Of course I don't like girls as people, they are pretty boring, I have tried talking to women before, I get bored quickly, I've tried to have some sort of interesting conversation but if I can't get them to let me fuck them, why waste time? Of course this plan has never worked and I still haven't gotten laid, but that's why I'm here. The problem is NEITHER DO MY FRIENDS but they seem to do just fine with women

Started to exercise today, I don't know why but I feel a lot better after excercise, it's only 2 sets of 20 push ups a day, once i find an actual routine i'll follow that, gonna increase to 3 sets next week then 4 then so on until i find a routine

I'm not sure how to work on empathy, seems like you have it or you don't As for therapy, psychiatrist says try exposure therapy by going back to hang out at nintendo world and try socializing each time until i stop getting nervous Not sure how the problems I'm not telling you about come out in text, an explanation would be nice, the problems themselves would be even better
