The psychological impacts of your upbringing, which far too often includes gender roles, enforces the idea that men should do dangerous work and women take part in lower paying jobs. There are tons of women out there that are capable of doing dangerous work just like men do. Women earn less because they are societally conditioned to seek out lower paying jobs, just like how men are conditioned to seek out more dangerous ones. 44	Philadelphia, City Of Brotherly Love, Proclaims November 19 To Be "International Men's Day" - Men Promote A Safer World And It is Recognised That Men & Boys Have Challenges That Are To Be Acknowledged, Respected And Addressed. I think men need a day since many people do not know of or understand the problems facing men today.
