–	Weekly check-in Doin ok. Not super jazzed about going to work tomorrow, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Just have a lot of anxiety at work because I feel like I'm not really valued... or liked lol I have a lot of family events this week/month. I really need to get back to eating healthy though so I cam lose weight. I made a promise to myself to practice the drums every day for 30 days, even if it's just 5 minutes of rudiments.
