Numbers of porn induced erectile dysfunction are rising in young men

I am one of these women who aggressively pursue men. Always have been. Because of this, I have been vulnerable around men and ended up being assaulted many times. I still pursue men, my drive is that high. I am much more selective now, it wasn’t worth giving ugly guys chances because they were just as lame and abusive as hot ones

Many pills were given to women historically. ECT was used as a treat, punishment, and very rarely an effective treatment for women. Lobotomies we’re also an option. All of these were VASTLY more commonly used on women than men.

Women were still on antidepressants, many other drugs, and getting straight up lobotomized back then. Or getting sent to an institution. Many women today suffer from depression. Could you possibly conceive that just because we were allowed financial freedom in the 70s, and (subjectively) the ability to out abusers and rapists after metoo, our problems and trauma didn’t automatically disappear? Also, with the nature of mental illness, not all of it is situational. A rich woman or woman living in …

Once ai becomes more advanced and use for romantic partners is widespread, corporations will monetize it and put it behind a paywall. Imagine getting locked out of your robo pussy because you didn’t pay your monthly fee.

Just google statistics on volunteer work by gender. It’s widely documented that women volunteer more in general, and the areas they are help both men and women. Men who volunteer help for scientific research, economics, and politics.

Brock turner was convicted of rape and he changed his name and is living a normal life after serving 6 months. He was caught raping an unconscious woman. Your claim has no basis in reality.

What’s the point of making marriage more attractive for men and then promoting the nuclear family? So undesirable dudes can get laid?

But that’s the opposite of what I just said? I think you’re reading what you want to read. I said male family annihilators are driven by psychosis/mental health issues (even if some of them are misogynists, they’re not claiming to do it as a statement towards those ideas). The problem is mass shooters LITERALLY WRITING MANIFESTOS citing their misogynist and incel ideas as their reasons for killing multiple people.

I feel like it’s any woman who’s not necessarily super young looking, is curvyish, has a strong energy but seems like she could be nurturing. Ever since I turned 30 I have younger guys on tinder trying to call me mommy.

Looking forward to being sisterwives. Actually now that I think about it, I met a guy fitting your description (as far as i can tell) the other day at work. He invited me to an event in a few weeks, if it goes well and the dick fits the bill we may have a winner.

Most women drowning their kids in bathtubs are suffering from post partum psychosis, and don’t act or on claim any ideology. That would be like saying any male family annihilator (which are far more common) is a misogynist. It’s a possibility he has those views but his actions are more likely tied to mental illness not ideology. Also, most women that kill their children go to jail?

This is an exaggeration, just like the claim that any random girl can make bank off of only fans, when in reality the top 1% does and the average creator makes like $200 a month, doing significant work. Your initial view of broken women being at fault for not having overcome their trauma, without a hint of admonishing the men or culture that did it to them, was enough to flag you as a man to be wary of. If you were posting a cake recipe and I called you a bad man, maybe my default view of men is negative.

It’s a safe way to live. Random strangers on the street, Nigerian princes on the internet, don’t just get my trust by default. I have and will talk to strangers, help them out if I can, but I’m not going to blindly trust them.

It’s still happening enough though, that there must be a significant amount of men that are pieces of shit. Your “revelation” is just your opinion is that most men aren’t like that. I don’t think it’s a majority, but I think the number is big enough plus even more men remain ignorant and dismissive of the problem. I don’t think its disheartening to see women working through issues putting themselves out there. It’s part of personal growth, learning to trust and take chances again. I don’t think …

/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:23 AM

It’s barely punished. Rapists with tens of victims can still barely get any time. The average sentence is 1-5 years. For something that changes peoples lives, and “breaks” them.

I agree that what you make of yourself through adversity shows the kind of person you are. But like if someone survives a school shooting and is traumatized, or comes back from war with PTSD, it’s normal to have some sort of disapproval and animosity towards the causes of that trauma (school shooters, war). Is it not rational to acknowledge some men’s bad behavior as the cause of huge amounts of pain in survivors lives?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 11:14 PM
1

I guess what I was getting at originally though, is do you see the root of this problem as the actions of some men that perpetuate the traumatic events and even more men that belittle or ignore the frequency of such events. Personally, my frustration on PPD comes from the narrative that dating for women is so easy and wonderful. Yes, it’s easy to get dates and companionship. But without work and vetting those dates aren’t just fun sexy romps. Meeting with a strange man can be a dangerous thing, …

I’m working on it. Been in therapy off and on for a long time. Started EMDR therapy this year and was making progress on old trauma. It’s weird because my experiences have been borderline- coercion, assault attempts, only once was I yelling and fighting. I’m hard on myself because I know it could be so much worse, and I feel so deeply for people that have shared their experiences with me. And then two months ago I was violated by someone I trusted deeply, and just went along with it out of confu…

Sounds like you have some trauma from people having their walls up around you dude. I do plenty of work on myself. I’m honest with people and open about my experiences but try not to trauma dump on friends and dating prospects. I’m not in a place to fully trust someone anytime soon because most recently I was assaulted in my sleep by an ex, who I trusted more than anyone in the world. But I’m open to letting others earn trust in small ways.

It’s not a huge part of my identity. It is a part of what has made me who I am. But I see myself as much more than those incidents and the disease I have (which I had before any sexual trauma). I keep the incidents in mind when dating so I can learn from them at least. The guilt and self doubt after sexual trauma is huge.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 05:51 PM

My trauma is not a huge part of how I see myself. But it is relevant information when it comes to the emotional hurdles I’ve overcome and work through to this day. It stays in the back of my mind when dating, for my own safety. Because when I didn’t have these worries, borderline violations and actual assaults were more likely to happen and afterwards I blamed myself for not being more aware.

The average or below average woman has been doing these things since she was a tween. I’m a woman who actively avoids a lot of feminine grooming habits and expectations and I still spend more on hair, gyms, vitamins, makeup than the average man does on self improvement. Especially over a lifetime

I wouldn’t disagree, I think woman give chances to men they don’t find immediately find irresistible. However it’s possible to find a person attractive, start having sex with them and they turn out to be gross and weird, and you just zone out and let it happen.

I was an extremely horny teenage girl. I fantasized a lot. Mostly the fantasy would be interacting with a boy leading to passionate kissing, in excruciating detail. I was extremely enthusiastic to experience things. Unfortunately, once I got started, I was routinely pushed beyond my comforts and boundaries, and lambasted as a slut for wanting to explore sexually. Women create incels by not fucking them? And all women are responsible? I think they do it because it can get them an inkling if female attention, even if it’s just disdain or fear. An experienced catcaller can probably tell the ones that secretly enjoy it, although they may be delusional and think that percentage is higher than reality

I do agree with men who complain if they’re cute/handsome women don’t mind, it does make it more tolerable. It doesn’t mean I want to fuck them because if they do that a lot they’re pretty pathetic unless they’re super charming.

I like it when they’re happy and respectful. Complimenting a dress, you look great, etc. but crude noises, anything too graphic, or anything said with aggression and vitriol is not fun. Like I was in dirty sweatpants and had a guy scream across the street “damn white girl you got a FAT ass ASS”. I didn’t look good, he’s just aggressively turning me into a sex object.

Yeah I don’t get how just having sex with a guy somehow gets a women money, protection, and companionship. A lot of guys using someone for sex don’t want her hanging out indefinitely after. If there’s not emotional connection or affection he’s not going to protect her unless someone literally breaks in while they’re fucking. And casual sex partners don’t like tip you after you’re done.

Yes! I’m the same, just need to ride a little bit I’m pretty easy. But I’ve had guys turn into a dead fish and pout when on top, and refuse to be enthusiastic until they’re doing their favorite. Luckily the majority of partners are thrilled with my riding but there’s been a few that refused.

/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/22 08:49 PM

It’s not directly to combat loneliness, it’s to live a more fulfilling life. Some men here are so inexperienced that they don’t realize that just having any old relationship doesn’t automatically fix your life. That’s why the women that they think are “privileged” still experience pain and loneliness. It takes a lot of trial and error to even find someone compatible. Just any random person spending time with you is not fulfilling. It can be uncomfortable, draining, or even toxic if it’s not righ…

I think we have more self control but also socially we are forced to grow up faster and not feel entitled to everything. We also don’t have 97% watching pornography regularly with every single preference and perversion catered toward us. Men here always claim sex and intimacy are vital needs, but if you compare it to actual needs it just doesn’t add up. Everyone needs food and water, but if someone over consumes and becomes obese it’s an obvious health issue. You’re entitled to have this preference, but I think it’s funny that all the sexless dudes on here are suffering and complaining because a lot of women are basically taking this stance as well. Sometimes personality and niceness can make up for that (although the guys complaining don’t seem to have that), but not everyone will ignore bad looks for personality

I agree that the profit over everything mentality of capitalism leads to exploitation everywhere. However, other industries have regulations, unions, workers comp, hr people, lawsuits and payouts to deal with injury and injustice. You realize men could control their urges and choose to have less sexual partners, right? If they have such a problem with the state of society? Before you say it’s their biological urge- if anything womens urge is to discriminate as you said. Birth control allows that.

But men are participating in this degeneracy. Surely women aren’t forcing them to have noncommittal sex with them. What’s the problem with women having the sex they want? Society would be better off if they were forced to be baby factories and stayed in the kitchen?

Working out and seeing results gives you endorphins and confidence like you wouldn’t believe. It’s still not going to deliver women to you on a plate. You have to develop social skills. Practice just casually talking to people without the end goal of sex. I know it seems insurmountable to be a virgin at your age but it’s not. You’re not that old. Women don’t know you’re a virgin. Some wouldn’t even care, especially if you’re going after a real connection.

I would come to that problem when it happens. Ask any man that had a fitness transformation and he’ll tell you how differently he is treated. If you get into shape and women still recoil when you speak to them, I would seek therapy to work out whatever social problem there is.

I mean there are enlargement surgeries. There have been since like the 80s. Average men (who would swear up in down they’d do surgery if they could) just don’t take it seriously bc money and the potential to mutilate your dong. But if it’s micro there’s not much to lose. Personally I have a theory that the demand for FTM gender affirming surgery (and their willingness to be operated on down there) will probably lead to the improvements of these operations. Yeah, it’s bs that only men can completely separate sex from emotion. Although women more frequently romanticize sex, plenty can separate it. Also, we’re able to love a partner and respect them and sexually desire someone else (and pursue it if you’re in an open relationship).

Women have to pay for tampons, pads, cups, when men don’t have to. Women risk their physical and mental safety when being alone with a man. Sexual assault can fuck you up beyond belief. I know from experience. Then comes all the therapy bills to make it so you actually want to live life again. Women have to take birth control with major side effects or deal with the aftermath of sex. All of this, just for a 4% chance to cum. And “sex is sex” is bullshit, bad sex is terrible. Yeah we have a “buff…

I don’t think that birth control is to blame for the problems with society. Technology from a young age, social media, individualism/narcissism being encouraged, capitalism all seem more destructive. How do you see birth control effecting society negatively?

Go to a sex worker? That’s pretty easy Putting myself into an intimate situation with 100 random guys would be extremely unsafe. That is the main reason women are selective. We have to be sure we can trust the man, yes for someone better looking it’s easier to take a risk but we suffer the consequences. The fact that you think it’s worth it to be with 100 guys for 4 measly orgasms proves how little you empathize with woman’s safety risks. That’s an absurd suggestion. As for sex being like water,…

Would you be happy having sex if there was a 4% chance you would cum? Do you have proof that this tiny population of chads is fucking all the women and no average guys are getting laid? I do have empathy, I know how it feels to not be desired. I know what it’s like to feel lonely. It’s hard for that empathy to last when men throw around chad boogeymen and blame women for not making sure every single guy gets laid. Average guys do get sex.

As if being motivated would make women able to find these mythical men that can actually give orgasms! Are you saying subchads are like more average men they need to give chances to? Men in this sub seem pretty motivated to have sex but that’s not changing anything to make women give it to them.

Yes women can easily get sex. It’s proven the quality is likely to be shitty and she won’t even cum. No proof that it’s only with “chads”. I’ve given plenty of average guys chances. I see average guys pulling their match or higher all the time. The mindset that “chads” get all the sex and never the average man is just statistically impossible. Yes. It’s so disgusting and degrading. I remember I went from chubby, ugly, and awkward and being invisible to boys or bullied by them, then I hit puberty and the first gesture of attention I got was the rumor a boy in my class saying he “wants to fuck me in the ass”. In 7th grade. Like not a crush, not compliments, not trying to get to know me. Rumors and insults. And even worse were boys that actively bullied me and made me cry trying to suck up to me in high school.

I agree it’s at least 35 for women if she has a decent lifestyle, maybe later if she’s very health conscious. Women are at peak fertility late 20s early 30s. I think mens “wall” being later is entirely due to societal standards. Men are allowed to age and look “distinguished, rugged” when their faces show it to a point. For women it’s all youth worship.

Consent should be enthusiastic. You shouldn’t have to pester a girl to get her agree to sex. If she wants it badly it will happen eventually. Tinder kind of tries- it detects crude words or phrases and says like woah slow down but it’s just a warning you can bypass. If there was an app that was advertised as no hookups, the onus would still be on the women to report men violating it.

There’s a big difference between familial nudity and seeing sexualized nudity in art or at brothels, and having millions of videos of any imaginable scenario available at your fingertips, which most men view daily and train themselves like pavlovs dogs to desire more and more depraved things.

Have you ever considered that maybe women don’t think they deserve rich Brad Pitt, but they are happy and at peace with themselves. So if they’re going to be with someone, he better bring a lot to the table. Why would they want to settle for someone less than attractive, who they also have to take care of domestically and provide for? So unattractive guys don’t feel bad?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/22 01:19 AM

Yeah just like how evolution has given us all perfect eyesight 🙄 That’s a lot of explanation to rationalize violence. Violence is not necessary in modern society unless you take the stance that men are built to be soldiers. In that case, their uncontrollable violent instincts should disqualify men from holding office and other positions of power, they lack emotional control.

It’s not for the strangers on the beach’s enjoyment, it’s for my own confidence to not have a massive bush hanging out and show that intimate part of me. If my partner really preferred it I’d do it if one of us had money for unnecessary things. But I don’t see myself with a partner like that
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/22 04:57 PM

Yeah, the waxing and ingrowns both hurt, I would only wax if my partner wanted to help me pay or if I was going on a beach vacation. It’s like my approach with my legs, if a guy cares that much that he’d write me off for it, he’s not the guy for me. And If im going somewhere that nice, I’ll put in the effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/22 03:38 PM

I’m a woman with a high libido, and although I’m attracted to a range of men I do really love muscular guys (not necessarily tall). I like youthful eboy types as well. There’s a difference between an act of violence and being generally violent. I would say a woman stabbing after sexual rejection as sexual violence but that’s just me.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/22 09:16 PM

Again, it’s not just getting mad, it’s yelling , berating me, and causing a scene in a busy bar. Also, I didn’t necessarily categorize this as violence. I would say this is sexual aggression/regular aggression. If a woman screamed at you in a bar, called you a bastard and a dick and a rapist or gay or something accusatory, would that not be aggressive to you?

You really think the main reason they retained the draft was to not upset feminists?? I think it’s much more likely that blaming feminists was a convenient cop out for the government just wanting to keep the draft. I have linked multiple feminists organizations that clearly state they want to abolish it as a whole. Even in the past their stance was the same. It’s all there is to compare to. Im sure it would be as efficient as other us agencies, especially bogged down during a world war. Do you honestly think there wouldn’t be a huge push back in the situation of a draft, and movements for evasion forgiveness when its through? If men are that worried maybe they could do some activism to change laws. Then they wouldn’t have this hypothetical to cling to.

It’s part of the cycle that allows women to be able to propagate the human race, and all women suffer it. I was adding that to the trade off of womens suffering for the reproductive cycle in exchange for mens protection in war. I don’t think the draft should exist anyway.

I will (and do) enthusiastically compliment random men more if they dressed more provocatively/outrageously. Like why would I compliment a dude in a button up and slacks? Looks like my dad. Cool polo bro, you look like 99% of the dudes in the bar. Even if he has a nice body I can barely see it so if I were to compliment a man’s body it would be an admission of really really staring at him. I chimed in to point out how your argument is extremely inconsistent. First it’s all men prefer no makeup. Then it’s obviously a woman on tinder without makeup will get less matches. Then it’s men are attracted to disgusting things and women should be natural so they’ll get someone who likes them that way. It had nothing to do with my own preferences, but you felt the need to make it personal and suggest I’m promiscuous and should wear heavy makeup.

Capitalism preys on everyone I agree, but it’s only more recently men are fair game for preying on insecurities. Looking at ads from the 50s-80s there aren’t really products pitched with ads claiming they’ll improve mens looks/body to attract women. It’s mostly smoke this, wear this, drive this car. There’s a difference between being sold an object and you being the object that needs improvement.

If she has sex 100 times with one man or 100 men it’s not different. They made douches to sell something unnecessary to women, barring any health conditions it cleans itself Again, the vagina is a muscle. Muscles can get weakened, but it can expand to let a damn baby out, and with exercise become tight again. Also, how does the difference between masculinity and femininity make this double standard ok?

I don’t even want to touch this, but come on, your understanding of biology is way off if you think multiple partners makes a woman dirty but a man is fine. The vagina is self cleaning, so if she is having safe sex she is just as clean as a man (who needs to actively wash his dick fyi) who has safe sex. If you think a woman gets “loose” it’s literally a muscle and lots of sex with one partner or a hundred is no different. Does the mouth get stretched out from eating huge hoagies? Does a penis ge…

Plenty of women will marry men for money that’s average. Ever heard of the phenomenon of new army recruits getting married right away so their dependents can get benefits and money? Sure middle class marriage is declining and not all of them are financially driven, I would be optimistic and say the majority have some sort of love, but those financial ones do get some duty sex, companionship, and domestic labor

Sorry for misreading something over my morning coffee, bro. My point still stands, boys in my school were not policed, they were coddled. I’m a very straight woman and find a range of men attractive, even unusual types. But they just don’t cast men for porn like they do women. Men can be glowing, radiant, magnetic, but you see none of that in porn (you do for women). Just busted, crusty average or below average dudes.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 11:04 PM

Nah, I’m a straight women but I can see beauty objectively. In the average porn a woman will be good looking, in the average porn a man is average to busted looking.

Men here are too dense to realize an older woman could have unique points of view on dating. They may not have experience with recent online dating but older women’s experiences are what younger women saw and heard as they were growing up, influencing how they are now. Also the dynamics of being married could be useful. But what do I know, I’m about to be 30 so my opinion becomes void.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/22 10:51 PM

Also I feel like it’s well documented that women have better inhibition control when it comes to sexual urges, so we’re more likely to repress and ignore them, or yearn for sex but not jerk off all day

Same with women and chad. Very few women will hang around with a guy that treats her like shit with no commitment, just bc he’s hott. But by this logic, the dudes that would fuck a batshit crazy hott girl are to blame for bad women that golddig, baby trap, do false rape accusations

It’s literally a derogatory term to call a woman “loose”. In old stand up and films they joked about loose vaginas. Where do you think the hotdog in a hallway trope came from?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/22 11:07 PM

Uhhh length of the vagina does vary for women. I agree it does not get loose, it is a muscle
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/22 10:35 PM

It’s already normalized in Australia. The labia law makes labia be airbrushed out of porn magazines, and women get labiaplasty to conform to these unrealistic expectations

Even when I was a teen 10 years ago it was so common to make jokes and shame womens vaginas. Only recently is it off limits.

So relationships are the price men pay for sex, and sex is pleasurable because of the “power trip” of being desirable. Sex is only good if you mutually want to satisfy eachother. Sounds like you need to become attractive in some way. You wouldn’t want to fuck an unattractive girl would you? Why do you feel entitled to one then? You really think it’s inexcusable that you have to “provide and entertain” ie bring something to the table? Also, if women are free of child rearing and household duties,…

Yeah, it goes both ways. Some people are picky because they bring a lot to the table and want someone who’s their equal/complimentary to them. Others want someone who’s bringing everything to the table because they think of themselves as that great. It has to do with self awareness.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/22 09:48 PM

You know this how, from your extensive experience having sex with men? 😏 Look at the porn industry, it’s consumers are overwhelmingly male. It caters to its viewer base. The average porn has become exponentially more hard core, rough, violent compared to porn of previous decades. There are a few people that even study this. Are these porns being made this way for no one? And men are reluctantly forcing themselves to watch or abstaining?

You realize that men who solely want a woman for sex don’t care about her as a person, so the vast majority give little to no fucks about her sexual pleasure. Sex is all about his penis, it’s finished when he cums, her pace and build up is ignored. And that’s a neutral interaction, some may even be blatantly disrespectful and push boundaries/try porn moves without asking. I don’t think being treated like a sex doll is a privilege. Just because some women in the 20 could have accounts doesn’t mean that in the 70s there wasn’t a large amount of discrimination against women. Enough for hundredsof court cases to be open. If men had money they usually had the right to a bank account. If women had money, they could easily be denied it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 04:38 PM

Do you have a citation for that or is it coming from your victim complex? Most jobs were held by men and those that allowed women paid them far less. They were routinely denied their own bank accounts because they needed a “husbands permission”
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 03:19 PM

That’s when women were legally given the right to open their own bank accounts and lines of credit. Before that Banks could and did discriminate against unmarried women and not allow them to control their own finances.

I admire your dedication to this person you seek. It will take good fortune, a lot of luck to just find this perfect person to be with forever. The point of chatting, dating, is to learn what who like and don’t like, who you are compatible with. Interacting with people who aren’t your soul mate doesn’t necessarily mean you’re betraying that one you end up with. There’s also the sexual element of experimentation to find someone compatible in that arena. But it’s not necessary if you’re idealistic…

I’ve experienced both weaponized tears and tears of real vulnerability. If you know a person (and you’re not blinded by an abusive relationship dynamic) you know the difference. I think some women don’t like to see men cry because it’s not normalized, or there’s really shitty women are just bad people with no empathy. Women are more likely to volunteer than men, and in health and social fields. This includes directly helping low value men. There are fewer homeless women because they will sometimes stay with abusers to avoid homelessness. Men taking care of low value women isn’t out of altruism, it’s to use them sexually when they don’t have any options. That’s not really a flex imo. Where are your peer reviewed studies?

Wanting societal balance when the balance for so long has been in mens favor just shows how men are the ones who refuse to take personal responsibility. I meant men being arrested for groping. Only when it’s blatantly public or on camera there are some consequences. But that’s a tiny percentage of the amount it happens. I don’t doubt women have groped you and it’s wrong, I’m sorry it happened.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/22 09:52 PM

The amount of guys getting charged and convicted for groping is a drop in the bucket compared to the rate it happens. Ask any woman how many times she’s been groped and how many times that man was then arrested. The only time arrest and conviction happens is when it’s blatantly in public, usually repeating throughout a day, or on camera. Guys casually do it all the time with no repercussions. I don’t think it should be acceptable for women to do it either.

There is nowhere near the same pressure for men, or else there would be more muscle implants, leg lengthening, penis enlargement surgeries- yes this is a thing and has been for decades, most men just aren’t willing to risk mutilating their genitals. The push for body positivity is kind …

Pretty emotional retort from the “more rational” sex All of your arguments are that you can’t because you’d be labeled an MRA or incel… a label is a label, stop making excuses and do something. I have yet to read any accounts of men being turned away as volunteers for youth groups or mens shelters because they can’t get laid. Standing up for women gets you labeled a feminist. You realize you can actually do things to make this a reality right? Organizations already exist for men to mentor boys. You can coach/referee sports teams in underserved areas. You can create advocacy groups to pressure politicians and administrators to encourage male teacher hires, and include more inclusive curriculum for all genders. This extends to include more education on emotion and mental health. You can create domestic violence shelters for men, support groups, lead mens work groups. Y…

Their attitude towards life of being independent and happy by yourself above being with someone who doesn’t meet your standards? How rude!
