Nothin i say will change your mind or make you think differently. If dating makes you this dissmisive, hopeless and angry then give it up and waste your time on something that makes u happy.

Almost every relationship and couple ik irl (including people who come to my wprkplace) split finances, are generally on a level and most take it in turns to pay for dates.

To start with, weather a woman is in active combat roles or not they take part in the war effort. There work was extremely important during the world wars in manufactoring, medical care and other areas. That does matter. And it does change their lives and did put them at risk.

Tbh id have made my intentions more clear before ever kissing someone but idk this just seems like you worked with a bunch of dicks, especially the main girl. Idk

Its not victim blaming to say that the way men were raised contributes to this issue. Thats not the victims fault if there were a victim? And a lot of women ask for help too. There are more male only spaces popping up in the uk though to help ease presure on the lifeline resources that are really just a stop gap, and to get men long term help. Last time i looked at the statistics and possibly they were out of date showed a different picture of men asking for help, im glad thats getting better. I…

Good for you, i truly hope you give up on dating if this is how hopeless you are going to veiw it. Theres no point me trying to reason with crazy. Good luck in life ig.

I literally am judged on that, by the same people who judge men on that. Equally ive noticed male coworkers in equally shitty jobs actually still get more respect than me from others. So i really am not believing this is worse for men in terms.of actual experience. In terms of how we are made to worry about that by social pressure and influencers, thats where the difference is.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:51 PM

I am aware the phenomenon is not new but part of why its got worse is male focussed influencers particalarly right leaning. Also men and women are scrutinised for not acheiving. As someone whos done badly most their life my lack of a penis hasnt stopped others looking down on me.

I believe the way society is set up causes a lot of people in general to comit suicide. But that this is worse in men due to a lot of negative talk from male aimed influencers (ex: if you arent ritch and strong no one likes you and your a loser) and also that only recently has mens mental health been taken seriously. As well as body image not being talked about for men and unrealistic standards being set. Also more vetrans are men, and vetrans have a suicide issue too due to lack of support afte…

I can agree in some ways but i do see issues men face that just arent covered in womens or non gendered issues. Like mens abuse survivor shelters, and also the general mens spaces and mental health support is in its infancy so theres likely a lot more things men could see as benefitial that arent yet being done.

All i can say is i was an attractive teen, still 90% of dudes would turn me down. You gotta meat someone you match with in more than one way. Also weight and looks and all that in terms of what someone wants will be different person to person. For example i dont like Brad pitt, but hes still attractive to other people.

I think in general this is one of thos areas where women online talk a lot and irl say very lkttle as its a sorta taboo topic. But honestly almost every girl/women ive known had "this is my unatainable hot guy internet crush" guy, like f1 drivers and bands and singers. But also have different and realistic crishes on boys they know, or friends. I do believe in terms of sexual relationships between too people that in general media can get in the way a lot (espexially when people are inexperienced…

Health coverage isnt somerhing i look into not being from the usa so having public healthcare. I agree there needs to be more abuse shelters for men, but that is changing and i know it is as ive seen two places change their rules on this to have male safe places too. Doctors, therapists and support agencys are taking mens abuse seriously, i am connected to this feild and its something i have taken note to check about. Why do men need more painkillers than women? this explains part of why i also …

For women to stop lying about the fact that they would rather be an exceptional man's side chick, than their equal's wife If you truly think this you are honestly beyond trying to talk to about this. Many many many people are in averagge long term relationships with average people. Just as those people with money gaslight you about their privilege, is the same way women gaslight men about their privilege, with you, and this post being the perfect example Explain how?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:17 PM

Firstly, women also take part in the military during war, in fact its how women earned the right to vote. Also voting especially in western countries often has very little to do with how war is handled or drafts. Its been a long time since there even was a draft. Also avergae men are, unsurprisingly, in relationships with other average people. This whole 10-20% thing has just made men who believe they arent good enough stop trying. But then again if you aim for the top 10-20% of women only, mayb…

Yeah i agree, the language is the bit that needs removed from the likes of sa campeigns ect. The language being removed will likely also mean most of the sentiment being removed, tho it will take longer to get rid of.

So your saying theres no actionable change to make mens lives better? Is this because you believe that someones view of men is the issue?

Dating isnt over for men in america as far as i can tell you just consume too much reddit, and other social media. Generally women want you to: - accept a no when your told no - aproach and be nice - not put presure on them (ex: buying a drink and being anoyed because you bought them a drink and didnt get some action) - be a decent human to everyone, and not treat women different or worse because they are women. Incels, and those with low social skills ect arent necessarily bad, but if thats a s…

People had to put up with things in the past they dont have to now. Id love an example of where you think the man was being reasonable in persuing a girlfriend and that was actually concidered harassment? Okay, it may be in decline but from what ive seen people are mostly, if there family was religious in the same church or maybe a slightly less strict version of the same religion, christianity is still big enough that there are 5 churches in my small town. But there are still PLENTY of people g…

My last paragraph simply means dont start saying stuff like "theres no hope becuase no one even cares" or "well ppl of colour get x thing so men should have it too" but more like "men need x thing to do better" i just wanted it to be more positive and focussed ig

Its not harassment if you can be a normal person and just meet someone, if its against policy thats different, but also that policy probably has been the same for a long time. Its not a new thing to not have couples work at the same company. People are deffinately still religious, im 21 and quater of my year at school went to and still go to church for the most part. Again, it wont be considered harassment if your normal about it. There are also: pubs, clubs, cafes, shops, events, actual nights …
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 04:58 PM

I agree people can hide it well. And i dont think this post is just about people in PPD. But there are things that slip out, beliefs that people dont think they need to hide ect. As well as bitterness and anger often being hardest to hide. Ive made mistakes and dated people when i was a teen who i thought might think misogynistic things, and i wouldnt do it again. That thought is echod by a lot of other women ik. Women ik who have settled down are not with those sorts of men, including myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 11:10 AM

Yes but if someone gives of the impression they dont respect women, and they are a woman, a very high percentage will choose not to be around that person anymore. Also morality is different, but its generally a very easy thing to be a decent person, specific morals are outside that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 11:07 AM

If the way you speak and your first impressions come of bad to others they will not want to date you. Thats why its pointed out. The way you speak can tell people about the things you think (to a degree) and getting dates isnt about your true self, its about first impressions.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 10:22 AM

Masculine men tend to not actually cause these issues if brought up and taught correctly? Like the competetiveness in my family and the men in it doesnt make them nasty to women ect. I also know way more wussy/short/high voised men who like to be nasty to women and others and get themselves locked up. I dont think either is a marker of a bad person, and hormones effect people but if u cant controll it and be normal thats probably an overproduction and u should go to doc.

I agree that others damage our self image but the point is to try your best to build yourself back up and admire the good qualities you have and build on that thing you do good by adding other things your good at. Part of making yourself feel confident can also be working on the way you look/ hobbies or something else. Also self confidence and self love doesnt mean "im so pretty and skinny" but accepting what you look like and being comfortable building on yourself, trying new styles and ways of…

How can a polyamorous person tolerate being in a monogamous relationship that doesn't make sense to me. Im mostly open to my partners doing things also my bf and me have the same wants and he doesnt want an open relationship anyways so it works perfectly for monogamy. And i dont think poly has changed my veiw of monogamy coz i never was polly i was just in open relationship. Which is different and i was aware what was changed for that. This doesn't erase the fact people with open boundaries often feel like they are superior to closed boundaries. And how people are pressured to open up or tolerate open relationships Okay, cool, but ive said nothing like that and the opposite in the fact that i am in a amonogomous relationship? I wasnt dictating shit my point is it is up to the two people in the relationship whats healthy for them? And im in a monogamous relationship because i am in love and i dont want anyone other than him and he doesnt want us to be open and we discussed and agreed to this before dating officially so we both are on the same page, thats what i feel is important.

My first point tho probably badly explained is i think op is entirely right about what they want. But that other people want other things. That was my reason for tryna explain my POV with "personally" and stuff. Also i know im not within the normal thoughts of a monogamous person but i am also on a manogamous relationship, where my partner is very not comfy with the more "open" things i think but is okay with minor stuff like me doing things myself when hes not in the mood or watching a vid or t…

I think the real veiw change is you know what you need. Ops partner should only see them as a source of fulfilment or move onto someone more aligned with what they want. For me, im pretty open, i want my partner to enjoy life, and if they want to try something, i would even be okay with them finding someone to get that sort of experience. I also believe mastorbating separately is healthy as it means there's never someone who really wants it and is totally unable to do anything if the other partn…

I can agree with the first parts and really tried to keep thinking that as i do with other forms of comedy im not into but then it just doesnt seem to add up that way ig? Sooo if a man doesn't consider himself a potential rapist or abuser he is the problem? Okay dude. Not whats being said. Except that you just made it gendered I need to be wary of men as they are bigger, stronger and in general usually more powerful than me, so i shouldnt trust men in general to be good, i need to aproach it with more causion for my physical safety as imo i could hold my own against most women. Also money issues can cause suicide i agree but its not murder or rap and survival of those things also can cause suicide attempts. A sense of security doesn't necessarily mean greater security objectively. I mean this is obvious its like house locks to stop break ins, a determind theif will still find a way. it's because of statements like yours that people like me won't defend you if your boyfriend ends up abusing you. What statement exactly and what makes you feel like this is an okay way to behave? What do you mean by "not support" tho? What do you even mean by lose lose game? Exactly tbh, my bf is probably the best man ive met (protective of everyone, caring and outright lovely) and the thing that helped me trust him was his understanding of me being nervouse. First time i visited his he hung out with me and his sister then made me sleep in the guest room (disapointing considering what i expected haha but one of the sweetest quiet gestures to make sure i felt safe ive had)

Okay well i trust black people the same i trust any other race so. And im talking about how ive figured out that i trust men too much and shouldnt trust them. I dont talk to many women and any i do are at arms leagnth even in my family.. so yeah, i really dont trust women. 1 in 4 women are victims of ex crimes, the stats are equally worrying for male victims. The percentage of victims who were abused by men is also very high. Theres a local incentive to stop abuse that has also shown me how many men i dont yet know are creeps. Yes we live in a world of crimes and my whole point of not trusting men is exactly this they commit certain types of crimes i dont want to be victim of and the fact the tells for the creeps ik are shared and liked so much was a wake up call …

I dont trust men, doesnt mean i wont trust a man or its really hard for a man to get me to trust them. But it means im not just blindly trusting men. Also if me not trusting you is enough to make you commit violent crimes on women its kinda proved i was right about you. "Peoples bosses" means i know some bosses whoa ct like this and their behaviour from talking to people "Peoples bosses" ≠ "my boss" "peoples bosses" ≠ "every boss" Also my boss, and her boss and her boss are all women so... Equally "i dont trust men" ≠ "i dont trust any man"

I can get that style of humour too! But theres a defo line that being real i cant explain between that being kinda funny and it just seeming very suspicious and i think its got more to do with context, tone and usual reactions. Also what your actually willing tos ay ur like with your whole face attached is a dif level too.

Maybe because."dont trust men" is dif to "dont trust a man" like i see why i shouldnt trust men now, still there are plenty men i trust.

I dont think women are morally superior. Im also not afraid of men because of social media, im not trusting of men in general because of the way the proven creeps act on social and how many more faceless people react like that who could be anyone. And its shown me just how many creepy dudes i dont know of. Black people and jews dont tend to actually have a different physical advantage over me. They also are no different from my pasty mayo coloured boring breed self. But in doing this ive discovered how many more faceless men are out there doing this. And hiding it. And also most the womens stuff is about them being crappy people, the mens stuff is mostly about them being violent creeps. So i think theres a difference there.

Ive met horrible women, ive met horrible men, but my point is the way men act facelessly online or on socials they think are safe or in comments they think no one will see and the abusive and threatening behavior they tend to lead towards is a huge safety issue. Making a lifelong comitment that only works if another person doesnt pass away/ become seriously ill or leave you is deffo a bad idea and marriage protects you from only someone leaving and even then its not necessarily going to be much more of a help than being single and having a kid with a random guy (child support). Half a guys assets or pension isnt needed if you first work on being in a good position to support you and your kids seperately.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 08:23 PM

Well if i was going to have kids i wouldnt rely on a sole person for money for any number of reasons including early death or illnesses. And you can have planning about who raises a child and the relationships and have family without marriage...
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 08:17 PM

And how exactly does being married beforehand stop the guy running away and not paying the money you are owed? My point is commitment doesn't mean marriage, and marriage doesn't mean commitment. I know comitted couples who raised kids and are growing old together who never married. I also know serial devorces with kids. Marriage is just an honestly quite flimsy contract, a party, and a money hole. Sure, I'd like to do it one day, but i know my partner and I are committed because i got to know hi…

Imo marriage isn't a marker on if a relationships going to last, and although its difficult, single mums dont have to give up their career. often if they pick a decent guy, then time share is option. Also, any father has to pay child support just as an ex-husband would. Marriage seems to have a ridiculous amount of belief in it in this post. No people can prove it other ways, its hard to see something you dont have when you never had it tho. Yes actions do speak louder than words, but this is like saying if someone disagrees with your point of view often they are gaslighting you, sure it can be a sign to just keep an eye out, but it doesn't mean its certain. I know men who've slept with one woman and have very womanising and non LTR friendly views. I know men who've slept with many and made amazing partners long term. The way a person thinks about and views both their sexual partners and a long term relationship is a much better indicator of if their good to be with.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/24 06:49 PM
14

Honestly I think it's more the individual views a person holds on the other sex rather than how many people. I think people with less LTR compatible views are just.more likely to have casual sex, rather than that being the red flag, it's just that it csn be the first sign of a real issue
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/24 04:54 PM

I know amazing couples that got together at 60+ or in their 50s or 40s or 30s. A LTR with a guy who can only value youth isn't worth it as they will just cheat if you get too old. And this whole "it's difficult so don't do it" bs (I don't even think it's that difficult) is the worst way to think about life.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 09:19 AM

In terms of the "common view" or media view or whatever I'd say women are expected to be keeping themselves pretty, and to be some form of mother/house maker. There also is still expectations to clean and cook. Much like the men's one is doing the outside chores and working and doing DIY. That view hasn't really changed that much it's just that more people are also vocal about how that's not really right. Personally I'd say it should be personal choice, and when it comes down to it it is
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 09:58 AM
2

Yeah because firstly if your choosing ones you prefer you will likely do a better job (like my partner loves to cook and I don't so much, so I'm worse at it). Also if you both feel it's a fair split you are less likely to be annoyed by chores you hate. And in general if you are working together for both of you to be happy, your relationship will be happier.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 09:40 AM
2

Well when there's two people the effort of the chores doubles so that's not really true. Equally people have different health issues ect and different things they wanna do at home that leads to different levels of mess. And different responsibilities depending on strength, knowledge and preferences. I cook everything one pan or pot that I can. My partner is a chef and cooks using all the pots, I can't deal with that many dishes so they do it then. They also prefer to cook.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 08:58 AM
1

Yeah that is good for you and your relationship but this is about general advice about relationships. Like communication is most important and having roughly equal responsibilities is also good, but it isn't always possible and isn't always even fair.

I don't think I'm entirely unique there's plenty of women and girls like me. But in general most of them were picked on in school. But still a majority and a majority of those.people don't change as much as everyone would hope in adulthood because no one really does.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 01:16 AM

That's a stupid thing to say, personal preference is different and mine certainly isn't bigger than average, I infact would avoid dating someone over 4-5 inches. I know it's a common joke and insult, and some people do also prefer bigger. But I know from trying it that bigger is not for me. And I'm 100% sure I'm not alone in that. /r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 12:52 PM

Well you were complaining about women being with other people first if it's such an issue surely that's the fix!
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:58 AM

Just coz your insecure doesn't mean that's actually an issue. It's just something you need to figure out your issues with. And if no sex before marriage is your jam because of personal preference and not insecurity join a church and meet someone there.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:54 AM

You guys are just so determined to ignore personal preference and to go after only the girls you actively complain about I swear. If your kind and yourself you'll get someone you actually value. If your a dick to everyone and think you've got to be X y and z to get a partner you will attract the people who like that. But don't complain when you can't be yourself with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:05 AM

Most women have a personal preference and just because someone's had bigger penis' does not mean they preferred it.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:04 AM

The thing your not listening to is people have different wants and needs, I couldn't have too big as it physically hurts for little enjoyment. Generally I've had more fun with those self conscious of size, I don't get why they are coz to me it feels waaaay better. Also "the motion of the ocean" is basically saying you can either be bad or good at sex with whatever size penis. The specific motion is what your partner you are doing stuff with likes.

Idk I mean I felt it was the opposite. During my youth I saw whatever was considered "sexy" in my social groups and area as sexy. Then as I matured i figured out what I really liked isn't that typical standard, and that I liked bigger guys and kindness and tbh I wasn't ever really into the guys who I was saying I liked at the time. Sometimes, but honestly I've never really noticed people treat the highest functioning ones any different to normal, at least when it comes to dating? Infact they were and probs still are pretty successful. I don't think so, and if they do they are idiots as I know millionaires and drug addicts with no job who live with mum, with autism. And almost no one would register that half of them are different at all.

Honestly I don't know as it's not something I feel. I think it's the fact that when they don't know they like the way the person acts, but when they find out a name decide that that's not for them. I don't think it's to do with lower status as honestly the autistic people I've met have the same spread of successful and rich to being in poverty and doing drug as nts do.

Autistic people honestly aren't that different to being with a neuro typical. I'd say the low functioning that may need a carer like someone with dementia are different tho, as I'd feel uncomfortable dating someone who's not very aware of anything as they'd easily be tricked. Heck my ex's are doing good enough to them friends and family living at home and not working, at least to not get shit for it. Some women absolutely could change their face with facial hair, they just don't because it's not a social norm so would to most and them make them feel bad and less pretty so they shave/wax/tweeze. Also I agree something being old doesn't make it good! But also think your point is silly. Firstly ive actually had cow shit on my face more than makeup and I've had no issues from either. Well yes you are correct but it doesn't really make a difference to you if someone wears a mask, a fake beard, a real beard, chemicals or clay on their face when it comes to that. Honestly it was far easier to persue someone than have to choose who's good from dif guys approaching after so many issues. And now looks effect nothing. If your letting the way you look effects you that's a bigger problem for you. And if your going after people who care that much based knowing looks, your choosing shallow people.

What I'm saying is from my experience what you seem to think is true has been wrong mostly, and honestly from what I know most women would agree with me. As I said I'm dating an amazing man I persued. I don't think all men are bad, I don't think any specific look effects how kind someone is. And I don't think that persuing makes someone bad. But I also do not agree it's easier just because more people persued you.

You'd only class two of them as hot in terms of what I understand, and being honest the one who was best looking in these terms during that time was actually the kindest and i had a good time.the other just wasn't a good fit for me, but otherwise fine. In fact some of the worst looking by typical standards were the worst, certainly the one I find personally least attractive. So, no, it wasn't that.

I think you might be right but my thoughts on this is women have had longer to get to the stage they are. To begin with women fought against feminism and what it mean too. Also with men being told they arent to have emotions but women being "emotional" it was probably easier for them to express problems even when negative things were passed down through generations. Men are doing well at making spaces for themselves and lifting eachother than ever before and that's important to remember. And alt…

So when I was trying to date guys, I'd indeed have lots of interest. When I was younger I said yes a lot and I got used, abused and hurt. Either that or end up in extremely awkward and uncomfortable situations. It wasn't fun and the guys after me were not good for me for varying reasons. I don't want to waste either person's time, and I don't want to put myself at risk. The person I chose I persued and he's amazing. If I'd have not been chased by all those men or said yes to them I'd be happier …

Trying to find a good person is hard, weather you are looking for a grain of sand on a concrete floor or a beach it's equally difficult. Just settling for anyone isn't a safe choice.

Being honest weight doesn't really effect it that much until you get to a certain stage. Ive been 15 to 18st and had plenty interest

My partner went to work and home and not much else, he'd stopped going out or meeting people. I fell for him and then persued him. His kindness he showed to others that I'd seen going to the business convinced me. I've approached a few guys, the ones I approached or told I liked first have been the ones I've been serious about tbh

From experience they have to be good. Nothing bleaker than sitting in a guy's flat while he struggles through a guns and roses song on his electric guitar. Being fair he succeeded on his conquest and got money off me, but he also never saw me again

Not necessarily and sex doesn't have to be with a perfect looking person to be enjoyable either way

Firstly: this entirely depends on both people in the relationships and their personal strengths and weaknesses. Personal: I bring a lot of emotional intelligence and help thanks to being in therapy for years, I make sure things stay stable and my partner looks after themselves, currently I'm earning most of the money and I also bring the house. I register pets and ect in my name and do the main shopping plans. He brings cooking, cleaning, has also been the main earner and most importantly brings…

No, just people want different things to eachother and the main "talked about" body image changes as we stop talking about past things.

Dude I had sex with a hairless slimy man who tried strangle me, we all make dumb choices when we beggin dating. TBF tho a sex worker probs knows some tricks of the trade and also maybe the guy just likes larger women it's not like that's unheard of.

Why not ask or speak to her about it? Instead of getting insecure and nervouse about your ability. People can also be compatible as Feb and not as a ltr.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
