To build on that it's a competition between sheer physical ability, not a simple performance of tasks. Men and women are biologically different that is not sexist. Women can perform the tasks with proper training just as men can. Most people will not be fit for the military without training, with training women will be equipped to do the job properly and the fitness (and other) tests should adequately represent the necessary capabilities of performing the job as such. A lot of the stuff here is a lot of spin on issues women's rights activists and feminists have been pushing for a while. E.g. If a woman is deemed as unfit to serve in the military, a women's rights activist will try to fight for that right while a men's rights activist will complain about their expectation of manliness.
