Trust me… I chewed all day everyday for a long time. When I quit, I was hungry 24/7 for about 3 months. You will gain weight if you go from being dependent on nicotine, go cold turkey. Unless you’re eating healthy food etc but my point is that you’ll be more hungry.

I quit nicotine 6 months ago, I gained 45lbs since…. I had muscle memory so that helped but nicotine strangles your appetite. The first few months suck ass but keep that habit! Believe in yourself and you’ll have all the tools to get where you want to be.

Such a good response. The best advice is to keep doing what your doing and don’t try to be someone that your not. Do that and whether it’s works out or not, you’ll have no regrets. Good luck bro

You habit of mind isn’t healthy right now. Don’t let yourself fantasize about situations or what these two people are thinking, it’s an absolute waste of time and detrimental to your self worth. Building a healthy habit of mind takes time and hard work. Start going on runs and build healthy habits. Physically building healthy habits will translate to your mental habits and will work wonders. Having control over your mind is the strongest tool you can develop. Side note, your current state of min…

Mam, men do things that will potentially get us laid. Not all the time, but in this case where he is dating someone else, 100% just trying to get laid. Also, why the hell are you invested in someone who has a girlfriend? You want someone who is willing to cheat on their 2yr relationship? And side note, don’t develop emotions after 1 date. A strong relationship takes time to build true emotions, not surface level emotions. It sounds like you haven’t had physical intimacy in a while and that physi…

My best advice is to build good habits, because good habits are contagious in the mind. Have a fixed sleep schedule the best you can (while obviously being social and staying out sometimes) Have a workout or running schedule, this is where you can build confidence and mental toughness to keep pushing when you think you can’t. Eat healthy!

I just read the first paragraph and that’s all you need. Be yourself and you will be happy, sounds cliche as hell but its a journey and takes a lot of mental toughness. Good luck brother, you have all the tools you need.

Just be patient with the process and keep your mindset healthy/positive and the confidence will come naturally.

Hey broham, I was in your shoes when I was younger. I was afraid of rejection or what my friends thought me. You need to strengthen your mind through your daily life and always be willing to be in uncomfortable situations. It’s seems vague but I can 100% promise you it works. For me, I started running and working out every morning before work and the day I feel like shit I still go because I’m refusing to let the walls I built in my head keep me from doing something I don’t want to do or I’m afr…

Everyone is different and their recipe to success will take different steps but here’s what I did the past year and half that has given me control of my life. You start building yourself by starting with little things: Start making your bed in the morning (sounds dumb I know) Start taking care of yourself by working out or running at a fixed time a few time a week or each day. Your going to have days when your mental sucks and the only thing you can rely on is your habit which will be healthy ha…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
