Sounds like an exercise in getting over AA more than anything. This exercise is quite entertaining as well. From a behaviorist standpoint, these exercises are essential because they provide positive reinforcement for approaching. Once you're at a point where just approaching women is fun for you, your skill level will start increasing rapidly without you even knowing it, just because you're having such a good time approaching.

lifted weights every time I watched a movie or TV show. Doing it wrong. You need to go to the gym or buy your own equipment and use it 3 days a week, working the entire body every time.
