Sounds like you're not comfortable with your own frame - which is interesting for me to be honest, as I was similar. Yeah man, if even. Last time I went it was to a new dentist through my old job and was literally a "scale and polish" is how they describe it. Then use some sensedine toothpaste or whatever its called to lower sensitivity of teeth - because you'd be surprised how sensitive they are with all that plaque gone. Dentist man. I haven't read up on all of them but I have on a few of them. Basically, whitening teeth at home for the most part fucks them up - can strip away enamel and all kinds of toothy shit (for the most part they can get good results like those home kits for whitening teeth and shit, long term not so much).
