Alright thanks for your input bro. This might be a stupid question but does everyone gain muscle /weight the same way if they do the exact workout same meal etc? I guess that's why I stopped after 3 months as I thought I should've seen gains even if a little bit

What time frame should I see gains then? I'm around 5'7 and I hover around 128-131 lbs for years, I don't wanna look like the rock or anything just a small buff would make me happy And idk why people downvoting me I'm just sharing my experience

I tried for 3 months eating more than I normally eat breakfast lunch and dinner Under guidance from a friend of mine who is thick af and I lost 6 pounds during those 3 months I vowed never to touch weights again lol ill forever be skinny
