Yeah for real. I don't interact with people who are shitty. One of my best friends is close to a woman who does a lot of this type of behavior, and on more than one occasion I've had to decline his offers to introduce me to her. Standards are important in friendships, and you really shouldn't tolerate your friends being shitty. They're your friends, if they do something and it's worrying you, call it out

Imma ASSUME that "would" is a typo, cause wtf no, but I understand wanting to be smart about it. That's the default when wanting to have a family one day, you should always want a partner who isn't a loser! I guess my thing is just, this surface level ideas you put in the post is kinda off putting? Like it just essentially offloads "traditional gender roles" assigned to women in the household onto men, while still expecting men to maintain the roles(sole financial provider) that they already kin…

I'm working to put myself in a position where I can provide for a family one day, and I'm gonna keep it 300% with you, the idea of building a family with a person who had to be convinced into it don't sound too great lmao

Decent amount of matches, though the quality is very eh. A lot of women will state things about themselves in profiles that just isn't true, which can be kind of annoying to deal with. You say in your bio you're looking for something that's long term and serious, and after a few messages they're bringing up how they're looking for something casual. Part of me assumes it's just some kind of indirect rejection, but shit just say you're not interested at that point lmao

Dude for real, it sucks out here for other guys! It's made me really introspective, sometimes in the morning I just stare at my face in the mirror, soaking it in, appreciating the hand I've been dealt

I also have no shade in my question... But how many men have you actually had this conversation with? Most guys I have ever spoken to, as a man, have had a similar sentiment, desire a woman to spend their life with and enjoy her company, and only the minority of guys I have talked to have said they just want sex. I also share that sentiment, I have no issue getting interest from women, if my experience in real life and dating apps is anything to go off, so I could get sex if that's what I really…

That's the plan, I wanna give them plenty of space, and some water sources to play and spend their days in. I also love duck eggs, which is a partial motivator to getting them lol

I mean my main goals are moving out of North Carolina, getting into trade school once I'm settled in, becoming a plumber, and eventually getting a home. If I got a girlfriend, maybe it would add an extra motivator to fuel my desire to reach my goals, but I'm gonna pursue those things regardless. Sex is cool but I want a big yard so I can get some ducks, and maybe some dogs too. Women like dogs and ducks don't they? lol

A sexual consent APP sounds like the most bureaucratic and non human thing on this planet Did Hermes Conrad come up with it by chance?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/25 11:35 PM

I get the vibe that this is a disconnect for a lot of guys because they may likely have tried experimenting with style and came away with next to no results from it, so they just conclude it doesn't matter at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/25 10:00 PM

Iam a fan of history and I read and watch a lot of stuff about things in history that interest me, could you point me to some example of this phenomenon happening? Like I said in my previous comments, I genuinely can't think of any that I've ever heard of, and I know that if I heard at all about how a society was destabilized by unpaired men I would definitely remember cause that's fucking crazy to think about.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/25 09:58 PM

Yeah homie I'm not exactly sure what he's talking about either, I said it was the closest thing I could even think of lol

If she makes you chase it's cause she doesn't view you as desirable, and as a result she expects you to work for her reciprocation. If she doesn't view you as desirable, why are you even chasing her?

The only thing I can personally think of as "male sexual exclusion" would I guess be the unmarried tax that ancient Rome had at one point in IT'S history? Unmarried Romans paid an extra tax simply for not being married, but that's literally all I can think of lol

Dating apps exist as one of two things, depending on the user. They either function as a way to lower your self esteem, or increase it. That's it. All other reported uses of dating apps is a lie from the companies who develop them.

Pub culture? Dude I can assure you American towns have PLENTY of little bars and pubs and yet we still complain about nowhere to hang out. It's because people don't drink as much as they used, and unless you're really itching to play some darts or pool while also sober, a bar is probably the last place you're gonna want to hang out and try to be social. US bar culture is definitely different, I also don't know what exactly a bar in London is going to offer me outside of booze.

I don't know about you but I personally prefer no socializing with my sex. In fact, I'm so introverted that my wife and I will go to separate rooms and write letters describing the sex we would have, which we then share before bed.

I'd rather not have kids then live my life wondering whether my wife built a family with me because she felt "obligated" to be with me. I was just the guy she saw that day and said "ah well, gotta do what ya gotta do..."? That sounds lame as fuck dude...

Of course I don't think it's a good thing. I do however think people respond to the energy others put out. I can tell you all day how fucked up I think it for men and women to take their negative experiences and apply then to random strangers until I'm blue in the face, but my feelings aren't gonna change how online culture works. We are in a state right now where people regularly do this, they blame others for the mistreatment they've experienced. Some men get rejected by shallow women and they…

Most women saying they wanna be approached means nothing in this discussion imo. Everyday men aren't gonna know what women are part of that 77%. "Back in the day" women would drop a handkerchief to get a man's attention. Maybe do something similar if you want approaches from men? A sign you're actually open to such attention? We don't really live in a world where it's normal to just start flirting with ladies in the supermarket, even if you are both shopping in the gluten free section. Such thin…

It's really not rocket science, honestly. Anyone who says they want a person with a good personality likely still cares about physical attraction as well. The nice personality is just an additional box to check.

Did you know that statistics show that every 30 seconds some guy is killing himself? Even though women attempt suicide more than men, men die from suicide in higher numbers. Men can't stop being superior, it ain't in their nature! 💪💪💪💯💯💯

I rarely ever go to the gym, when I did it was for cardio as getting muscular wasn't appealing to me and weightlifting in general just didn't appeal either. My exercise comes from walking and running, maybe biking on occasion, and I stay pretty lean as a result. High metabolism helps a lot too though lol. One thing I've really wanted to get into is calisthenics but I procrastinate on starting.

I've had this happen too with dating apps as a guy. Lots of women would like/match, some would be cool, but very few wanted a relationship and instead were looking for casual sex. I remember being especially confused with bumble on this, I would get a load of likes, I'd sift through them sometimes, and like at most 75% of those women were not looking for commitment. I eventually just started assuming these women were spamming right swipes like guys supposedly do all the time. The others were loo…

I don't really get invited to any parties, I have an apartment to host parties but I highly doubt others would show if invited. Most of my friends are in other states at this point, the only people I consistently interact with are coworkers, so that makes organization of anything a little difficult.

They begin foaming at the mouth, at the 4 minute mark convulsions set in, the foam becomes thick and almost silk like. After 15 minutes have elapsed the women will begin to encase themselves in this foam, akin to the cocoons of many moth species. Once this cocoon is completed, 3 days must pass, then Stacy emerges... ready to feed.

Not all male anger but probably some of it for some guys. I'd say maybe 1 in 6 guys feel that way, unless it's a leap year then it's 1 in 4.

My whole life I've had a fairly fast metabolism, so I've always been pretty skinny. As I got older and became interested in trying to date, I had a couple experiences of women who were clearly only interested simply because of the fact that I was skinnier than they were and they found that to be really appealing. I didn't begrudge those women for it, and like I said I liked the attention at the moment, but looking back it isn't a good feeling, because I know I didn't do anything to be desirable,…

A lot of guys are gonna respond yes because of perceived scarcity. As a dude, no, I would prefer not to be the object of someone's fetish. I can understand why someone's who's absolutely starved of sexual attention would be like "Oh yeah dude sign me the fuck up!" but that's all it is, a reaction to a perceived lack of options. If a guy thinks he's truly maidenless and can't get anyone of course he's gonna be more receptive to that kind of behaviour no matter how extreme it really is. It isn't i…

"Hater of pickles" What kind of pickles? We talking all pickles? Or just pickled cucumbers? Is it a general issue with fermented foods, do you also dislike kimchi and/or sauerkraut? What about the pickled ginger they pack with sushi trays, is that off limits?
