It’s you making a commitment and holding yourself accountable to this goal. To become better at approach and make approach anxiety easier to manage, you need to go out and practice. Warm up by approaching random people you see. Warm up by approaching random girls you see. Have a goal in mind with each interaction - you both want to have a good time and maybe meet up in the future. I found that this post was pretty helpful: http://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/24/the-truth-about-approach-…

You're expecting something when you interact with a girl and you're psyching yourself out thinking about every single outcome aside from the one that's going to happen. Don't count the seconds before you walk past a girl, go up to her and talk to her. Doing this repeatedly conditions you to manage your approach anxiety better. Here's a post on the truth about approach anxiety: https://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/24/the-truth-about-approach-anxiety/

You shouldn't wait that long to hit her up after getting her number. You should've waited a few hours to a day at most to text her first. If you want to have a fwb relationship or more with her, you need to escalate and flirt with her. Build attraction and tension and set up a date with her. You can try, but since it's been a week don't expect too much.

You need to escalate with them and create windows to escalate. When you're on a date, you should be escalating with a goal in mind - sex, making out, fooling around, etc. Practice physical and verbal escalation with her; however when doing one, refrain from doing the other. Here is a guide on how to escalate: https://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/19/how-to-escalate/

Acknowledge what you did and move on. Leaving it in open air can make things awkward between you two. Address it and then continue.

You don't have to message everyday, but when you message her make it engaging. It'll make her more excited when you do hit her up. Vibe with her through conversation, joke around, escalate, and set up a next date. What sticking ponits do you have?

At a club, of course, you're gonna run into physical contact with most people around you. What you showed was that you were rejecting that and trying to be "nice" about it. It's all about physical and verbal escalation at a club, so own your space and have confidence in yourself. If a girl initiates contact with you, go for it and escalate from there. Take your chance.

What are your sticking points? How do your interactions with women usually go? How often do you go out to approach and what are your stats on that?
/r/seduction12/08/19 12:20 AM

Soon the rejections won't mean anything so they won't hurt you. Because women can't reject you if they don't know you - which they don't. Remember that when you approach girls, you're both strangers to each other. So warm up by approaching strangers - they don't have power over your confidence because they have no idea who you are. So show them who you are and have an engaging interaction with them. Here is a post on approach anxiety: https://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/24/the-truth-ab…

Along with the advice being shared, practice does more than reading and watching when learning game. Sounds like issues with escalating and continuing/transitioning in your approaches. You attract the type of people you’re similar to. They’re a projection. Those girls can sense that you’re easy to walk all over and they’ll keep doing what they’re doing unless you establish that you have standards for yourself. And fading away? It makes it easier for them to forget about you. Have a voice and tell them what isn’t and is okay with you. When you don’t establish it at first, they’ll keep pushing your boundaries.

Go for daygame instead of nightgame to work on your cold approaches. Girls are more likely to be friendly and open to interactions during the day than at night, where girls are looking to get drunk or fuck. Approach with the intention of having a fun interaction with her, get to know her and vibe with her. How do your interactions usually go? Give specific examples. When setting it up you should make it clear that it’s a date so there’s no confusion in the intention. Since you’re going bowling, there will be more fun energy and less pressure - the goal of a date should be whatever you intend with her and having a good time and giving with her. Ask her to meet you at that place at whatever time you set up with her. Talk to her, learn more about her, tease her while you’re bowling, escalate. If you have that many girls as friends then you can ask one or some of them to be your wing woman when you go out at night to get a date. Whether at a night club or bar, etc, being around women makes you more attractive to other women. Also, you should escalate and approach women yourself with the intent of dating them or pulling them; make your intentions clear. It sounds like you have social anxiety, leading to cold approach anxiety. To break the cycle you need to take the first step and approach a woman. Girls can feel your vibe. If you don’t make it clear that you’re trying to make a move on them and pull them, they’ll think it’s weird. If you’re not confident in yourself, they can feel it. It sounds like you’re allowing other people’s (hypothetical) thoughts and opinions get to you while you’re approaching. It’s no one else’s business but yours and hers and other people’s opinions and presence don’t matter in that moment. You're not confident in yourself and then you overthink the interaction. If you're approaching girls, don't put them on a pedestal but also don't think of them as another guy - because they're not. During your interactions, you should be making it fun, conveying confidence, and building tension with her so you build more attraction. Confidence can be conveyed in a number of ways - the way you carry yourself, strong eye contact, you take the lead in the conversation, and you make the uncomfortabl…

You need to start now. Time doesn't stop for anybody, even if you're working on your appearance. The more practice you get in, the better results you'll get.

Rejections will hurt at first, especially if you're getting more rejections than results. Learn when to take a break, but also understand that there's no way they could be rejecting YOU. They don't know YOU. They're rejecting a perception of you and they have no idea who you are. Always assume the girl is into you; don't put yourself in a headspace where the girl is already rejecting you before you start. Keep in mind why you're going out to approach - is it for you, is it to become more social,…

To put yourself out there, cold approach is an uncommon thing among society; the fact that you'd go out to cold approach and meet new people puts you ahead of the rest. You'll make a lot of mistakes for sure but every chance you get is a learning opportunity and could develop into something more. College is the perfect environment to socialize since everyone is going through similar things and there are people all around you. Don't overthink about what she thinks of the lunch date before it actually happens. Pay attention to her while you're on the date with her. Demeanor, body language, eye contact, her tone of voice, her reactions, etc. Make sure you follow up with her as soon as you can so you can use this opportunity to get to know her and have fun with her.
/r/seduction03/06/19 08:04 AM

Your voice, eye contact, the way you carry yourself physically, your demeanor, being social, and paying attention to your movements are all ways girls can tell if a guy has gained confidence.

Tease him. Trail kisses on his face, on his hand, suck his finger and his neck (if he's into that). Send dirty messages and pics to each other, make him guess what you're wearing, let him know how bad you want him.

I definitely agree with this. You don't know what could come out of an interaction if you don't go up and talk to the girl first. People tend to overthink it and get themselves into a cycle where they make excuses - she looks too busy, she's probably not interested, I don't know what to say. Sometimes you have to throw yourself into it and see what'll come out in the end. Here's a post on approach anxiety: https://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/24/the-truth-about-approach-anxiety/

Cold approaching will feel like the most uncomfortable thing in the world when you a) have social anxiety and b) have no experience doing it. And as you said, like a muscle you need to continuously work on approaching people. Start with warm ups, approaching anyone and talking to them about something they have or they're wearing. College is a breeding ground for socializing. Programs host events outside of campus, there are night clubs (18+ and 21+), coffee shops, etc. Make friends in your classes and continue those connections outside of class - study groups, food runs, spontaneous adventures at night, etc. You can easily talk to people in the dorm your staying at (if you commute, you can make friends with people who live in the dorms or on-campus housing and make friends in their halls as well). The first step is to go out and approach. Do warm ups and talk to a bunch of different people before you try to approach girls with the intention of closing. Who coached you/gave you advice for your approaches? The dating coach I work for could tell from your post that if they gave you help, it was bullshit advice. Don’t focus on other people. When you approach, the focus is only on you and her, not whoever is around you. Strangers won’t stop and stare unless they’re weirdos; they’ll carry on with whatever they’re doing to get to where they need to go. Get yourself out of the mentality that you can "go again tomorrow and approach." Because then you'll end up in a cycle where you keep making excuses for yourself for not approaching that day. Practice approaching on campus. You've both noticed each other on campus. To make it less awkward, smile at her and make eye contact and go up to her. If it takes her days to reply sometimes, she could be caught up with school work; which is also why she tries to bring the conversation back to school. Has she been in relationships before? Since she said she’s generally interested, set up a date with her when you’re both free and go from there

What does she do that conveys mixed signals?

Go for it and escalate with her. It’ll be more easy because you’ve already done bits of kino with her. Here’s a post on how to escalate: http://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/19/how-to-escalate/

You’ve asked twice, so if she’s really interested then she’ll tell you and ask to confirm. Understand that it takes both parties to set the date. If she ends up not responding, don’t take it personally. Use the time you’re waiting to go approach.

Go up to her and talk to her. If she noticed you or you guys have made eye contact at the same uni, take it as a sign to go up and say hi. She might be shy, who knows. But the only way to find out is to go up to her in person. You guys have matched on tinder before, so you’re not completely unfamiliar. Gauge her interest in conversation, get her number, and set up a date. In general, have you approached before?

If it was a rejection, I’d try to just let go. In terms of making light of it, you could wish her a good day, thank her for her time, and be on your way. Keep in mind that rejections aren’t a big deal. Learn from them and apply it to the next approach

Ask when she’s free. Have her contribute and help set a date with you. Since she seems pretty interested, it shouldn’t be too hard.

Say hi and compliment her. Eye contact and smiling are tells that she’s interested in you, especially if she keeps doing it.

Now with eye contact you’re not trying to stare at them. You’re not tryna creep them out. Quick glance and a smile should be enough.

Move on and next time you should screen harder to see whether she’s lying about having a boyfriend or not.

You’re not a dumbass. Pm me.

Um no. Who wants to come see their date drunk because he got nervous? Maybe a shot or two to loosen up a little but it’s more rude to come see your date drunk. Shoot me a message.

You gotta give more context because we’re not mind readers. Shoot me a message.

She’s telling you to fuck off bro. Save yourself and forget about her.

Being brave is part of it. Game is a skill, and like a muscle when you don’t practice it, you get worse. It’s you trying to improve yourself and focus on what you can control during an interaction with a woman. Going out to approach takes balls but more over a lot of practice. Each woman is different but being able to get results with a lot of women takes skill.

What’s your approach rate and what are your sticking points?
/r/seduction17/04/19 06:12 PM

Do warm ups. Go up to any girl and open as you would and if you catch yourself messing up, remember, learn, and change it for the next approach. You should come at these warm ups with little to no expectations. Once you’re warmed up, your approach anxiety shouldn’t be as bad.

You both most likely won’t even talk during the movie and escalating without conversation is weird especially if you’re friends. Take her out somewhere where you can talk to her and have fun. Go out to dinner, have a picnic, do something together. Be clear about your intentions.

Stop thinking with your dick. Go talk and hangout with her, then depending on the vibe escalate from there.
/r/seduction17/04/19 02:53 PM

Practice approaching by going up to any girls you see and complimenting them and trying to have a conversation with them with no expectations. This counts as your warm ups. Once you’re warmed up, it shouldn’t be as nerve wracking to approach girls you wanna close. The start is always the hardest, but it’s rewarding knowing you approached instead of regretting that you didn’t. Don’t overthink it. Say fuck it and go up to them.

It doesn’t look needy. You both should be on the same page in terms of what kind of relationship you both want/have. If you don’t, you risk misunderstandings and confusion. Go talk to her.

It’s not over, but don’t expect it to be as easy as if you took the opportunity the first time. Remember this and apply it for later. Pay attention and take every opportunity you get.

Don’t chase after her, you broke up for a reason. If she wanted to reconnect, she’d reach out to you. I don’t think there’s an issue with wanting to see how she’s doing, but remember to keep moving forward and approach.

Bro she’s a hoe. Do yourself a favor and let go of her.
/r/seduction17/04/19 02:26 PM

Obviously she’s interested. She doesn’t have much experience. Have you talked to her about this? Let her know and go from there.

For the longest time I was too focused on what people thought instead of thinking for myself op. Build yourself up and let go. I’d actually gone clubbing for the first time last weekend and was scared of going for the longest time. Read my experience here: https://tripfallgetuprepeat.home.blog/2019/04/10/my-first-time-going-to-a-nightclub/ and let’s talk.

Are you serious? Why haven’t you taken the opportunity yet to go talk to her?

Be honest and screen from the start. Know what each other’s intentions are. Decide if that’s what you want or move on. How do you usually screen the girls you meet?
