Its one thing if you’re both okay with it, if one party isnt, then yeah its rape. Theres also different kinds of rape too. For example if you were to have sex and afterwards you found out she had lied about an aspect, lets say NOT having an std, and you find out after she indeed does have an std, then that is classified as rape by deception. Men can be raped. There are different kinds of rape (just providing as further examples). She is not only uneducated when it comes to what rape is, but she …

“Sexual relationship” you mean grooming, molestation, and rape?

I didnt want to clarify specifics but its more to do with her lying about birth control, poking holes in condoms, threatening to hurt herself if i left, and about 10 months of convincing me how awful and worthless i was without her. Specifically the rape part were the sexual acts used as tools to manipulate me. I would have never slept with her knowing she was having unprotected sex with strangers or if i knew about the hole filled condoms sooner, or if i knew about her many lies of which includ…

I am a male, i was legally raped. Consensual sex that would not have happened with context my partner withheld, “rape by omission” is the legal term. No one cares and i just have to deal with what she’s done to me.

I never found out exactly why, just assumed she didnt want to work with me? I didnt really try to find out, wasn't something I even thought about in 6th grade. To be frank, I didnt really think about girls at all at that time, which was even more ironic for the situation. I didn't start to have interest like that till end of 7th into 8th grade.

I was falsely accused back in middle school. No cameras, no people, no nothing except someone claimed I had been watching them in the changing room and would grope them in the changing room and hallways. The saving grace was she happened to make a claim where my mother and another school employee had eyes on me at the time she said something had happened. Nothing ever came of it, but she was not punished in any way for making up such wild stories. For context, I was in 6th grade and she was in 8…

Is she not going to campus pd or actual police? If this did happen then she needs to properly report it. If you have 0 context or proof then yeah, its impossible to judge. If she is lying and it comes out they best be just as quick to shun her! Double fuckin standard.

They could have just assumed and called police on his ass and then i think that’d fit in here. They did the right thing the right way.

So no fact, no traces of the drug, no time and date he was at her apartment, proof the was using “recreational drugs” whatever those qualify as, and she gets to remain anonymous... sounds like a cash grab not so well disguised.

Becuase if how rape is defined by law. Unless a male is penetrated by the other party it isnt rape by LAW. Yes it is stupid no they have no plans to change it yet sadly.

Thats not quite how it works but it could be argued that way. Depending on the judges mood that day they might conjure up some story of how he sent those messages or something too. Doesn’t really matter when there just arent decent people in the world who just want the truth or to be nice and not lie.

People dont even fucking understand the responsibility and the fucking real reason to have a kid or even talk about it. Fuck people like this and fuck people that lie about being pregnant, lie to get pregnant, or lie in a relationship in general. This shit has me so pissed on so fast.

But why is one sexual and the other isn’t. They arent touching him for any other reason than they are attracted to him???

Men having rights or discussing the idea is misogynistic.
/r/MensRights02/12/17 03:22 AM

Difference how? Its touching without conscent but the other way around it is REQUIRED and even when given it is sometimes till an “issue” with shit is the point.

I was more meaning of it were me i personally wouldn’t care but I would care about the fact that since they did it to me without asking I could not do it back, it would be a crime. If they ask and I say okay, thats another story because then, on an equal stage, i would he expected to ask in return. My point was more how those particular people would be the ones making an issue if it was done back to them even by the dude they were fondling.

See the issue is she wanted a baby and used me and now is trying to keep me on the hook for it like it was an "accident" when had she just said she never got the bc shot or not lied sbout so many other things none of this would be happening. Thanks tho... 😢

This goes back to i believed it was a joke. You should be able to trust someone in a relationship right? Fuck me I guess. I definitely will get a pat test as it seems that is my only option and I will let her know because she did hang around guys when i was visiting home and such and that was often so who knows, maybe ill be fortunate enough to not be tied to it in any way.
/r/MensRights08/06/17 05:28 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
