0	Not worth it The human brain and a spoon aren't the same thing. You're not altering your reality because you're referring to someone how they'd like to. Also, even if u called a fork a spoon it wouldn't become a spoon, so you're not altering reality, and you probably won't believe it is a spoon, so you're also not altering your beliefs, you're altering the language. -18	Not worth it I mean, there's a difference between science and society. The fact that a trans woman prefers to be referred to as a she is entirely social and doing it is a matter of respect.
