Walk up to said stranger. Say “hi, how are you. Your (Insert a noticeable thing about her) caught my eye and I had to introduce myself.” Try to notice something unique, your uniqueness in noticing and stepping up to say hi. That’s what ladies are intrigued about (don’t just mention her body features, have fun, don’t force it) it takes time to develop an easy conversations with strangers.
