I live in NYS, if you have a penis and would commit a crime like this Cuomo would have you publically burned to death in the middle if town and would have every male in your family shot to death but he would make sure that the female victim could still vote for him. 2	Woman thinks she's above the law because she's a woman then cries like a child when reality hits her Ya know, everytime there is some domestic situation, which this falls under, the cops, the state, or CPS, get called for an incident the man is ALWAYS blamed.
