2	Does this count as "good advice" from the red pill? And is it common sense? I'm not denying that women will sleep with you if you follow that advice. I'm saying that it is too narrow in scope for 2 reasons. First, while a drug dealer may get women a drug lord will get more and a pharmaceutical exec will probably reach the point when bedding women is Boring. 2	Frame for Dummies. What it is and ways to build (and keep) it. No that's wrong. Well not entirely. One's self-confidence could be thought of as part of frame but it's broader than that. You're not getting all you could from the concept. It's like the frame on a painting. Your talking about the characters in the painting (and you should) but you should also be talking about the choice of frame. Why use frame A instead of B? 1	how do I kill my laziness ? No man. I'm saying you will never be "who you want to be" when you define yourself as not that but rather "who you are". When you can recognize that you Wil do what you want to do and do it as well as internalize the view of yourself as "who you are" being "who you want to be" (when you can answer the why) you won't need to ask the how. It's much better to learn this through a probing question based model than an instructional model. Try to think about what you communicate by your interaction with your context. A good example it to watch ocean's eleven and compare Danny ocean with the casino owner. 1	Did you ever notice you were "softening" as a man after hanging out too much with shallow and beta people? No, that's called frame. A high school boy who acts aggressive can still act immature because he is pursuing immature women. A man in college is developing and maturing as are the women he pursues.
