She is praised for inventing the anti-male version of "take it on faith", effectively shutting down the critical thinking part of the mind and empowering blind censorship of differing opinions. A proud legacy.

The operation: almost none, barely perceptible really.(my doc made really sure I was totally numb) The healing: it was pretty sore after, but it was nothing worth complaining about. Honestly the itchiness(the healing and stitches + prescription narcotics) was way worse than any pain. They say you can go back to work in three days. I guess you could if you had to, but 5 days would be a lot better.

If I prefer chocolate ice cream, that doesn't mean I hold a belief that vanilla ice cream is inherently inferior. Technically though, since you prefer chocolate, it is the "superior" flavor. Inevitably making vanilla subjectively inferior by comparison. For the record I don't believe choice means much when it comes to sexism or racism. Subconcious desires or stiffled innate desires that are racist or sexist are still racist and or sexist. You simply "choose" whether to act on them. Of course "ch…

Racism is actions, practices or beliefs, or social or political systems that consider different races to be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to each other, based on presumed shared inheritable traits, abilities, or qualities. Sorry, but you're wrong. Believing one race is "inherently superior" in attractiveness(even if it's your own innate personal preference) is a form of racism. The only reason you're even trying to contend this fact is because the deeply ingrained negative connotatio…

Well, it is technically racism. You're saying they're superior in looks because of their race. One could argue being attracted to a man was "sexist" since the attraction is in-part gender based. People like to throw around "racist and sexist" and other "ists" as if they are the end all words of damnation. That merely mentioning them will, in lieu of good argument, put a social curse on the accused and impart victory and nobility to the accuser.

There are a lot of little instances that come to mind where general disdain and/or distaste for my gender may have played a role, but I can't say so for sure. However, as some people are, simply put, pricks, the number of circumstances where I can say hatred for men was truly at play, rather than simple blind animosity, are limited. Outside of mocking by select family members, the clearest examples of misandry were found in my elementary school years. From an old post I made on here: I didn't ha…

There were also a couple of times where I'd have preferred a bit more clarity: when someone even suggests hitting women back, you shut that shit down with a clear 'NOBODY should be hitting anyone'. We know that's what rational people think, but you need to say it out loud to keep people happy. Interestingly, there was a video on here several months ago about a man immediately decking a woman that hit him in class. I put forward that engaging in violence should be an absolute last resort to be av…

Fourteen years is extremely stiff for the crime, especially when you consider that a woman can abort a man's child without his permission and with zero penalty whatsoever. Nonetheless, it sounds like you're suggesting that getting an abortion of your own volition and having someone intentionally trick you into slaughtering your unborn child are in someway similar circumstances(and by implication should be treated the same). That's a fairly outrageous claim.

This isn't about gender equality in the least. It sounds more like someone with a chip on their shoulder is looking for a fight so that they can be an official do-gooder/warrior for "equal rights" In the end, neither private nor public schools should be legally required to augment the in-classroom learning dynamic to appease the particular religious needs of students, as in this case. And of course, any decision to appease or deny such religious needs should ultimately be left to the teacher, si…

18 months in addition 18 months served. So it's actually 3 years total... Borowiec admitted to a similar scenario in 2009 when she again gave birth into a toilet in her apartment, wrapped the child in a towel and dropped it into the bathroom garbage before walking out to a dumpster and disposing of it. I have to seriously wonder about the mindset of a person who would not remand a person like this to a mental institution or prison for at least 10 years. She's clearly dangerously mentally ill.

That's actually a very fair, reasonable, and socially convalescent approach towards poverty. There's good cause to, perhaps not fully excuse, but greatly lesson the sentence for crimes born out of desperation due to poverty or illness. However, only doing it for one gender is the definition if inequality.

Later in the panel executive producer Jenni Konner said she didn’t understand why I thought I could “talk to a woman” that way. “It’s sexist and offensive, it’s misogynistic,” he said. A child that isn't touched or treated well for the first few years of it's life can become a literal psychopath without the ability to feel empathy or experience love, but it's much more unlikely to happen from mere child abuse. Another writer ridiculed Jones' advice by sarcastically branding it "empowering and romantic." It is "degrading for both males and females" she declares. She's quite right in her sarcastic remark; it's not romantic, and it does disempower...false rape claimants. degrading So are the majority of medical and legal procedures used to keep people safe. You are claiming people in this thread think it's okay to find any old excuse to hit a woman. If you read the comments, you will find that some people in this thread do have the mentality that if someone hits you, even lightly, even if you could retreat, you must put them down "hard and fast", yes. Understanding the context is important. I've been in numerous physical fights. You seem to be conflating defense and offense to make your point. A person can tighten their abs, and protect their genitals, and protect their face and body without throwing a punch. Not throwing punches is different than leaving yourself exposed. If someone starts, you put them down hard and fast, any way you can. This kill or be killed, hunt or be hunted attitude is the mentality that gets people killed and disfigured, and it, well, doesn't reflect well.

Well, your experience is unfortunate, but you're probably aware that there has been a major crackdown on bullying and any and all violence in recent years. There's no way to know how his school would react in such a case, and if they don't react, there's a potential lawsuit there. If there is a problem with schools not enforcing anti-bullying of males, then the way to go about changing that is through litigious means.

It seemed the teacher didn't work quickly enough to diffuse the situation or just didn't care, and may be in the wrong. This interaction happened quite quickly and escalated to violence within 2-3 seconds. Rape is rarely a solitary crime. It is generally accompanied by other acts of violence or force that can vary across a tremendous spectrum of intensity. At a certain point, the rape itself can become sexualized torture. Torture can easily be worse than murder in terms of personal and societal harm.
