Same actually is for companies. If requirements for position are nonsensical, then it will attract more liers and manipulators, than actually competent individuals. Just a question. If a guy went into military, trained for about 3weeks but officers decided that the guy is not fit for military service either for health reasons or psychology, but other than that he is in great physical shape. Would that guy be accounted as served the military or not?
