1	How do you guys do it? Every time a thought comes into your head you have to immediately reject it. Just say "I don't care, I'm going to do my own thing". Say it out loud if you have to. The retracted chin may not be because of low testosterone but can be developed from puberty as a result of improper breathing - essentially mouth breathing.
