Remember men, daily reminder to bring a voice recorder at all times so that you have documented proof of consent in case this happens. 24 years, at this point the guy's life has been wasted down the drain

I just call them morons and put them in the same bag all the other morons. Just don't put up with them, if they aint chasing back

Listen, I did this back in college. The teacher and even my classmates wanted to forbid me from doing it but I did. Made some ennemies and I had to quit that class. Do I regret it? No. Hated that class and I'm glad I spoke my issued without being afraid of the backlash. Just wanted to tell you it might go badly, but stay strong. There's no other way a light can be shed on our issues.

For some they actually have concrete proof of how it's medically unhealthy but for me it's just the principle. If a bunch of grown men go out of their way to circumsise young women as it doesn't look good enough, they'd be close to lynched, called out for sure and understandably so. It's digusting behaviour. But somehow they do it to young boys and it's fine. Go figure.

"nah, it looks nasty, we need to make it look better" "But what if we decided to surgically modify women's genetelia because it doesn't look good enough?" "You disgusting pig, how DARE you want to modify a woman's beautiful body for your own personnal gain? Men think women are their property!"

I will advocate for women's rights and will not give away men's advantages because apart from biologically being in an advantage, there is none. If women won't give up their advantages I will fight with this sub for equality. And not post bullshit comments about my hate of women on an equality sub.
/r/MensRights03/03/22 01:09 AM

Listen dude, there's no dominant sex. This sub fights for true equality so gtfo with your misogyny. This and misandry doesn't fit here at all.

What you mean? I just don't get attracted to people based on looks, no big deal
/r/MensRights21/02/22 01:45 PM

Yeah that's pretty much it, we'll all be ugly anyways. I base my attractiveness on the person inside.

Based on personnal experience I've had my share of this insecurity as well, but eventually I stumbled upon this woman psychologist that specialises in men. I thought FOR SURE she would be a mega-femenazi that hates men for being born and would turn all my problems into women's problems. No. She was very understanding, kind, focused on my issues, listened to me and followed up with the medication, etc. Basicly, doing her job correctly. Never once did she bring up women, make any comments on my ge…

Ooh I see what you mean. The former yes, it would be based on my stupidity. But I also don't like to find other people "attractive" in the general sense of the word. I don't associate value to aesthetic, looks, etc. it's superficial to me.
/r/MensRights20/02/22 05:56 PM

I guess we're different. If I'm in a relationship, my partner is the most attractive period. If I notice someone more attractive, that would be based on my stupidity

I've never thought about it, but it happened to me too. I called 2 women sweetie as a joke and both have called me out on it. Edit: but I've been called hon, sugar, sweetie multiple times. Personally I see it as a cheerful way to call someone so I never saw this negatively. If people don't want to be called that, sure, you can tell me no problem. But don't call it sexist, Jesus Christ.

I understand where you're coming from. Just know that it happens to women as well, not for nothing we keep hearing "all men are the same" Remember that people grow older. You're your own person, with your own values and as long as you keep to that, you'll meet people like you and recognise these people and the ones you have to leave behind. Maybe one day you'll meet a woman who respects you like you respect her, but it can take time. See it like this : they're not your type and they're not attra…

... women weren't rulers because they weren't allowed... Men prohibited them. Have you been through classic history classes? And inventions are well known to have some of them taken from women so men can benefit. Do yourself a favor, and stop looking like a fool

So she's a femcel. That's great, she's a bad person, but it doesn't take away your belief of "women stupid, men smart" which is.. just as bad
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:31 PM
2

She obviously wanted to make it good, but made it bad. No gender involved. Women do it to us too, that because we're men, we can't do shit. You're doing the same.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:26 PM
2

Wtf is wrong with you, George Lucas made star wars great because he was a man? And now they're bad because it consists of women? No arguments, pure sexism coming from you. If you wanna be an MRA at least don't become a dick like those rad-femenazis

Wow you haven't read any of the comments. Does the ad say everything you just said, or does it just say "women need water, donate"? If we just take the litteracy of the ad, technically, 1/3 of the world don't have clean water. Not just women. Now if the ad said everything you said, OF COURSE I'd go and donate. It wouldn't be a men's issues, therefore, I wouldn't complain. I've already said that but you can assume what you want about me. But the ad specifically brings up an issue that BOTH gender…
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:10 PM
5

Well marketing is flawed. Innocent statement, but if they have to say "women need help with water, donate" instead of saying "1/3 of the world needs water, donate" then it's counter-progressive.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:04 PM
17

Yup. Every store has a charity donation campaign nowadays. Well why don't your multi billion dollar ass give to charity instead of asking every working wage who sometimes can barely afford a house to pay?
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:02 PM
4

Correction : he's prioritizing women. With that said, you believe what you want. Just know that it aint equality which is what this sub is about, btw
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:00 PM
12

Exactly. Half. Not most.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:55 PM

Men's rights is a leftist belief, just to inform you
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:54 PM
5

Of course. But then this as should be against forced unequal work répartition on women, not about the need for water, which BOTH gender suffer equally in these countries. A different example but quite similar one would be in the first world countries, men are the forced draft ones and have to DIE for the country. Wouldn't men be the disadvantaged ones in this situation, if we used the ad's logic? Unfortunately, as we all know it, women are the ones known to be the primary victims of war. So my p…
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:53 PM
9

In our countries, it's the men who get drafted into war, yet people say women are the most affected. Even though the whole country benefits. Wouldn't you say this is similar, but in a case where EVEN if women were the hardworking ones, they are STILL opressed? Water and war are different, obviously, but in a context where both genders are EQUALLY in need of water, why would we prioritize women rather than men?
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:46 PM
7

The thing is, we don't want them to mention men. We just want them to include us. By focusing the ad towards women, it's basicly telling the people "here, I said the word "women" so you all will start donating". Which wouldn't be a problem, if men weren't equally... Well.. in need of water. Which they are. My point is, instead of addressing gender in these cases, why not just say "1/3 of people globally don't have water.. donate money" instead of "women need water, donate money"
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:39 PM
7

What about, hear me out Make no mention of gender whatsoever and just help people who need help, rather than going for "she's a precious woman! Let's help her instead" like fucking clowns
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:35 PM
2

Drink up bud
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:25 PM
5

Do explain. How does promoting one gender over BOTH isn't discrimination? I've read that the organisation helps both genders. It's just the principle of "mention women so people care" that I find ridiculous
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:24 PM
241

Good. It just sucks that our society will jump down to their knees to help women, but not men. So we have to feminize everything to get people's attention
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:22 PM
8

Of course, but he's focusing on the gender rather than then the individual. If he's only focusing on getting women clean water rather than BOTH, it is automatically sexism, because it's DISMISSING a gender rather than incorporating it.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:21 PM
5

The ad campaign specifically says women. Not men.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:18 PM
2

So basicly, considering that in those countries, it's the women who gather the water for their families, we need to help women and not men? Who are in these same families?
/r/MensRights06/12/21 05:17 PM

Bit of trouble innit
/r/MensRights04/12/21 10:21 PM

It makes sense in an education point of view. Teachers have to teach about feminism therefore a majority of students get into the feminist ideology which SILENCES men's issues. I'm happy that today it seems to change in some places. I had to change courses so I wouldn't get rad-femenazis in my classes. That's what happens when you choose an Art school programm : feminist art and feminist ideology.
/r/MensRights04/12/21 08:33 PM

You're very brave to be making this presentation. I did a similar one in college and my classmates and teacher told me I wasn't allowed. Because I wasn't talking about women's issues

I read the post, while her getting aggressive and throwing keys at him was a bit excessive, he was going on at her for being "obsessed" with a game, when she only stayed up late to play it. They don't have kids, so who cares I think people were downvoting you because you were defending the asshole in this case, not because you thought violence wasn't okay and them thinking otherwise.

Some town in Canada. Thankfully it's not like this everywhere as I've gone to other tattoo shops and they didn't seem to have that kind of policy
/r/MensRights23/11/21 03:37 AM
5

He is, but it doesn't change the fact that he felt the need to do this. Female tattoo artists probably doesn't have this situation even cross their minds
/r/MensRights22/11/21 11:27 PM
1

Yeah, I wouldve slap myself if I got one at 13 as well, it's just I feel like at that age you should learn basic autonomy and it shouldn't be restricted appart from the parent. And yes where I come from, 13 is parents' consent and 16 is full autonomy on services.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:59 PM
-4

I think we may have a different opinion on this. I think people above the age of 13 can get a tattoo with parental consent. After 16, I think it should be up to the individual.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:30 PM

Always been the case, redditors stalking profiles and proudly exclaiming that "this user follows this profane subreddit therefore making everything it says irrelevant" Problem is, their "profane subreddit" is subreddit discussing men's issues. The world goes places.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:20 PM

He does have a camera, which business doesn't have a camera nowadays. It doesn't change anything. He still can pose a threat to women apperantly. He told us he does warn some of them even if most his clientele comes alone as he doesn't want to take any chances. His job requires it and he does for his own sake.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:18 PM
4

It shouldn't have such a huge stigma. They're just people doing their jobs just like we are, and they pose a threat equally as dangerous as anybody. I'm not saying we should trust strangers, but we shouldn't alienise an ENTIRE GENDER with the belief that men are dangerous if unsupervised.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:15 PM
2

Really? Depends on the age I suppose, but it's not "creepy" to allow your child to tattoo, especially at a reasonable age
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:05 PM
2

Easier that way innit I do if I dont have a choice though
/r/MensRights22/11/21 08:04 PM
74

Putting it that way, it's pretty much it. It's to avoid legal repercussions because, guess what, you can get sued just for being a man in the same room as a woman even if it's for doing your own job. That's how I interpret it anyways, as it litterally happens in my town.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 07:44 PM

He'd lose half if not most income technically
/r/MensRights22/11/21 07:40 PM

That's why I don't engage with women I don't know, even when I don't have a choice, I'll get out of my way to not engage with them. I've been called a creep to many times just for speaking.
/r/MensRights22/11/21 04:43 PM
5

You okay?
/r/MensRights14/10/21 10:38 PM
1

I'm also an incel for appreciating women's respect? Other things are considered incel to you? And of course it happens to both genders. I never said it only happens to men, I'm just saying that in my experience, in my area, it happens way more often to men. I do ignore and report them. Yesterday was just a bad day and I needed to vent. Big deal? And I won't ignore something that women can get away with but not men. It's not justice. And don't judge an entire sub by a single person's post lmao
/r/MensRights14/10/21 08:18 PM

Maybe being over 6' doesn't help after all.. I don't get compliments either don't worry, but I don't care much about it But thank you. It is indeed sexual assault and I'm trying my best to make it stop.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:18 AM

Be proud of who you are. We need to fight against these issues, it's okay to talk about them. I just felt overwhelmed today and needed to vent.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:16 AM
1

What the fuck do you mean wearing something that attracts attention? Do you always use that excuse when you harass someone physically? I do put effort into my work. I put sweat and tears. You shouldn't put effort into appearance for other people. It doesn't show who you are and for the record, I think I look fine. And the classic "you're sensitive gna gna" i know what type of person you are.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:14 AM
3

Thanks. You're right, we should be proud of who we are.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:10 AM
3

I won't work out because people don't like my appearance. I think I look fine. And you think judging someone's body is advice? "Ugh disgusting" is very different than "he should work out more" which again is very subjective to the individual. I aint giving attention to women who don't deserve it so that's good So you got everything about my post wrong and you say stop crying. Great job.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:09 AM
1

You're right. As long as I stay strong and keep my values and morals with me I'll eventually grow indifferent to it.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:06 AM

No gender, no problem. Just the individual. You know what? This sounds great
/r/MensRights14/10/21 01:05 AM

Stop giving a shit? I understand that I have to let it go, because things won"t change and I can't do it alone. Most the times I do and it works fine, I tolerate alot of shit but today was just a bad day. But stop giving a shit? Don't think I ever will.

I understand, I refrain from complementing some women because most the times it is mistaken as flirting, therefore sexism apperantly. But the excuse I get is always that women get flirted at way too often so it's normal for them to mistake it.

Classic, blaming angry men for their own problems. Seen it a billion times, still not convincing.

Disclaimer, I really do feel bad for that woman, she lost her brother in traumatic circumstances But if you see the comments of this post... I lost my mind. Everyone calling out men for objectifying women by doing this. If I did this personally, it would simply be for spreading joy and happiness. In no way it would ever cross my mind that I want her to be more attractive to me. This bullshit way of thinking..
