This is actually a fascinating question, and Thooorin has a pretty interesting video on it. One huge standout for me is that, yes, it could be a coincidence, but Scarlett(sp) and Remillia throw a wrench in the idea of underrepresentation or it simply being a smaller player base.

Yeah, I'd love to be pointed to where it says that. More than that, if you're going to make the claim that this has been "polluted by feminism" I'd love to see the statistic refuted.

In my experience, I run into many people who genuinely believe that believing in equality makes them a feminist. That sentiment has, unfortunately in my opinion, gained traction and many people identify with it. For those people, I have a hell of a lot of common ground with them. Sure they may buy into the BS myths that feminism has perpetrated, but they mean well and are even open to honest conversations about reality (e.g. the wage gap being a product of life choices). It's probably a joke that she thinks only men should be taxed and taxed a lot. There's definitely a hint of not completely serious there. But I don't think it was a "this is ridiculous" joke, I think it was an exaggeration to provide a venue to complain about issues she feels that men are responsible for. Not that it matters, her criticisms are misandristic enough to stand on their own.
