2	I don’t think I want to live in this world… I would recommend therapy if you afford it. I have had about 2 therapists I’m going for a third whose focus is Christian Therapy. I have been going to secular therapy focused on CBT, outcomes and goal setting. But I slide a lot back into anger, hate & resentment towards my ex. I am turning more towards faith and friends. My family can’t empathize so it’s difficult. I turn towards other me. Of faith on a similar journey.
