I definitely won't be drinking over there anymore. But it wasn't malicious. I asked them about it and they said it was so they could watch their cat while at work but its always rolling with a mic and saves stuff to the cloud.

Been seeing a lot of tiktoks about the tea app. Im surprised this is just now a thing and to some extent i get it. Like if a dude is genuinely physically abusive, prob a good thing for ppl to know. But the app is the most concentrated version of the gross part of social media. Your lowest low, worst decision can be broad cast to the world with no context. You're always under surveillance, its exhausting and you can't escape. I was over at a coworkers place with a few people the other night. Havi…

I love halloween. The vibes are great, its cool outside, I don't have to buy ppl shit, I go to my parents and give kids candy. Its the best holiday.

Some of the people I work with were clearly meant to be blue collar but broke out of containment. They put up a good front but sometimes their mask's slips and you can tell they are in over their heads.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/25 02:42 AM

I've always thought a lot of the Epstein stuff was mostly an angry mob that got out of hand. But its funny watching the exact people who whipped up the rubes now have the rubes turn on them.

Ya and? how does that contradict what i've said. They get a self esteem boost from seeing me like and msg them. So why bother hitting match, but don't msg, are they just double checking the match section actually works or do they want an even bigger self esteem boost by me double msging. I can't believe you are confused by my thinking here. What is going through these women's heads?

Ya but I don't understand what the matching is gaining them. They've gotten the dopamine boost from me liking them and sending a msg, why hit match lol? My only guess is they find me attractive but not enough to put in effort unless I msg them again?

Im not upset about it. just genuinely confused what their thought process is. I mostly use these apps as a self esteem boost.

I exist in the bar. Im not even willing to double msg a chick who matches with me, why would I do something I don't want to do just to get a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/25 02:46 AM

I feel like people in here aren't understanding. The women are matching with me, and prior to matching with me they already see my msg yet they don't respond, so why bother matching?

Why do so many women on hinge match and just not respond to your msg? I can understand on other dating apps where you just match based off looks and there's no msg shown originally so maybe they didn't see it or you don't have a good line. But on hinge you see their opening msg before you choose to match, I assume they must think the msg is funny or a good question to match, yet like 50% of the time they just don't say anything. Im obviously not going to double msg.

Its crazy how even as a straight guy, I've been psyoped into thinking tall guys are attractive. I knew a dude in college who was like 6'4, always pulling a different chick. Seemed like he had a line of women waiting in line to try out to be his gf. I always thought "ya that guys pretty attractive makes senes". One day I was thinking about it and put his face onto a 5'7 body and realized hes actually ugly as hell. His face looks bad.

There's a food bank near me and a lot of people pull up with better cars than i've ever driven, nice purses, the latest iphones etc. If you ever talk about it, people will give you the canned "you don't know what could've happened, you don't know what they've gone through, maybe they just lost their job". I don't think they're lying they legit need the food, and im sure I could envision some way that pulling up in a 2022 BMW wouldn't be ridiculous, but clearly the vast majority have the money ma…

I hate "Italian" Americans. They're like 5 generations removed from italy, most have never been and have no known relatives there yet these mfs gotta say something about it whenever they can. Woah you're grandma knows how to make pasta sauce? holy hell man, did it get passed down to her? WOW, she can throw 10 ingredients in a sauce pan!!! Also Italian food isn't even isn't that good. Its just a bunch of carbs and oil, ofc it tastes good.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/25 04:53 PM

I've been msging this chick on and off on tinder for like a week while im out of town. She's cute, not anything crazy, but im starting to feel like im talking to a AI bot. I can't put my finger on exactly why but the msgs are just too "perfect". No typos, asks lots of questions clearly she wants the convo to keep going. Idk so weird.

His quality of life is much higher where he is now, but I don't think it will translate into a higher wage. I don't think he thinks that either.

One of my friends gave up a hybrid (mostly wfh) job that was a 10 minute commute, paid more, in a cheaper city bc he wanted to live in a major city. He has to live with two roommates and needs to drive 40 minutes each way to work 5 days a week. He seems happy, but its mind boggling talking to him about it.

I'm coming up on my 1 year anniversary of working a corporate job, and my only take away is that a quarter of these people are total out to lunch. They've built up a good front over years but have no clue what they're doing, they couldn't answer any question that goes even an inch deeper than what they're used to, a lot are doing "monkey see monkey do" for decades, and the worse part is they don't even recognize it. I don't really know computers but idk why that would happen when I can have a full on conversation with chatgpt right now on my phone.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/25 12:07 AM

I don't play video games, but can you imagine what games will be like with AI? Even if all progress in AI stopped right now, you could still get a game that has perfect actual dialogue where you speak into a mic to an NPC and they have a full conversation. Imagine all the possibilities. A game where you legit have to speak you're way out of a situation or something.

I don't believe in the male loneliness crisis or that the country is headed down some horrendous misogynist path. This is more of an internal critic. If you do believe that lonely men are recking havoc on the country, your solution of just sitting back and antagonizing more is dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 01:46 AM

There's a lot of liberal women I've seen on TikTok recently who have been saying things like "its not on us to solve the male loneliness crisis" or "the men are in the wrong, why should we have to help" and I get where they are coming from. But from their point of view, they are losing. From their stand point the country and especially young men are becoming more radicalized and will drag them down with them whether thats morally right or not. Idk I feel like i can't get into words what I'm thin…

Teacher's are not underpaid. Their union has crammed this narrative down everyone's throats and made anyone who says otherwise to be villains, but by the numbers they do well. The average public school teacher makes 71k a year. In comparison the average cop makes 75k, real estate agents 73k, electricians 68k, plumbers 66k, etc. So their average is right in line compared to other popular professions. But this doesn't take into account the crazy benefits teachers get. Most get loan forgiveness, pe…

I listen to a lot of pro natalist content bc I find the whole birthrate issue interesting. The conclusion I've come to is that it is impossible to make a good argument to have a child unless you're religious. Most of the pro natalists just make the argument that its important for society as a whole but when it comes to the individual just vaguely gesture to a "full filling life". Yet you can't find this "full filling life" anywhere in surveys. Even if you could find that on average people who ha…

During my sophomore year of college, COVID was raging so all classes were online and I lived alone. I look back on that year and think I went crazy. I would go weeks without talking to anyone except when I got groceries, like every other night I would kill a 12 pack and then skate board around smashing my face in at least once a week, decided masturbation was wrong so I quit for 7 months, other than alcohol I pretty much didn't consume any calories so i lost 30lbs. Idk shit was weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/25 11:45 PM

I can somewhat wrap my head around forgiving student loans for undergrad degrees, prob would still want to see some string attached, but most people were pretty young when they took them out and seems silly that a 17 year old can get a line of credit for like 40k. Fuck any person who wants student loan forgiveness for graduate degrees. When you took them out you were more educated than most Americans. You can get a masters but can't understand compound interest?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/25 10:26 PM

It might pass or it might get significantly worse. My friend recently got one and it started out as moderate pain but by the time he felt the need to go see someone he said he could barely drive and laid down on the floor at the ER door. I'd say just go, they'll give you some fun drugs and some stuff to help you pee

When ever I have a call with my boss's boss after taking PTO she always is so enthusiastic that I took PTO it comes off as some kind of reverse physiology. Had call with her after taking most of the week off and I said it causally and she kept saying "and we support that and that is totally ok and you should be using your PTO". Uh ya I know.

Still not the same thing bc a 6 sized ring won't fit on a 7.5 sized finger, or at least it will be very uncomfortable. Small or big watches look fine.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/25 04:37 AM

That is not the same thing. Wearing a ring that is too big is a practical issue bc it could slip off your hand. A watch's size is a visual thing and it can range a lot.

Next week, my company is telling us who will be laid off. They've been telling us for about 8 months that this would be happening. I am relatively confident ill still have my job for multiple reasons, and even if I don't I am young, no one depends on me, have savings, and worst comes to worst ill just chill with my parents. Lifting is obviously better than not lifting, im not saying its making you less healthy. But you need very very minimal lifting to max out the benefits to your health. If you have fun, no reason to change, I just don't like the meat heads on social media acting as if they are doing a health thing when its really a vanity thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/25 06:09 PM

Lifting weights does not make you healthier. For most guys and girls who go to the gym, doing a 4th of what they do would still max out the health benefits from resistance exercise. Cardio on the other hand, you can do almost unlimited of and just keep getting healthier.

I've never watched a dance routine and thought "damn that was awesome and impressive". They just never look good, other than like ballet I've never seen a dance number that I thought I couldn't learn in a month. I hate the excuses that are made for why men aren't achieving as much educationally as women. Education has not drastically changed since it was invented. Idk why we are all of a sudden acting like the board has been stacked against men. The only answer I would accept is that the way we do education has always been more suited to women, but we've artificially kept them out and now we are just seeing the reality. I have no sympathy for dudes who can barely make it through hs complaining.

The point of having the savings account is for liquidity, also the difference between what I could find in a CD vs my HYSA is small.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/25 06:13 PM

It's so satisfying having a HYSA. Every month they just give me $80 for having my money sitting there. Especially nice while the market is so rocky.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/25 05:45 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/25 04:25 AM

Why do you have more than one savings account?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:09 AM

I already donate money every month to a food pantry every month. The rest of that is worth nothing to me. Kinda just be annoying having more stuff.

I don't like concerts.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/25 11:43 PM

No I was saying two different categories of things that bring me enjoyment. One is food, and the other is stuff that is too expensive to be buying regularly, so stuff thats like $500+.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/25 11:30 PM
2

Idk how to word it, but food is like the only thing I can buy often that brings enjoyment. Like I wish there were more things under $100 that brought me happiness but there aren't. Like some people are into video games or going to the movies or clothes. The only things that I can pay money for that make me happy is like food and shit thats like $500+.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/25 11:11 PM

Every person I've met who regularly smokes weed annoyed me. I also hate the smell.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/25 03:08 AM

I hate people who smoke weed.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/25 03:06 AM

Food trucks often park near my apartment. They've all lost the plot when it comes to what food truck food is supposed to be. It's supposed to be cheaper bc they don't have all the other expenses of a restaurant. The one out there today was a taco truck. $16 for three tacos? What? I could walk down the street and get more food and sit down at the chipotle.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/25 11:39 PM

"Ikr they're so unoriginal"
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:46 PM

The place I work. Plus it's remote and they're paying for my masters. I am 22. I worked with them while I was getting my bachelors. By the time I started full time I had a year with them already.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:42 PM

I'd put my own money in on top to get to the 20%
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:36 PM

Big 4 makes less than industry. I do clear 6 figs. Talk to me when you have a job.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:34 PM

You won't you're a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:32 PM

Idk haven't been house shopping. Assuming like 400k for a house around me, 20% down plus fees gets me close to 50k.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:31 PM

🫵🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:29 PM

Don't talk to me about math, poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:27 PM

I have family money. You're poor if you get paid by hour.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:23 PM

I am and I think you personally are poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:18 PM

I want you all to know, I think you're poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:15 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 05:10 PM

Rather be embarrassed and have an extra 50k equity in my house
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 04:49 PM

I can, why would I want to tho?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 04:39 PM

<image> this is what the kids call rizz
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 04:36 PM

That means head with eye contact.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 04:34 PM

My grandma would totally give me a down payment for a house but I feel embarrassed asking. At least I don't come from a poor family, that would be more embarrassing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/25 04:32 PM

My grandma moved to my city cause she's getting old and it makes her really happy when I go to church with her. I don't really buy into any of it, but we typically get breakfast after so its really no skin off my back. With the way my parents are acting, you'd think I like announcing I'm joining the priest hood. They keep telling me that god must be speaking to me and my siblings think im going crazy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/25 05:14 AM

When will we hit the bottom?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 09:43 PM

This is a bad argument bc really what people who believe vaccines cause autism are weighing out is the chance that they give their child autism or to roll the dice with diseases that at this point in history bc of herd immunity are extraordinarily rare to catch and even once you do catch it are rare to die from.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/25 02:03 AM

That kid who has brain cancer that Trump did the honorary secret service thing to is weird. When I first watched it, I thought it was cute cause I thought he was a kid kid. But he's done interviews and sounds way more like a full grown man than a child. In one he hits on the interviewer and in another he says weird shit about how his gf back home better not touch him. Prob to niche for people on here
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/25 01:59 AM

Honesty and open communication are not always the best policy. My company notified us almost a year ago that they were definitely going to do layoffs "soon", but couldn't say when, where, who etc. I truly think they had the best intentions telling us early, but all its caused is unnecessary stress. From just talking to people, it created "what's the point in doing this well if im going to be gone" attitude. Sometimes hiding the truth or lying is best for everyone involved.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/25 08:13 PM

Im much smarter than your dad I should be able to trick them even faster.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/25 02:39 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/25 07:45 AM

Yo Chicago rent is so cheap for a major city, what's the catch? I live in what's considered a cheap city but couldn't find rent anywhere near as cheap as that Chiraq.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/25 11:14 PM

Never let women tell you that you're not kind enough or lack things needed to get a shawty. Ted Bundy proposed and got married to a woman after being convicted of assaulting a 12 year old and while on trial for multiple murders and rapes. He then managed to get her pregnant while he was in jail.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/25 09:37 PM

All these fucking nerd come out and say it's bad that Philly destroys their own city after winning. Boooooo
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 08:23 PM

So you're saying the government in the past was pouring money into research outside of defense?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 07:35 PM

Ya but thats the issue, research is risky. Most of it does not pay off ever. The profit incentive isn't enough for one individual company to undergo, which is why most huge breakthroughs have been footed by the government then the private sector improves it. Nuclear technology, the internet, cell phones, satellites, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 07:33 PM

Are you kidding? compare an engineers salary from a top college vs a finance major from the same college. It's not even close. I know people from both these groups. My friend from a T10 university >3.8 gpa in engineering makes 80k, while same school guy in finance makes 250k working on Wall Street.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 07:28 PM

Im pretty free market, but it's a shame that our brightest minds are not incentivized to go into research or things for the future. They're pushed into a fields like private equity, investment banking, patent law, even doctors are just here to solve now problems. The fields like chemistry, biology, physics, engineers, etc. are all paid like shit. Unless you're developing something that can kill someone, the gov isn't willing to research it much. China is eating our lunch when it comes to EVs and…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 07:23 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 02:54 AM

I think something to remember when people start saying "oh the trump supporters are starting to regret their vote", is that all the people are online. If you talk to anyone irl who like trump, they feel completely vindicated. Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do, they are happy.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 11:11 PM

No, I can differentiate between antisemitism and critiques of Israel. You can't. When Dan Bilzerian says that the jews have brought all the problems we have in our country, thats antisemitism. When Candice Owens says that the Holocaust has been over exaggerated and that the jews use it to manipulate us, thats antisemitism. When Bryce Mitchell says that hitler was just trying to make his country better and he was actually a good guy, thats antisemitism. I can list a million examples in just the l…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 07:47 AM

Trump's return to office mandate is the epitome of why populism is stupid. It sounds good to people on a base level, but moves us further from the goal. Their whole argument is pretty much misery loves company and more productivity. They've done studies on this though, people are less efficient in an office and if you've worked in an office you know why. The hidden reason is they want to force layoffs to save money, but I doubt it will even do that. The only people who are going to move their wh…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 07:37 AM

Might be news to you, but jews exist outside of Israel and also don't like the Israeli government. Crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:46 AM

What do you think happens when people are more readily able to espouse their hate especially when it's coming from people with millions of followers.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:29 AM

You cannot deny that it is growing. Dan Bilzerian, the Tate brothers, Brycen Mitchell, Candice Owens, etc. Would call themselves antisemitic and they have the ear of millions of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:18 AM

Woah big brain over here, I know that thats why I said im not a fan of Israel.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:13 AM

The Haitians just need to apply for H1B visas, then trump will love them.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:10 AM

There is a growing problem of real antisemitism in this country and it seems to be picking up quickly. Things that used to be said in anonymous online platforms are now being voiced openly on some of the largest podcasts in this country. I'm not a fan of Israel, but idk, shits getting weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 04:08 AM

I feel like in a few days we will find out that the model is actually just 100,000 sweaty Chinese men sitting in a room typing out answers.

The biggest retard of them all. Kinda prophetic in a way.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 02:15 AM

Tinder is nearly unusable. Like half of the profiles are OF "models", trans people, literal prostitutes, blank, gay men, or chicks just looking for insta follower. Then in between every swipe is an ad that stop whatever im listening to in the background. It feels like im using some underground app developed by a high schooler
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 02:13 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 10:46 PM

not a fan of trump but that dude is on a fucking roll. Promises made promises kept, dudes releasing the JFK and MLK files. I don't actually think they'll be interesting but 🤷‍♂️ definitely cool stuff
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 10:44 PM

Just googled it, they almost always publishes them and they're all boring. I take it back Biden is cool again. Good thing im not a historian.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 08:13 PM

Just googled it, I guess it is not the first time the letter has been released. Idk still disappointed in Biden's letter, he had a lot of material to work with Trump and with his life long political career coming to an end. Just seemed like a letter that could have been written from any random president to any other random president in any country at any time period.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 08:06 PM

Anti work is literally a socialist subreddit and that shit makes it to the top of this website all the time. This website has sailed past liberal.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 08:00 PM

Trump released Biden's transition letter, which I think is the first time it's ever been done. It kinda ruined the allure of the letter to me going forward. I always thought it would be kinda like a cracking jokes, oh watch out for this, this staffer smells, etc. sort of letter. But it seems like they're boring letters filled with empty words that you'd expect. I bet Bush's letter to Obama was fun tho.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 07:59 PM

I consider myself a democrat but this is unequivocally true, this whole website is a leftist circle jerk. Half the country voted for trump, but if you went to r/ popular it's all just libs screaming and jerking each other off to the "sick burns" they got on trump. It's a shame bc the UI design of reddit is far superior for having political conversations than others. It's not really the websites fault tho, the mods are what make it so annoying.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 07:51 PM

I've heard that his face is meh. Very average.

They aren't paid overtime wages when they absolutely will put 60-70+ hours a week working. So? They prefer working here, they are not being exploited. It's not unfair to them, they have a choice and they choose to work here. Most labor protections are stupid anyways. Im happy for them. Many Americans are lazy and need the state to step in and help them when in reality their labor is worth very little. Who am I to step to the immigrant and say "um actually what the company is doing to you is wron…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 06:36 PM

This argument is so dumb. The immigrants are not being exploited. They prefer living here, working what is offered to them here, more than what they can get back home. Sending them back is putting them into a worse situation. The only argument for deportation is maybe maybe the economics of citizens (which is bared out in any date) and cultural.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 06:29 PM

"Willingly" in like a cnc type way.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 06:12 PM

I genuinely don't think it's wrong to be into those things. Have whatever fantasies you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 05:59 PM

The reason that new vampire movie is popular among women is bc they like the fantasy of rape and violence. Not saying thats a moral wrong or anything tho.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 05:56 PM

I hope trump does go through with mass mass deportations. When people wake up the next day and realize that they're still poor bc they're lazy, fat, and dumb maybe we can make some ground on what would actually improve people's lives.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 05:17 AM

Maybe im just dumb but "formal" debates, like where there's an opening statement then a rebuttal and so on, always seem like pageantry to me than actually trying to come to a conclusion on something. Like if you want to have a debate a moderated conversation is better. Or even better, just write papers back and forth.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 05:14 AM

Just looked up Lisa Vanderpump, no. Sofia Vergara, yes, and her costar Julie Bowen, yes. Salma Hayek is another good one.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 04:07 AM

are you 13?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 03:48 AM

No if it was the economy, you'd expect to see a gradual increase in children as income goes up. Thats not what you see. This graph implies that you need to get people to the standard of living that households making like $750k a year have for them to start having more kids than average. Thats doesn't represent a problem with the economy bc that has never and will never happen. It represents a societal issue with how we view children. Google which countries are having children at replacement rate…

/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 02:25 AM

Has a passport been what's holding you back from visiting either of those places?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 02:22 AM

We can force them somehow, giving them more freedom has failed. I just have to think on it. In states with abortion bans, they did see an increase in birth rates.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 02:17 AM

That doesn't seem true, although feminism & low birth rates are correlated, I don't think its a causational relationship. Tons of countries without feminism have low birth rates: Russia, China, Bangladesh, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:58 AM

People barely think far enough out to save enough money to cover their insurance deductibles. They definitely aren't thinking far enough ahead to have kids to help them during retirement. The real solution is allowing more child labor bc then children will turn from a total liability into an asset.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:53 AM

How would that crash the economy or increase birth rates? Are you thinking people are thinking far enough out that they will have kids to help them during their retirement?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:50 AM

Crashing birth rates will cause millions to struggle.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:48 AM

Crash the economy
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:46 AM

Then the solution is simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:44 AM

It's still happening, and will continue to be devastating. It's just when you have issues that are alot more in your face, you tend to try and deal with those first. Covid, wars around the world, weakening economies, etc. What's scary about climate change is that there won't be a day where everyone sees something and goes "oh shit that's climate change" instead they'll blame other things. Oh more immigrants fleeing their countries? Thats because they made bad decisions. Increased hurricanes? no …
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:37 AM

Whenever you talk about birth rates people immediately blame the economy and how the government doesn't do enough. This one graph destroys that whole theory. <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:28 AM

Looks like what I'd see the girl in Walmart with Cookie Monster PJ pants have on her phone.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:11 AM

My least favorite people are the ones who assign like super villain-esque motivation to everyone they dislike. Your company wants you to come back in person? Thats bc the CEO is evil and just wants everyone to suffer so he can watch. Trump? oh that guy is Hitler reincarnated and wants to kill all minorities. Women? They all want to watch men suffer.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 01:09 AM

Since when is one of the qualities of a "chad" fertility? Id think its the opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 04:11 AM

They got solutions for both of those, gone are the days of visual side effects of steroids. Dutasteride, Cialis, & Accutane. Luckily you can't see high blood pressure.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 04:09 AM

I got a my undergrad degree in finance (stupid ass degree feel lucky to have a job) and throughout the entire degree, the market continuing to grow over time is just taken at face value. Sure they'll be market corrections and down turns, but they treat never ending market/economic growth as a law of nature. Always irked me. If you look at all of human history, market growth is the outlier.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 03:55 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 01:41 AM

There's this guy at work who makes it known he hates his kids. He's a really accomplished dude, like educationally, physically, financially, etc. but none of his kids even made it through their first year of college. If you're young and you get to know him, eventually he will say "wish my kid was more like you". He's said it to like 4 interns at this point me included.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 01:25 AM

maybe he's Hindu, don't judge so quickly
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 01:22 AM

You're an idiot if you think the cases that are shown on this show aren't for outrage and views. Yes, judge Judy is an actual judge and the decisions made are real, but the people who choose to apply know what they are doing. The directors comb through cases to find the ones that are the best, so they try to find the ones that get the most clicks. Also, a lot of people who apply are looking for this exact thing where they get famous.

I just walked to chipotle and paid for a homeless guy's meal only to find out that I placed my order at the wrong chipotle. I hope karma is real cause that sucked ass.

World War 3 could break out, nukes flying, millions dying, and it would trend on twitter for 20 minutes before the whole twitter trending page would go back all sports stuff.

I love the time between Christmas Eve eve through new year's day in the office. We only get Christmas Day off, but the whole week feels like free PTO. Most people take off, and the people who don't are younger ppl with less PTO so there's an unspoken agreement calls and work will be at a complete standstill. Plus, if you get even a tiny thing done during that time, everyone acts like you're the hardest working mf they've ever seen when they get back.

EY is public accounting, I went into private bc they pay better and offer a better work life balance. It's a F200 company that you see everyday tho. Won't get more specific than that. Public does have better exit opportunities tho.

Just the way I like it, no drama and I'll always have a job. The only things you can be certain of is death and taxes. I don't do personal taxes.

I think I got a 10/10 job straight out of college. Legit could not ask for a better set up. I'll make about ~$85k total comp, they're headquartered in my hometown but also remote which is sick, the headquarters has a sick ass gym, the people are super understanding and chill, I work in a secure part of the organization thats almost untouchable with layoffs, next year ill make over $100k, the company is well known in my area for treating their employees well so whenever I tell real adults where I…

Big milk set a trap; your husband fell right in.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/24 06:24 AM

A psyop has been done on the American people that has convinced them that they should be buying milk regularly. The classic grocery list is "bread, eggs, and milk". Bread and eggs sure, but why is milk in there? No adult is just drinking milk, so it's either for baking which most people aren't doing or for cereal. I can think of a dozen things we buy more regularly than milk.

I knew this guy in college and unintentionally found his reddit page. Dude was a total inc*l, not one of the mean ones, but just like ranting about women's standards and having trouble with building his confidence. He was a freshman when I was a senior, recently saw on insta he posted a pic of him and his gf who is super cute. Happy for him.

I feel like paying for more action at a strip club would be the equivalent of buying a full meal at a sporting event. Prob feels really good in the moment, but after you realize you were ripped off for something really mid.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/24 02:39 AM

Never been to a strip club, likely never will. They don't make sense to me. Why would I want to get turned on, surrounded likely by more dudes than women, and then have no "finish"? Seems like spending money on becoming frustrated. Spending money on OF is dumb, but at least you get to have some fun while watching.
