, whatever the goal might be.

That may be true for very young dudes, but guys over 30 don’t really place sex as their number one priority in my opinion. In times of readily available porn, AI, onlyfans etc., many really don’t care that much about sex as they used to.

Whether women lie and the extent to how much they lie probably depends on the society around them. The same goes for men. I’m from Germany, I never felt like I had to lie about my body count. Bragging about your body count, whether it’s men or women, is generally seen as distasteful. It’s a horrible word anyway, since behind every count there is a person, a story, probably feelings involved. I don’t know about the USA, maybe it’s different there. There is, however, a safety reason involved for w…

I act like this, too. It’s fear of loss taking over. If I give them the space they need, and I’m left alone with my fears and my anger, emotions will likely build up on my side. I’ve seen it happen a few times that by the time “things cool down” for the guy and he wants to talk to me again, I’m positively fuming and I will lash out horribly because I feel so left alone and betrayed. There were instances when I had trouble letting a man get close to me again after a fight ended in him taking his …

/r/RedPillWomen22/04/25 07:07 PM

This may be the case in the USA, it is not, however, the case in every country. Marriage laws in the US really should be changed to suit the individual situation of a couple. On the other hand, where I live, SAHM are at a great disadvantage when a marriage fails, because she will not get any money from him apart from child support. All the years she didn’t work in a payed job, wasn’t able to build a fortune for herself etc. are seen as that is her choice and her own fault, she could have been a …

You are very correct here. I don’t agree with everything TRP says, but I had to learn this the hard way. The father of my child didn’t want to marry me. We started a family out of love. I’ve asked him several times to marry me, he always said he doesn’t approve of marriage being a legal status, it’s only there “for lawyers to make money.” He’s probably been on the internet too much, honestly. But at the time, I agreed with him. Love is all it takes, right? We are in a relationship. We’re a famil…

Of course we can’t know. I’ve seen it many times though. Feminism has taken away authority, but also lots of duties and responsibilities from men. Many have become complacent. I can’t say for sure that OP’s husband is like this, that would be an unfair generalisation. It’s just that my intuition reading this is telling me that he might. And I’d empathise if he did. Nobody has raised him to the end of fulfilling that role. He needs to work it out on his own. I know I’d be scared and reluctant if …

If he is to be the leader and he really wants to fulfill that role, he needs to step up to the responsibility. It is not her fault she doesn’t trust his judgement when this has in the past turned out to foster poor decisions. A leader isn’t only made by people who submit to being lead. First and foremost a leader has to be qualified to lead. Nobody can respect a boss that doesn’t know how to do business or doesn’t pay his staff or a teacher that is not smarter than the class. Respect should be a…

It entirely depends on the type of man you’re seeing if the sexual setting will deter him from wanting a relationship. That is not my experience. There are men who are like this. But a lot of guys are not like this. Personally I wouldn’t date a man who disqualifies you as a human being because you are ready to sleep with him. In my experience, men do fall in love through sex just like women do and if they are attracted enough, they will be ready for a relationship at some point. Many relationshi…

I just want to say that I am shocked as to how little you expect from your husband, the man who once vowed to always be faithful to you. It is NOT something all men do and yes, you CAN expect better. You don’t have to let yourself be treated like this! Not being sexually faithful to you it’s bad enough as is (STDs, you not getting the love you deserve). But the worst is that he has lied to you repeatedly. You can’t really trust him anymore. Trust is the most important thing in any marriage. And …

First of all, careful please with how you talk to people. I’m not riding shotgun on anyone’s ride, I do my own journey. My partner deserves a woman who knows her way and is ready to go the route without needing him to take her along. We’re both grown up people and we value independence in a relationship. I don’t want to be addressed like this by you or anyone. Second what you say is not always true, there are lots of late blooming women and lots of hot 20 year old jocks who by the end of their t…

That is because all people are valued by how attractive they are. No need to tell women, we know that we aren’t worth anything to the majority of society as soon as we are not deemed f***able anymore. Let’s be honest: that movie you’re talking about (trash by the way), who watches that kind of stuff and laughs about the male virgin? Mostly guys. I have nothing but sympathy for men who see their sexual prime withering away like that.

A perfectly normal guy with an awful jawline will get girls. Not Instagram models but normal girls who has the odd flaw herself. If he can get over a big nose or shelf hips, he will get laid. My hunch is that a lot of average looking guys expect too much. This goes for girls as well. We can start to pay for surgery for everyone. In South Korea, changing your body until it fits the general aesthetic is the norm. Sexy people having ugly children cause you can change the jawline but you can’t chang…

This is the promise of any self help movement: anything is possible, you just have to want it enough and do as I say. It’s how you make money. I think what you say is true in many instances. I knew a guy who had a very obvious physical anomaly, and he was always unlucky, going for super hot girls who would hang out with him out of pity - and he was a nice and funny guy. I respect your life choices and the work you’ve done. This is not personal. I came here to find exchange. I don’t think that all the red pill is saying is wrong. I think much of it is very lopsided though. Many men don’t seem to be able to see that women and men are human and not so different after all. I became interested in the whole phenomenon because men I know started reiterating some of the red pill ideas because they hung out on YouTube or had been looking for comfort. Friends, family, co…

What are you fixing though if you take away from the complexity of life and pretending it’s all simple? It’s not. That’s what I’m saying. That theory you’re sharing, I don’t see any science behind it. There is some truth at its core but it’s not the be all end all. Humans are not characters from a video game. The individuals and extremely diverse. Telling people stuff that is inaccurate will not help them or fix anything.

Most people over 30 stop exercising and accumulate fat in the wrong places. It’s called office job and family life. You can find workarounds but that’s not possible for everyone. I do see lots of relatively slim young fathers with fat young mothers next to them pushing a baby in a stroller. Pregnancy will do that to you. When the kid reaches age 3, most of these women will almost be back on track though. Otherwise we would have a world of onlychildren. It’s a trick of nature to reduce young fath…

I think you have an interesting theory. I think many people develop a life long need for validation or catching up on some experiences when they had a bad youth. The awkward pimply teenager of yore can turn into a swan however (because they grow, get fit, learn about style and socialising). I’ve seen it with both genders. These late bloomers very often feel the need to get back the time they have lost or use external validation to patch up their inner ugly duckling. Some will not work on themsel…

I think that leeway is a necessary life skill. You’ll not be young and cute forever. Old age is when you’ll definitely need that leeway. But yeah, below a certain threshold, people tend to choose to be alone. That’s why there are so many singles over 50.

This may well be the case. I know many girls who are with guys they don’t fancy very much and I know some guys who are kind of meh about their girl but that’s what’s there right now. Granted, they’re not the hottest ones themselves. Hot people just have more options. The good part is: when you’re young it’s not too hard to become hotter. If you don’t find people in your own league attractive, try to up your league. Hit the gym, lose fat, get some sunshine in, swap those old sweaters for somethin…

Long story short: if somebody gives you a compliment, don’t talk them out of it. Say thank you and smile. Nothing new here. The whole „naw I’m actually not that great“ toxic modesty kind of stuff doesn’t get you anywhere, whether you have a dick or not.

What you say makes no sense. Why would a woman want to waste her short period of fertility and attractiveness on a single guy who has too many other options? I don’t know many who would and those who do are either idiots or fairly inexperienced and naive (read: unattractive).
/r/TheRedPill25/10/22 04:34 PM

I am talking about a temporary concentration of resources. Like: X has a date with F+ tomorrow, and then this very hot guy/girl texts X to come to his/her place tomorrow night. Sorry, F+, see you some other time. And then, very often, F+ will get clingy and not accept the withdrawal so that X will have to come up with an excuse along the lines of „I am not ready for anything serious now“, which - to be honest - is true. I’m not talking about a long term investment.

It’s anecdotal, but I have some personal evidence against your theory. The one time I’ve cheated on a boyfriend in my whole life was because I had the chance to sleep with someone I thought was really hot (fit, slim, great style, great face). Much hotter than my boyfriend (chubby and not doing anything about it) It was a long distance relationship, he was my first love and I did love him, but I was also sexually starving. I didn’t want to let the opportunity pass because I knew I might not get a…

I don’t think what you say is true. I know lots of women who meet very hot guys they only want to spent some nice time with (and that time is worth not spending time with a less hot guy sometimes if they’re not going for anything longterm. And I also know guys who fall in love with a woman just because she is hot (read: hotter than them) and gives them a bit of her time. Many, especially when inexperienced, will fall in love „at first sight“ even without sex involved. Great sex with very hot peo…

That was not what I said. I said: it’s what guys do, it’s what girls do. Guys are just the same. If you are currently seeing an 8, and maybe a 6 for the bad and lonely days, and then a 10 comes along, don’t tell me you won’t ditch the others in her favour. This is exactly what men do. All. The. I empathise with your journey and your pain. She’s not the only woman on earth, you’re going to find someone who will give you a whole new experience and again, you will grow. And maybe you’ll lose out again and then grow again. It’s a journey.

As a girl I say this isn’t true. It’s much less about the behaviour. There’s probably another guy she’s been seeing and he’s more attractive. He’s given her another shot now and that’s why she wants to concentrate her resources on that guy. And it’s all fun and games until the less interesting guy falls in love and wants something more committed. She doesn’t want to hurt his feelings, then goes on to tell him she doesn’t want to get in to deep and cuts the contact. Come on, guys, you’ve been doi…

I’ve never done OLD the way it is normally done, because for professional reasons I have to be extremely private. I prefer RL. I do see the way it plays out with friends, both genders. They show me what’s on the table and we check it out together, the show me their matches, their photos, ask me what I think, we swipe together. About the stoic part: It’s sad but it’s true. This is what will get you fun and romance AND keep damage from bad experiences at bay. Not only for men. It’s my advice to women as well. Dating is hard and it’s getting harder. Don’t let it get to you, don’t succumb to whining, don’t give up. You’re in it for the fun? You’re hungry? Keep on hunting!

The problem here is, many many women use filters and photoshop heavily and then when a hot guy matches them, they know that he actually IS out of their league because they don’t look like this in real life. Like those guys who upload photos with hats on only because they are balding and I always ask myself, is he going to keep that beanie on in the bedroom? Well romantically, I wanted to know him better. He was my class mate, so we knew each other and we had been talking a lot before, but I wanted to ease into the whole romantic and erotic situation with him because it’s felt nicer and safer to me. That’s interesting, are you in the US, so is it an American thing? I’m from Europe, over here I don’t think anyone could force you to tell anyone who you’re dating, that would be outrageous. Dating is very essentially private in my opinion and everybody has a right to date whoever he or she wants. That’s freedom. It doesn’t have to interfere with work if you won’t let it. Before online dating, most people actually used to meet their spouses in their workplace.

The interesting thing about those people is that they themselves don’t consider their standards to be unrealistic. It’s always the others who are called to curb their expectations. The same goes for women as well. I know many women who are stuck in their college town (mostly humanities) and they can’t find any guy because most are gay or f***boys. I always joke that whenever I’ll have a dry spell I’ll go to the rural part of my country where all the lonely, angry men are, and live it up. What’s the problem with Indians anyway? I think Indian men can be very attractive.

Keeping your weight at a healthy level when you’re a woman 20+ in an office job is just the same amount of work as a mediocre fit body for a man. Men gain muscle much faster. Estrogen is responsible for gaining and holding body fat. Men under 50 can be attractive by just moving regularly and not giving in to Netflix and Doritos every night, they don’t even have to „work out“ or „lift“. It’s about agility, lean muscle and a healthy posture. Most women don’t go for Vin Diesel.

By checking your standards I mean: free your body and mind from what the Internet and mass media has fucked you up with. You will see the beauty in the average Jane and Joe, I guarantee you. The human body does not need to be perfect to give you a rush of the senses - Mother Nature has endowed us with the ability to love each other the way we are. I’ve stopped watching Netflix and TV and I’ve quit gaming a long time ago. I started spending more time with real people instead. It has improved my s…

Pretty is hard when you’ve been dealt a bad hand. Many women are just born with a big nose, a wide jaw, ugly teeth, chipmunk cheeks, or without the relevant curves. For them, it takes surgery to still be seen as pretty, even if they’re otherwise slim and fit, and I’m not even talking about sexually interesting here. Most can’t afford that. And what about the tall girls? By the way, I know lots of hot blond guys and even more hot short guys. All it takes for a man is to be in good physical shape …

That’s true. So if you can’t check your crazy standards, leave the playing field and stay lonely.

You say this precisely because you can’t imagine what it’s like to be in a woman’s body. Most MMA trained women don’t have a chance against your average Joe when it comes to physical strength. There IS a difference.

Because it is being acknowledged for women all the time, men are not realising how lucky they are.

Women very often work very hard for these options, though, which is what many guys don’t aknowledge. The amount of work that goes into looking a 6 or 7 as a woman is enormous, most are not born this way, and the expectations are also enormous and very often contradictory. BTW, it’s common knowledge that this advantage fades by the age of 30 or as soon as women start reproduction. Then it is the men who have the advantage. And I know, most people here are no older than 25 and can’t imagine that, …

You are saying the truth, my friend. A lot of people will not like it. Victim mentality is what drives all the pill discourses. „Woe is me“. Most things worth having come with a price or an Investment.

Women do not build muscle as much and as fast as men do. Please don’t believe instagram, I have to break it to you, photoshop can be used for videos as well. Most women do have a job and need and want to make money so they can’t spend as much time in the gym/resting to bulk as they would like. Yes, you can grow your butt to some degree as a girl but what you see on Instagram is not real. And you will only make the butt look more perky, but you will not get rid of cellulite or fat arms and thighs…

Dating as a woman below 30 is a breeze, if you forget the danger, the assault, the badmouthing… most guys would be shocked to find themselves in a woman’s body and constantly threatened by „suitors“ who are much more powerful and physically stronger than they are and at the same time mindlessly horny.

If I were a guy I’d probably be dating women over 40. Easy market with lots of hidden gems with a lot of experience who know life. Or go to gay bars, much more likely, and have lots of fun there.

Oh we do have that concept. You know those bearded buff guys that have been marketed as the ideal in the last decade? Well, I couldn’t care less about those. I like em tiny. That’s just me.

I don’t really get what you mean. What share exactly? Financial, sexual, emotional, housework chores? I mean… as far as I’m concerned, every couple does things a little differently and I know many women who give and give and ask nothing in return from their men. And these are not super hot, confident alphas btw. Most often, they are unhappy, broken losers and the women are somehow trying to save them or see the good on them. You find the exact same thing in reverse with men trying to save a woma…

Very true. I quote a friend who used to have quite a bit of success with girls: „I want to fuck some girls. But it’s too much work to find them. So I watch porn.“

Definitely. And don’t forget the „I am getting lazy, but there’s always porn“ route and what it can do to people (both men and women). I see it everywhere now, men and women are losing touch with each other. The world is becoming less loving and less sexy by the minute.

I want to add that this is also because of male behaviour. Most women would like the thought of a casual hookup but there’s a price that comes with that. A set of potential and very real dangerous consequences for the woman. Hooking up with a hot guy you don’t know that well can lead to badmouthing at best but it could also involve physical violence, we’re not even talking about rape and unwanted pregnancies here. If that wasn’t the case, there would be many more opportunities for men.

That is true. However, studies show that humans overwhelmingly pair up with and are attracted to people of their own market value. Most people do inherently understand what they can achieve dating wise. And they do adapt to that and are able to develop genuine attraction to normal, average partners like themselves. However, it is the media that sets the crazy standards and calibrates our brains to a standard of physical attractiveness that is unrealistic to achieve for most people. There are stu…

All of literature and culture tells you this: it is the human condition to never be fulfilled or satisfied. This is life. Then you’ll have some humbling times when you’re sick or lonely or have serious problems and way too much on your plate. Then you’ll realise that while you’ve been whining the week before, that was when you were happy. Getting older helps to appreciate empty and uneventful times as peaceful moments of freedom.

I try to learn from men who don’t overcomplicate things and are more fearless and hands-on than I am. Not all men are like this, there are lots who like to overthink and hesitate to act. But it’s mostly men who roll up their sleeves and get the stuff done that needs to be done now. They set goals and work for them. Whether it’s work or private life. And I like that. I try to incorporate that into my personality. It’s something I try to tell my female friends as well. It’s a great life skill.

What is it about these guys that surprise stick in their tongues? Happened to me twice. I’m talking to him (no flirting, normal stuff) and bam he’s in my mouth. Who tells these guys these „tricks“? One time was in a bar and the other time in the street.

It is judgemental but there’s some truth to it. Hookups very often are „take what’s there now“ moments. No preparation, zero communication, no real interest in the other person, drugs, you name it. You can have horrible moments in relationship as well though. Those are much more damaging. And then there are these crazy romantic beautiful spontaneous hookup moments with someone you really liked that become treasured memories.

I was with a class mate and we were naked and making out, but I had told him beforehand, that I wanted to wait and get to know him better before we did the real thing. I guess I had been feeling kind of uncomfortable around him before. He kissed my neck, which was nice, but he did that so as to trick me to get into a certain position. Then he would just pop inside of me - surprise! I said „don’t!“. He held on to me though and then came after five seconds. It was super weird and, now that I think…

It absolutely is. I’ve heard it so many times from girlfriends and have experienced it myself. The surprise-choke, loud butt-slapping (ouch) or even face-slapping as well as clawing their nails into your boobs… that happens all the time. Not all screaming is a sign of approval. The worst for me are guys who will use my head like a fleshlight when I start blowing. It makes me feel sick and scares the hell out of me. If you do that to me, I will stop immediately and that’s it. Many women like thes…

Talking to them and THEN telling them you’re not interested will be even more dangerous than pretending they don’t exist. Guess why we ignore in the first place. These are not the guys who can handle a friendly „no thank you“.

You’ve identified the problem: you‘re ugly. Now what are you going to do about it? Is it because of weight, fitness, teeth, hairstyle? Or do you have an issue that can’t be fixed or improved easily such as crooked legs? Most ugly men I know could look so much better if they’d be ready to put in the work (and knew what to change).

Women are looks driven, but they will approach the way women mostly do: by presenting themselves, flirting, giving implicit invitations („being single can be so boring at times blah blah“). Most will not say: you’re hot, let me blow you now. Especially younger women do not even realise that this is what they want to do. I will only approach openly if I know that a guy is clearly into me but holding back for some reason. Otherwise you’ll risk getting named a slut.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/22 10:41 PM

The truth is also that many men don’t like to be approached when it happens. Not all, but a fair share of men can’t deal with a woman being clear about their intentions. I don’t know if it scares them away because it’s seen as slutty or whatever. Those are probably the same guys who go for „low body count“. If you want an innocent little flower, you’ll have to do the job yourself, mate.
