You'll want to look into tuna fish (canned) which usually has about 12-14g protein per serving (2 per can). You can use greek yogurt instead of mayo which is heavy in protein as well. - also Chicken breasts which are full of protein as long as you use a basic preparation and don't load up on fats or carbs. Carbs depress, make you tired, and supposedly give you energy, but since I've cut back my intake on them, and focused on protein and healthy fat, I've never had more energy.
