Thanks all. @docbear&hbplayer, yes I am in shape, not swole but slim/athletic ofcourse trying to get bigger. but when it comes to women, idk, i seem to approach with a negative mindset, all the young women at work (i.e. <30) are stuck up, and most women at bars or clubs again tend to ignore me or act weird. but its like if i was to approach, then they already know why i am. i cant just say "hey, do u like the music in this place?" they know im not having a real convo just trying to get in their …

"BPD..." etc. I personally wouldn't go anywhere near a chick that has those types or amounts of problems. Don't stick your dick in crazy. female dominated ... employment ... few co workers I want to smash I am the same - don't shit where you eat. Not worth it - but do tease them. ... I don't subscribe ... that M/F friendships cannot work... They don't. Look again. How many of those guys that have female friends are actually their beta orbiters? I see it all the time, those guys are either gay or…

Yes you need to go NC and move on. 3 years of her bad attitude? no thanks, find someone better, and always improve yourself.

Thanks for this. It's a bit old, but if it ran ok for the next year I wouldn't trade it. just scared it may break down/die on me. However, are you saying that cars do not add to SMV? eg looks, status, wealth, frame & game - are cars excluded from this? and yes you're right about the walking wallet - got to be cautious of this.

Not a manager but looking for advice as I chase promotions. What I mean is: What is the hardest part of your job AND what is your RP approach/solution to this? E.g. constant whining - ignore? etc.

This - Ghost her. She sounds crazy, probably BPD. Also, men and women can't be friends. You went from her AF to BB and back again. Ghost her, stop worrying, and go find some cute younger chicks to game.

Sorry to ask, but have you checked for ADHD/Aspergers etc.? Keep lifting, socialise a bit, quit social media if you're on it. Find a hobby or mission and work on it. It seems meditating doesn't seem to work at the moment - have you tried Headspace/Mindfulness? Other than that I'd speak with a health professional.

BOE has lots of good info. Some to add: Protein shakes - get them (whey). Take x2 scoops twice a day (one after workout) which is 80g protein already. Eat lots of lean meats, chicken/fish etc, drink lots of milk & eat eggs. Start out doing bodyweight exercises. Get cheap gym membership if you can. If not just buy some dumbells to get started. Have a read about different programmes - try 5x5 or Stronglifts. Or if you do a brosplit do 8-12 reps for upper body and 15-18 for legs. Try to workout for…

sorry meant to say mostly in the workplace for example if you know there is an internal post then you and another guy race to get brownie points trying to learn as much as possible. if out in the club or something it's best to avoid drama, fighting over women is lame (unless I'm wrong) but if it can get you a nice pay rise then yes it's good to be competitive. maybe not just a better position but if you like your job and they are downsizing due to budget cuts or something then ideally you d want…

You're right fishin, I used to be happy and sociable, then I'm not sure what, but I have had odd "occurences/phases" of anxiety/ocd/depression. It's not bad or anything, usually if someone points it out to me I'll change.

Thanks. I like this one: Don't dwell on missed opportunities -- focus on seeking future ones. You're right, deep down I know I can be sociable, I just don't go out that often - busy bars etc. aren't really my thing, and I don't drink really (not a mormon).

It was to ask if others had similar pasts. Being introverted I understand not going to parties, but declining a hat then going back for one...idk. It was a mix of my weird past and self-inflicted low esteem - browsing fb (I need to cut it out) and seeing younger faggots with hot girls, although I have more than them (need a bit of personality tho lol)

Thanks - I'll have a look. I've always been skinny- although I am eating more and lifting, so I am slowly making progress. I'd suspected either low T or thyroid issues. And yes :( I'd breifly considered an escort (legal here) but after doing some reading it would probably make me feel worse and/or feel guilty, I think most people do.

Thanks both RHL and ani. You're right, I am very introverted, but I just thought those examples were a bit odd (as opposed to simply not going out to crowded places etc.) But in future if I am invited to anything I will force myself to go along, and hopefully there are some xmas or NY parties I can tag along to.

Oneitis is part of our addictice/polar personalities. She either means the world to us; or we next her and 10 hoes later, she means nothing. It's like when people choose NoFap or binge watch porn/fap. It's about moderation and being realistic (being Aware and Unplugged).

Thanks for the reply. I've essentially been in monk mode as I don't go out, or when I do I don't approach, because of a Catch-22 here. Lack of experience/low confidence (gaming chicks) leads to low SMV. But my low SMV means I can't get opportunities (women ignore me) - can't improve game/increase SMV. (For example, you can't get a job because no experience, but can't get experience because can't get job) But the point is, low SMV from low confidence (self-perception) or because of low values (sk…
