You have 0 basis on which to stand on to say that men can control their urges but choose not to, as you are not a man and as such do not have the balance of hormones that us men do. This is the same as if I were to tell you that as a woman, since you claim to have control over your urges, you should be able to be completely emotionally stable during your periods (a time of heightened hormone production).
