u ever see a really fat person? They literally don't stop eating. They need to keep eating just to maintain their lard. Whenever I see a fatty degen on the bus they always have a slurpee or a bag of nuts or something. It's hard to believe but they are this much of failures. Temperance is 0% a part of them.

Really I thought lifting was bad for your joints? I tend to train my compounds in the 1-5 rep range and basically accepted that it would mess me up a bit when I'm older. (see Dorian Yates) Also what does "eating like a horse" mean lol
