I did no-fap for about two months last year. I was really surprised at how much extra time I had when I cut out masturbation. I’m not religious, so I just wanted to channel that energy into something more productive. Overall, it just forces you to out of your shell and makes it so that you need to meet new people if you want to get off. The gym gains were great, but the first two weeks were brutal.

You can still have sex and relationships while living a MGTOW lifestyle. Relationships are give and take between both partners. As long as you are getting just as much as you are putting in and living life how you want to without being controlled, you’re fine. With MGTOW you know that you can live a fulfilling life without that relationship, so if your partner’s value in the relationship changes you can leave without any fear. Just have to be really careful when finances are involved.

MGTOW is about living fulfilling lives without caving in to the roles men are expected to fill in society. I agree that this means getting away from women in some situations, but complaining about them here is just spreading the negative influence we want to get away from

I definitely wouldn’t consider construction an unskilled job. If you join a construction union (laborers, carpenters, operators...) as an apprentice, you can start without the skill set. Most unions offer training to apprentice members with the potential to advance to journeyman and manager levels. It’s good work for the mind and body with the potential for career growth after 3-5 years!
