3	Male bashing This is just my understanding: Sometimes if something scary happens (lights flicker, power goes out, random door slams, elevator stalls in this case) someone might say, "I've seen this movie before" as a reference to horror movies in general, where these are common tropes. To say nothing of OP's post.
