1	Lifting and Boxing, is it feasible? Stronglifts is a very specific method based on really tapping out to increase strength. For my specific workouts, rest day is the other 2 days of the week. 6	Lifting and Boxing, is it feasible? I specifically avoid this. Box 2-3 days a week and lift so that you get at least 5 days worth of workouts (2 boxing 3 lifting or vice versa). If you lifted properly, there's no way you should be able to have a valuable boxing session. If you go hard enough at the boxing gym, there's no way you should have the strength to lift.
