In some of the colder provinces they have laws against shutting off utilities but in my Province the companies will happily shut off your electricity and gas if you ask them. No laws against it either

Feminist once told me im a misogynist because: i bought coffee for a bunch of teachers on strike, had a female coworker who was an apprentice earning apprentice rate, and had a male cat. They seem like they will find fault and get mad about everything

My uncle raised 2 boys by himself because the mother decided being a drunk coke sniffer was more important. My 2 cousins are both very successful, one is a doctor and the other is a very successful computer programmer. My uncle worked his ass off and unfortunately the boys were raised in trailer park, it was all they could afford. When they were old enough they both worked in the local gas station till they both went away for college. My uncle recently passed away and i we all made sure to tell …

Yah seriously, i had to go to sensitivity training because a female coworker sent me unsolicited crotch shots. When i asked her to stop and never talk to me directly outside or at work she went to HR and claimed bullying. I filed a counter complaint against her for sexual harrassment which was ignored at first until my direct supervisor lit a fire under HRs ass. HR responded that i was male privileged and didnt have the grounds for a complaint. I brought in the union and demanded she's fired whi…

This happened to a friend of mine, he was getting beaten with hair brushes and dog toys. Had to get stiches and had bruising lacerations ect. People mocked and made fun of him. One day he was tripped on the stairs and suffered a broken wrist and concussion which made him unable to work. His partner, she admitted and bragged about hurting him because she was a 'queen bitch' her female friends worshipped because they saw her as a strong empowered woman. He eventually left her and tried to press ch…

Shit i had a woman grab my junk down my pants at a party and when i turned her down she told me she'd tell everyone i got a small dick. Well she did go around telling everybody in our social circle about my small weiner and posted about it on FB. It was very damaging to my self esteem and when i finally confronted her about it at a social event in front of other people by telling her that her behavior is disgusting and if i had done something similar to her i would be trashed upon. She didnt rea…

Sometimes people have to work gig jobs to make ends meet because they're underpaid at a regular, student or have a sick family member or they simply have no choice. The gig economy seems to take full advantage of these people, making them essentially slaves. Sure people dont need to eat either its their choice to consume food or its their choice to have shelter i guess.

Well, you don't have to work for Uber or the other shitty 'gig' corporations. Lots of different career choices out there. Maybe you should tell that to that guy in the article, i bet you are an amazing career counselor.

I have worked for them a long time and i like my supervisorsand crew as well as the projects ect. The construction managers are decent and are on my side. The problem is corporate, mainly HR, they have been a thorn in the side as of recent. I do work beside the majority owner's brother whos put in a word for me. Most likely ill be paid my wages for time off and i just want the person fired.

My union lawyer is actually doing a great job representing me. Corporate is asking me not to press charges for PR reasons, but we discussed doing so quietly with a media ban if so. Im more than happy with just seeing her fired and it turns out she has done this before as well as had sexual relations with other colleagues including group sex on occasion.

Im going through an issue at work right now, seems a member of our support staff used company records to aquire my cell number so she could send me dirty texts, including a photo of her genitals. When i told her to stop she tried to tell me that its a lesson for me on why i should respect women then started to say "you have no right to hit women!! You hurt me". Its a shit storm with HR and my union as they havent dealt with a unionized field employee getting harassed by office staff yet. Also sh…
