Any accusation at all can destroy your life, really. A woman can claim you're the father of her child and you'll have a tough fight on your hands to avoid paying 18 years of child support. There is no supporting evidence required to make this accusation, nor any penalties.

I have several issues with this entire debate. 1) Why is rape a crime so separate from all other crimes in terms of evidence requirements? You literally cannot conclusively prove rape without semen samples and injuries. Yet men are sent to jail on less evidence than this, or no evidence at all. I don't even know what left and right really mean. I'm just here because I feel that the table of society is tilted, and slavery is waiting for those it can slide off the edge - servitude in jail, servitude by alimony or child support, servitude in high risk low pay jobs.
