I actually work as a floor manager in a factory. Where everyone is paid more than $18.50 (minimum wage here). And infact paid more than $25 per hour. The fact is. In 1962 an act was created to prevent people under the same job title (without including bonus pay, overtime blah blah blah) cannot be paid different. The wage gap graphs come from women working different job titles to the men they are compared to.

This reminds me of my mother. And by that I mean that it could just be narcissistic. My mother caused a major head injury leaving me in a 2 month coma. I live in Australia. And I couldnt help but get my father arrested. Even if I asked to not have it done. But I was so scared of the adopion system from brain washing. That I defended and protected my own abusers. So I lived with her until I was almost 15. Where she cause a head injury so bad I had 5 surgeries (mainly for fixing my skull and fishing debris out of my head that could have burst my meninges and dura), a 2 month coma and minor brain damage.

Well of course I am mentally and physically damaged. But my situation (I am still under 18) but I am living estranged from my family (fuck yes). With my friend (now my legal guardian) who went to court for me (I was comatose for 2 months. The only reason why I think the court even gave me a chance). But I am safe... My ex girlfriend lied to me about taking her birth control pills on purpose. To try and force me into a situation. I WAS 13! She left me and wont let me see my TWINS that I raised for half a year while working a job (illegally since I was underage). Paying bills (since she didn't work). Keeping food on the table.
