An accusation is still more than a hunch. Accusations typically involve a witness and, yes, can be flimsy or not, depending on a variety of circumstances. A "hunch" is just a cop saying "Based on my experience, I think X happened, but I don't have evidence to back that up."

I've spoken to medical professionals about this and yes, it is far more painful for adults to get a circumcision. My son was circumcised and I watched. He cried and seemed somewhat pained at the moment, but was normal within minutes. It's MUCH more involved for adults. No, I don't think they're as bad as tumbler ranters, but California (and the West Coast generally) is pretty infamous for some of its decisions. For example, look at the case of Wong v. Belmontes. First off, the case was less than 30 years ago. And you calling it an "outlier" doesn't make it an outlier. Someone else mentioned the Rodney King case, for example. Regardless, I brought it up as an example of anecdotal evidence that was being used against my point. My original point was that anecdotal evidence is useless in this context.

Sure, it's a problem in general. And more specifically, I would speculate that it's more of a problem if you're a white guy suing over discrimination in California. But if Google gets ruled against they'll be sure to appeal and then it will be in the hands of judges who will be empowered to throw out the juries ruling if they see fit. That's news to me. Quick research reveals only two states (Oregon and Louisiana) do not require unanimous verdicts, and even those require at least a 10-2 vote. Got a cite? Perhaps you're thinking of hung juries (where the vote is split)?

One point I disagree with: Lastly, it's in California with the strictest anti-discrimination laws in the country. You're acting like this is a point for him. But it's California. Despite the state law, that is not a state I would want to pick a jury from when suing over discrimination against white males. And I certainly wouldn't expect the judges to be helpful either, especially appellate judges.
