I just have that temptation of doing them soon so I don't fall behind so to speak and I see bodybuilding as a financial opportunity for me so it is very tempting.

When exactly do you know when your body is fully developed? I look great at 18 and obviously am interested. I haven't stopped growing naturally but thought about waiting 2-3 more years? Is this too short of time? What are your thoughts on all the guys that run gear early on in their life such as Arnold or some of today's competitors (chris bumstead) Thanks

I think information like this is great but there needs to be steps of action that goes behind it and supports it. I am all for these concepts, but it also much more useful to have something to go off of.

Hmmm... Would you mind advising me through a few generally specific obstacles I'm encountering now? Overall your advice makes sense but I would like to have a total and clear understanding.

Hahah. Agreed. I understand this though... Think about it though. If your friend has to do that to have dominance over you he's in your frame no?

I hooked up with a girl last night and she was giving very obvious hints that she wanted to spend the night. I simply didn't want her to even though I knew she had a 50 minute drive home and it was 5:30 in the morning. I had no real reason I didn't want her to stay the night, I just told her that it would be best for me if she went home. Did I do the right thing and what's a better way to go about it next time?

Have read this very same thing. I think stretching or doing yoga at different times in the day is much better for you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
