Cool. I interjected the part about intelligence because it was an example of a wrong generalization but didn't catch the bit about aggression helping with promotions. Thanks.

I'm going to try and jump in her since the original poster hasn't commented and I think I get their point. If you're going to dismiss the suicide statistic by characterizing men as more aggressive then you can also flip the genders and make a similar conclusion, like as said above, that because women are in less ceo positions they must be less intelligent. Pointing out that it's a terribly horrible conclusion for women and for men. To generalize an entire gender based on a stereotype/statistic. …
