Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. You can't expect people to read the full description to find that one statistic. Using a reference in the text itself sometimes works (and I sometimes do that already), but it doesn't always 'fit' in the flow of the video, so from now on, I'll make sure to at least put a footnote on screen, with the full reference list in the description. Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate you taking your time to answer me.

Sources and citations in the description seemed like a reasonable approach, especially as all citations are clearly marked. However, if you know a better way to do it, I'd love to hear it!

We're doing pretty good when compared to a country like the US, but I'm also seeing an increase in social justice 'advocates', clearly inspired by the 'SJWs' (as much as I dislike the term) from the US. They're even using the same buzzwords, often without bothering to translate them. This is a somewhat worrisome trend, but a large percentage of the population seems to be rather down-to-earth and unimpressed by this snowflakery, so that gives hope for the future.

I'm not sure the feminist/men's rights subreddits help facilitate open conversation and understanding between the two groups though. Although I find this sub less toxic than the average feminist forum, it is a bit of an echo chamber where unpopular opinions are downvoted to oblivion, more than they are honestly debated. I think it is, not very much so in the MSM, nor in academia, but there is something brewing under the surface. Just look at recent sales figures for the Red Pill. Also I see an increasing amount of physicians speaking out against MGM, and there appears to be a slow increase in people getting prosecuted for false rape allegations. True, but I'm starting to slowly notice a change there. I'm not sure if this is a global thing, but at least in my country (the Netherlands) the public prosecutor's office has established the procedure of always prosecuting people for filing false reports, specifically including false reports for rape & sex assault. There's still a lot that needs to be improved, but I consider this a major step in the right direction.

I'm not sure if this is the study you're referring to, but it's an interesting read nonetheless. It looks at ingroup bias among men and women. This is a canned response if I ever saw one. Also No knife was ever thrown ‘at’ the father. This implies a knife was thrown, which is bad enough. It's a small step from throwing a knife in some direction, to throwing the knife (or other object) at the person. I've not seen the episode, or even heard of the series (I don't watch much TV), but this response is thoroughly worrying.

People like this need to understand the mother is responsible to pick a good father, just like the father is responsible to pick a good mother. Deadbeats don't become deadbeats overnight: they've always been like that. If you choose to have children with a deadbeat, it's your fault, and definitely not something to gloat about.

I hadn't seen that explanation before. It's obviously nonsense - as you said - but it's good to get some understanding of how people rationalise this nonsense. Also, I agree that it's a victim narrative. Ideologies tend to make its adherents feel powerless, with the 'enemy' being (all-)powerful. I'm getting so tired of that whole 'women-are-a-minority'-narrative. Women are numerically a majority, and increasingly are also the majority of graduates. Women aren't a minority.
