Well, it's not that you need less calories, because as I understand, it doesn't really affect your metabolism or base metabolic rate. What happens is your body can't accurately convert carbs into energy because of the insulin resistance, which leads to the subject being more sedentary, which leads to the carbs being deposited as fat (instead of converted to sugar) on the stomach due to testosterone. If this pattern continues obesity follows along with diabetes and gut fat is very dangerous. Our …

So, if you don't want to take metformin you are going to have to alter your diet because you have an insulin resistance. You are going to have to shift to a paleo/ketogenic diet and whole 30 is a good place to start. Have you gotten on a high estrogen birth control? I also have PCOS and am taking metformin

I would not do these unless you are really motivated tbh. They are a temporary fix and I've notice women who use them stop trying to solve the problem of their weight because why should they continue to work on themselves if they can just hide behind a false structure. If your weight is honestly only on your stomach I would go get checked by a doctor and rule out PCOS, start lifting weights, and download a calorie counting app and put everything in there. Edit: for fashion I would make sure you …

Yeah I'm definitely going to work towards it, I just have difficulty with energy right now which makes it difficult to cook/clean the dishes

Yes I should be eating a paleo diet (I have pcos) so thank you for this!

Yeah that's what I meant I'll fix it! I'm just so annoyed with women complaining that it's impossible to lose weight when it's usually just a user/mathematical error.

Edit: even if I left the ball in the court he wouldn't actually be playing or returning it because he would have no choice but to do what I say to keep me and it's no fun playing a game with yourself. As his love for me continues to grow and he invests his time elsewhere I'm confident he won't be able to make the time to catch up with her Well the thing is he doesn't contact her, she contacts him. I still think it shouldn't be happening and I shouldn't put up with it however he can't escape his …

I'm really glad I could help, just baby your hair and maybe ask your cosmetologist which products they recommend

No for sure but I think it will be something when we reach a year or something like that

Ah, he doesn't care because I broke up with all my ex's and he trusts me. I tried that when I was being angry 🙈

That's not the case completely, he would have chosen me if I stuck to the ultimatum but he would have to decide if he wants to continue to be in a relationship with someone who controls who he can be friends with (that's how he sees it).

I'm 21 and he's 25. We have been together 4-5 months. And frankly because I don't want to be in the same room as her. I think she has nothing to offer and I think she's just holding onto him because it's comfortable. They have known each other almost their whole life and she cheated on him but still want to be friends.

Nah the relationship is still fairly new and I don't have to force his hand in this. He will choose me on his own

Oh yeah no I won't, I'm not holding any resentment

No I believe it, these women were not the highest quality in rpw standards.

No, I don't want him knowing I'm here and I don't want to persuade him to change his mind or feel like I'm recruiting people to prove I'm right. This is the first time he's dated someone who has had a problem with this (LMFAO).

disclaimer I am not a cosmetologist. I am just an unnatural blonde that has spent a lot of money on products and have bleached my hair (and fried it) so many times Was the salon you went to good? Was it expensive? High end? No matter what you do if you are not a natural blond and bleach your hair it will be damaged. However I have been bleaching my hair for 8 years. Something that helps with the damage in my case is coconut oil which you said doesn't work but humor me and try it this way if you …

Yeah I know but it's still early in the relationship and it's the first time something like this has happened so I'm leading by example

Oh yeah I do. I just feel like since she is a single woman she has ulterior motives. And I just wish she would go away

Yeah I know. I'm patient and I feel like if I continue being me he will eventually make this choice without me having to force his hand. Edit: I was more upset that he would say I'm the most important person to him which means everyone is less important including her but he couldn't with out a doubt make that choice. He just isn't there yet and that's fine. Right now my solutions are for him to not tell me those things unless he could/would make that decision and also just to not tell me when th…

Nah she's crazy. I'm not concerned with being cheated on or left for her. I just feel it's a lie to tell someone they are the most important thing and then struggle ending a friendship with someone "less important".

I'm not concerned about him cheating or leaving me. I was mainly upset about him telling me I am his life and the most important person but wasn't willing to end this friendship. I guess we just aren't there yet. I told him to stop telling me those things because I won't believe them and the next time he tells me something that profound I want it to mean that a choice like this wouldn't be hard to make.

Yeah, I told him I would make peace with it but to stop telling me I'm the most important person unless he feels he could make a tough choice like that. Because to me, that's what it means to be the most important person.

He isn't in love with her there are no feelings towards her. She's just an anchor to his past and he's not ready to let go. And I just have to make peace with that

I'm definitely more attractive and stuff than her. I'm smarter and my life is going somewhere. The problem is more I feel like he's valuing his friendly-relationship with her more than our current relationship and our future.

No he can relate with females I would just prefer not women he's had sex with and "been in love with".

She's is definitely not a rpw. I'm saying I can't comprehend it and he broke up with her but they have so much history and kept getting back together and everything.

Well, as a red pill women, why would a single lady pursue a man who is taken? Why does she continue to try to foster a friendship with a man who is in a relationship. I also asked him once if he went to her and asked for her to date him again if she would and he said yes. And I said that was the problem.

True, however I know him well enough at this point that if he reacted the way you say you do I wouldn't have done this :p. The gift didn't come out of worry because he can handle it and he knows he can handle it and I know he can. I'm not worried about him he just feels under appreciated by his company so I wanted to make sure he felt appreciated by me

Waxing in this manner tends to hurt me more. I prefer hot wax which stays on the skin and is peeled off quickly. If you aren't careful with the strip wax you can pull your skin and it hurts :(. Honestly what I'm doing is going to European wax center because it's pretty affordable and painless and once I get used to being waxed I'm going to start waxing myself with sugar wax (home made hot wax). When I get my eyebrows done sometimes I fall asleep

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
