1	Introverted men are losers. Change my mind. Nah. I've been both the obnoxious loud type, and also the super quiet type. I had the same level of confidence and dominance the only difference being that I was much less friendly and had a lower tolerance for bullshit as a quiet guy. But at the same time, do not give into any type of bullshit a female worker might bring with her. You can fire someone just because you dont like the cut of their jib, its your right.
