1	My final assignment is about Equal Pay. I completely agree, but I think OP meant that women get paid less for doing the same exact job. It does happen, my mom gets paid less than her co-worker and they do the same exact job. She has been there longer and has a college degree (which her male co-worker does not). If gender were not involved, she probably would be getting paid the same if not more. That is only an assumption though, I dont think I could prove that to be true. 1	My final assignment is about Equal Pay. I understand that, my explanation was more just a theory than an actual fact. There obviously has to be a reason why women are paid less than men and instead of just going with the usual "sexism" I was trying to make some sense of the situation. 1	My final assignment is about Equal Pay. Heres an article citing the US Census Bureau stating the number of stay at home dads and moms. Link The data is about 5 years old but I can't imagine that the ratio has changed drastically (165,000 dads vs 5.6 million moms). The Bureau of Labor Statistics has a bunch of information as well. Link Its surprisingly difficult to actually find the average time each sex will spend in the workforce or even how many jobs each with have over their life. 1	My final assignment is about Equal Pay. I think there are a lot of reasons equal pay has not be fully implemented. The two best reasons that I can think of are: 1) Companies can get away with it, and some will take that opportunity. I think this is wrong and should be stopped. 2) Hiring an employee is an investment. It takes time a lot of time and money to go through the process of hiring and training an employee before they become fully productive and integrated into their job. 1	Woman withdraws false rape allegation against man. “In this case a young girl has made an allegation which has been proved to be false, we are however still investigating other allegations and our enquiries are ongoing.” Police did not charge woman. No mention of costs and trouble. A rape charge would have effectively ruined every aspect of that guys life.
